I got the O-Shot and vaginal rejuvenation--the advertisment emailed they sent guaranteed for this to work-- I was open and honest about my age, and that I'm menopausal, and it wasn't until after I had zero results from both procedures, I reached out and then was told that this works 50% of the time or less--if I had known that I would never have spent the money to have gotten this procedure done! Holly refused to give me my money back accusing me that I must have been taking medication or something that interfered with my results. Hmmm. Nope!!! I was upfront with everything--prescriptions and supplements ahead of time and I waited a week before being intimate with my partner after the procedure to make sure I was fully healed. Then Holly told me that in three months time or more I would see and feel the benefits--I never did and it's been over SEVEN MONTHS! Holly offered to redo the procedure. However, my results were so bad being numb for months and not being able to orgasm--why would I then have her or someone there redo the procedure for the O-shot/ Rejuvenation? Even my own doctor said that she would not recommend me getting it done again, and that there are over 50+ women that she knows that this procedure never has worked for. Krave emails 3-4 ads weekly about various "new and improve services for feeling young, confident and sexy." Clearly it's all talk!!! Plus appointments are months booked out--but Krave will take your money right away without telling you that. If you live in Denver there is no phone number or way to contact the Denver office directly, which is also an issue, especially if you're trying to get on a waiting list. Previously to purchasing the O-shot/vaginal rejuvenation I had purchased another service for $444 and because I could never get in for that appointment I asked for that amount to be applied towards my O-shot/vaginal rejuvenation and they never did. I was also talked into getting Lazer treatment to help with my melasma--the first treatment did nothing and I have three more treatments that can only be done at the Broomfield office which is 40 minutes away from where I live. When I asked if the cost of the Lazer treatments I still have could be applied to something else, I was told no--again horrible, horrible customer service! I've had Lazer treatments done for melasma in the past at another medical spa and after the first treatment, I saw a difference, but through Krave I saw nothing after the first laser treatment. I've dished out a lot of money for zero happiness or any type of refund. Holly is only concerned about taking people's money, offering crappy services that do not guarantee results and no refunds! Horrible business. Cory and Nicole who works there are extremely friendly and kind. Other then that I have nothing positive to add. Don't waste your money or time!!!!!
