Emily and Allie were PHENOMENAL. I felt super dehydrated and nauseous yesterday and luckily was able to make an appointment for same day. I came in as a mess and Emily and Allie were SO sweet. Emily gave me Gin-Gins for my nausea, a blanket, and a charger for my phone. Allie gave me great snacks. I felt so taken care of and after the Myers Cocktail and the extra saline bag, SOOOO much better. 10 out of 10 from me. read more

Good IV experience, but I didn't appreciate being stopped on my way out and asked directly about gratuity after already paying through ClassPass. The tipping process felt more pressured than optional. I work in the service industry and rely on tips myself, but tipping for a medical procedure feels different. In my profession, tips reflect the level of service provided. Being asked to tip for a clinical treatment made me uncomfortable and left me questioning whether gratuity should have any role in a medical setting. read more

Sat here for 40 min before even being acknowledged by nurse. I come once a month and have never had this poor of service. Possibly a one off.. but need nurses that know how to manage tasks. read more

Great service, comfortable seating, the procedure was painless, I feel amazing, highly recommended.

Great customer service! I always feel so comfy coming in here once a month. They get me a blanket and a cup of tea and are soooo sweet. I haven't been sick once since starting my membership in April! Thanks for always taking care of me! read more

I love this place and cannot wait to go back. I went the day before my wedding in October. I opted for the "jet lag" on recommendation of the staff. I also received a B12 shot. I felt phenomenal. I had a ton of energy and I was on my feet without issue the whole weekend. I brought my wedding party in and at the end of the weekend, they were mostly hang over free. The staff very welcoming. They accommodated my party and took such good care of us. They were all knowledgeable so it was beginner friendly. If you have a big event coming up, this is a great way to kick it off. read more

Easy Peasy! And honestly I was skeptical because the prices seemed so much less than most IV bars I've been to. But it was quick easy and seamless. The environment was quiet and relaxing and the IV took no time. I'll def be back! read more

Very friendly and great service. Much needed after a long flight! I was suffering from some altitude sickness and this was the spot!

If you have money to burn, maybe. The technician inserting the needle in my arm had problems locating a vein. She eventually had to give up and move to the other arm. The treatments are very expensive-even with the special introductory pricing. The massage chairs and quiet room are nice, but if you are going to drop that kind of money, go get a real massage. I didn't feel any difference after the treatment or the following days. I was told that I probably wouldn't feel anything until I had several treatments because my body is probably deplenished. At the end of the session, expect high pressure sales pitch to subscribe to monthly services. read more

I finally joined Bonnie Bray's Hydrate Bar's membership option when I realized that coming in once a month for my Vit B12 shot ( after having low iron levels for years, Dr Tracy McCubbin, an ER MD, turned Integrated Medicine, Board certified doc, ) found that I needed the methylated form). Adding any variety of IV at each visit, was way more cost effective as a member. All levels of staff are knowledgable and strive to create a relaxing environment. read more

Upon arrival to Denver I experienced altitude sickness. Made an appointment the same day. Service was outstanding. I received the immunity booster. I felt 10x better the next day. read more

Exiting the 75% of chronically dehydrated humans today! These recliner chairs are clutch, the lounge is cozy. I appreciate the COVID precautions - temperatures & hand washing upon entry. I'd give a 5 star but my arm wasn't in the most comfortable position throughout the session. I'd recommend this bar and come here again! read more

This place was simply amazing! I had been to the Highlands location too, but I wanted to give the other spot a try! -Location: a little hidden but you can see their sign fairly well from the street along the strip. It shares a parking lot with the wine and liquor store next door. Parking is plenty in parking lot. -environment: VERY clean and VERY professional. There is a large room with recliners and tables next to them for you to receive your treatment. It's also pretty quiet so fairly simple to relax, some individuals brought their kids with them but it didn't seem to create a problem or anything for those receiving services. -service: Everyone from the receptionist to all but one nurse we're outgoing, polite, and extremely helpful. One nurse did seem impatient with the more questions I asked, which I didn't love. I also met the owner of the location who was SUPER nice, answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to have a conversation with! -on the menu: I did the altitude sickness treatment because I do actually get sick from altitude, bad headaches, and I knew it was making me more dehydrated. You can mix and match certain things in the "cocktail" in the right price range. They do have a Myers Briggs cocktail which I've had at other IV spas and it's great for everything. If you're visiting and get altitude sickness or dehydrated, go to one of these locations and do the altitude sickness. It has Toradol (an extremely powerful anti inflammatory) and Zofran ( prescription nausea meds), plus other vitamins like B-12, magnesium, B complex, and many more! Feeling extra dry? Add in more water to your bag for a small upcharge! Will I be back? Yes definitely when I am in town again. Do I recommend: 100% yes! read more

To be honest, I was really skeptical at first regarding this service and I just wanted to try it out. However, my perspective totally changed! Megan was AMAZING at placing the IV and providing information regarding the IV. I already feel so much better! The whole service only took 30-45 minutes! I will definitely be returning! read more

Hey, this is my first IV bar experience and I'm pleased to have chosen this spot. Atmosphere is nice and relaxing. With tv, artwork, comfortable seating and flowers, you'll feel right at home while your veins absorb nutrients. The staff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Felt in good hands. Pricing is reasonable - starting at $69 for a basic Saline bag, with various additions or cocktails you can pay more for. Great place to come after a grueling day or long night. Flowing with hydration. I feel good read more

It's no fun being sick. It's even less fun staying sick longer than you need to be because you're severely dehydrated. This has now happened to me a whopping 3 times in less than 6 months. Twice I ended up at the ER for simple fluids via IV for a lovely $1200 bill and the horrid activity of, ya know, going to the ER in the first place. One time, I was lucky enough to get the IV at my doctor's office which was still not overly pleasant nor cheap. So, after a week long bought with a cold/ sinus infection that had my doctor once again suggesting an IV, I decided I needed a better plan. And YES THIS IS THE WAY TO CURE DEHYDRATION! First things first: Needles: So, I'm not a needle fan and also I have really hard to find veins, particularly when I'm dehydrated. I've literally had to have like 3-4 nurses come in and try before at the ER. Hydrate uses teeny tiny pediatric needles and has a pediatric nurse on staff. She got my vein right away. Second: You get to be at a spa while you're doing this all. You sit in a comfy leather recliner with a cozy warm blanket (not an itchy hospital one). They play nice soothing music under low, non fluorescence lighting. There's a TV if that's your jam. There's tea, coffee, water, candy, snacks, etc. You get to relax! Third: It's sterile and clean. They use gloves, and all equipment is very clinical in that sense. So don't worry about that part of the equation. And some more: You can add vitamins and some meds like anti-inflammatory (I had a crazy headache) or nausea stuff to your bag too. You can get 2 liters (I needed 2). And, your bill will be far far less than your ER visit or doctor one (mine was $159... like a fraction). So yeah, I'd say Hydrate is my new favorite place in Denver! read more

Hydrate IV Bar - IV Hydration Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Terrible experience. After sticking my left arm with wet alcohol still on the arm (OUCH!!!) the "nurse" pulled the IV slightly out and fished around for the vein, to no avail. Ok, on to arm #2 (no apology).... nice vein here in the side of the arm... stuck again (I reminded her to let the alcohol dry before penetrating the skin), and here again, puled out slightly, fished around some more, and good - IV turned on, and immediately a bulge in my right arm under the skin... I asked her to shut it off, we obvious didn't hit a vein, "again". She stated she was going to get help, and I decided it was time to leave. I got to my car and thought... I need to know her name, so people will know when they come in, to NOT have her attempt an IV. So I came back in and the front desk would not give me her name, but said they'd offer me a "free bag" (meaning I'd receive the Myers Cocktail IV free). Ok, fine... let's go with nurse #2... fast forward 10 minutes and I'm leaving again - nurse #2 could not hit a vein either, although she spent a good deal of time making sure I was ok, and explaining things like this happen. Just really not a great experience... maybe a sign that IV treatments should be done by professionals in a doctors office, vs. a neighborhood street clinic in lazy boy chairs :) read more

Very good customer service and very good products. The product is really work . My body feels great .thank you so much .

Five stars for Hydrate is an amazing and relaxing environment. Every time I come in the staff has been amazing, friendly, and professional. I've used hydrate for hangovers, when I've felt under the weather or even for a hydrating pick me up after a weekend tournament in the sun. I always enjoy the comfy chairs to lay back and relax in while the nurses and front desk staff take excellent care of me. A great place if you live in Denver or are visiting from out of town (the altitude really dries you out!). Anytime a friend of mine visits we are definitely making Hydrate appointments. read more

I've been to Hydrate IV Bar at Bonnie Brae a few times now, always to get the Athletic Performance service. It's AMAZING the results I get from doing this the day before running the Spartan Race. The Athletic Performance is expensive (like $149+ taxes & gratuity), but if you are really wanting that extra performance boost, its worth it. I also HIGHLY recommend the Altitude IV for anyone from sea level. You can drink water all day but there's something about getting it directly in your blood stream that lasts longer and really makes you feel better. It's a cute venue in the heart of Bonnie Brae. That said, parking can be difficult, so always give yourself like 15 minutes before your appointment to find something. read more

Great staff and fast services! Recommend getting a second 1/2 saline bag (treat yo pro-health self)

WORST customer service, ever! Weather is crap, but I had a horrible migraine, so it was worth it to me to make the trek..so I called early in the day to ensure they were open. The receptionist said they weren't busy at all, so to walk in at any time. Called around 2:30 to try to get an appointment (since I couldn't book it online for that day) and no one answered, so I left a message that I was on my way. Called again when I was about 15 min out just to make sure, they answered this time and said 3:15 was their usual cut off. Again, weather/traffic is horrible, so I left extra early to make the 40 (usually 20) min drive. Had my friend drop me off on the corner so I could run in...and walk in just before 3:20. I made Amazing time, but a few minutes past 3:15. The girls at the counter knew I had called, kept them updated, and ran to make it in a timely matter. They had no one else there. I told them they could even take my bag out as early as they needed, whatever time they typically finished. Further, I informed them that it never took me more than half an hour to complete a bag. The 2 girls just kept telling me no, as rudely as possible, by not even listening to what I offered as a compromise. Eventually one girl said she would ask the nurse, but I could literally hear their entire conversation behind the paper thin wall, and it was literally her telling the nurse that she already told me no and was just going back there to appease me, but still wasn't going to allow it. 1) Not sure how these few extra minutes were such a big deal to them, especially considering that I told them we could end it whenever they wanted. I wasn't expecting anyone to stay late on my account. 2) I was sick and busted my butt to get here, a quickly as possible, to this "medical" establishment, and kept them posted the entire time, despite their not being busy whatsoever, or even answering the phone or voicemail. 3) Cherry on top was the insulting conversation I got to overhear about them basically wanting to go home, even though I wouldn't have required them to stay any later than their usual closing time. I'll be canceling my account with this company. There's a million IV bars out there, and I strongly recommend joining any other one which actually understands what customer service is. This Bonnie Brae location is the Worst! read more

Desperately needed some recovery! Hydrate IV accommodated my wife, myself, and 2 friends with very short notice! We all walked in feeling not to well! After receiving the IV, I felt great instantly. The environment was also very relaxing and set the mood for recovery! I highly recommend this place and will be back! Also, the nurse, Mo, was very efficient and made the whole entire process comfortable and painless! What a great great experience overall! read more

This place is great! They offer memberships if you need hydration monthly. I've been going on multiple business trips and working a ton. I sometimes get severely dehydrated since I get thrown off my whole routine. I usually do an extra saline bag and bam! I'm back to new! When you arrive, they check you in and you can sit wherever you want. They have great reclining chairs to where you can get comfy in front of the tv and watch whatever sports games are on. Theres also tea and water available. The nurses are great! Sometimes when I see needles i pass out (if you have this too, make sure you inform them), but the nurses talk to me to get my mind out off of the process. They really try to make it quick and painless! read more

I'm hooked...literally. Moving to Colorado last summer, I have never drunk more water in my life and I am tired of what now feels like a chore....having to chug water all day and STILL be dehydrated with thirsty skin.
