As an iv client I have been very satisfied. I have very thin veins and there are not too many nurses that can hit the vein at the 1st shot, but I am very happy w/Megan L who happens to be extremely successful finding my vein in the 1st hit. This place is quant, comfortable, and charming! The nurses were very friendly. I personally went in to check the place out and give it a whirl. I had a pleasant experience. Before I left, I asked if they also worked with patients who were going through cancer treatment. They said they did. I looked into it for my Mother. She had a massive stroke and recently diagnosed with cancer. She struggles staying hydrated. I was sold on the membership of $125.00 a month with a 6 month commitment. I asked about additional saline bags to give to her on a weekly bases for hydration. I was told that the saline bags would run (with the 30% discount from being a member) around $28. However, that did not end up being factual. I was then told, If you add on a bag when you are already receiving another IV bag, the price is correct at $28. If you just come for the bag of saline its $69, or around $48 with the 30% discount for having a membership. This was a surprise. I spoke to Sarah at the front desk who did a half hearted apology and said they had a lot of new people recently that could have given me the incorrect information. It would have been nice for the front desk person to have the correct information especially if a contract and commitment is being signed. UPDATE: The owner Katie called me. Started out asking what happened with the conversation with Sarah. I explained everything I mentioned above. The conversation took a turn where she said they feel uncomfortable having my mother as a client based on her condition. The contract was terminated. read more

The Nurses were gentle, efficient, knowledgeable, & answered all my questions. The I.V. fluid was a comfortable temperature & this is so important! [I had asked for fluids at an Urgent Care once, but the fluid must have been refrigerated and they didn't warm it up, thus, when it entered my body during pneumonia, I felt far worse and became deeply cold.] What a great way to access Myers' Cocktail, glutathione, methylB12, etc. to support fatigue, dehydration, post-recovery, or even during illnesses/detox without having to visit a standard medical facility! There were three other people in the room and they checked their vitals but didn't check mine which I thought was a little disturbing.
