After some research I reached out to Colorado skin and vein desperate to find answers and hoping my veins could be treated. Dr. Verebelyi was so kind and knowledgeable in his field! He determined that since it ran in my family that the leg cramps were not caused by being overweight or age (I am young with a slender build) but simply due to genetics which previously I did not know about. He recommended I undergo sclero to close off the bad veins. Additionally, he knew I was interested in medicine and during the procedure was kind enough to show me what was going on and explain what he was doing (which made me really happy and went beyond what I expected). After the vein treatment I was shocked at how great both of my legs felt and best of all no more leg cramps! You are never too young to pay attention to your vein health too. So grateful to Dr. Verebelyi and his team for all their hard work diagnosing and treating the issue. I feel so much better! But since I'm not entirely sure of my height, we scheduled another appointment two weeks away, during which Simona would measure me. I decided that I would start using heavy weights again to build muscle, since a foot fracture derailed my workouts and caused weight gain. However...I then decided that I probably am too tall and still might not qualify. And I likely couldn't gain significantly more muscle in two weeks. So I went on Groupon to get a refund. To my COMPLETE surprise, my Groupon had been redeemed without my knowledge or consent. I called, and it was explained to me that they always redeem the Groupons upon arrival, in order to prevent people from getting the service and then claiming a refund. While I understand that concern, it's a terrible business practice to do that BEFORE determining eligibility. I probably did look fat enough, as I was wearing a baggy sweatshirt over leggings. I was not told that they had redeemed my Groupon, probably because I had scheduled a new appointment. I told them that, commonly, providers ask me to pull up the voucher AFTER the service, or, if it's a facial treatment, sometimes when I arrive. And then *I* mark it as used in front of them. This action cannot be undone, so the provider is protected. I think this is a MUCH better practice, especially when there are eligibility requirements. As a side note, I am appalled to learn that people try to scam providers. Ugh. Shameful. Simona promptly sent the email confirming my ineligibility, which Groupon requires for a refund, and for that I'm grateful. I gave five stars because although I was initially very disappointed, then furious, the situation was handled as well as possible. I'm going to look at some of their other services, since I likely won't qualify for the one that I purchased.

This would be under my health history. The first words out of my mouth when I went in, was dark melasma under my eyes. She stated that I did not write that on my medical history.
