When I became aware on Saturday that I wouldn't be able to make my Monday 4:30 PM appointment, I reached out immediately to reschedule (not cancel), hoping to find a solution. What surprised me most is that their own written policy says changes made more than 2 days in advance shouldn't incur a fee (not business days). I reached out Saturday afternoon for a Monday appointment, so I genuinely didn't expect to be charged, nor was there any mention of a credit. I completely understand the need for clear policies, and I respect their time. I just wish there'd been a little more flexibility or understanding especially since I did my best to communicate early. He appeared disheveled and didn't use any of the cooling or vibrating techniques to make the injections more comfortable. It was over in 5 minutes and he didn't take time to speak with me about my needs. Overall, I had an impersonable experience that I paid a lot of money for. I see a different injector now who sent me a plan for my face (before getting any work done) and is very detailed and thorough with her explanations. I feel so much better going to someone who is concerned about treating the whole face as opposed to just certain areas. Also, when you check out, there's an option to tip your injector, which I personally think is tacky.
