If you need laser tattoo removal I wouldn't recommend any place more than INK B GONE! They are super friendly and fit me into their schedule quick. The results are so impressive as you can see in the pics. I've only gotten one session on my upper arm and 2 on my lower. These treatments DO work! I definitely recommend Ink B Gone! Shelley is great & has been doing this for a long time. She is very knowledgeable, professional & personable. I have been working with her for several years removing many different tats. A few have been completely removed & a couple others have been a little more stubborn (due to the way the tats were done, the age of them & the heaviness or color of the ink) It is a bit of a process & doesnt feel great... but each treatment is quick so its manageable & very worth it if you have tats that you no longer want. A couple of my stubborn ones were cover ups with lots of layers of ink & if I had know about these treatments before getting them I would have never attempted a cover up! I recommend this process over cover ups any day! Instead of adding more ink & limiting the possibilities of a tattoo you really want... let the ink*b*gone! read more

I had previously been to another shop for laser tattoo removal and that technician used an out of date laser and left me with a lot of scar tissue buildup, and a not noticeably reduced tattoo, even after a dozen sessions. Then I came to see Anna and Shelly and I have had multiple sessions from them and they've also treated my scar tissue and helped me deal with the unsightly tattoos I had. I have been getting my ring tattoo removed for over a year now. 7 sessions and a couple more to go. Blue ink takes more sessions to remove. Avoid blue and green at all costs while getting tattooed. I'm writing this review based off of one session, but I have attempted tattoo removal in the past and have a comparison. To begin the process, I filled out the info form on their website accompanied by a picture of my tattoo and a verbal description of what I wanted removed. They responded within a day with an estimate that included the number of estimated sessions, and the current pricing for single sessions and packages. You can go in for a consult and have a treatment at the same appointment. Their pricing is reasonable, though it should be noted that tattoo removal is not an inexpensive or painless endeavor. I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early so I could fill out the necessary paperwork. They have ample parking in a lot out front. My treatment went smoothly, and my technician was professional and informative. I have scheduled a second session and will try to remember to post a before and after once I finish the process. The customer service here is outstanding. I have not had any problems as far as that is concerned. It's in a great location with plenty of parking. Furthermore, appointments are generally available and pretty quick. I have not seen much progress in the removal of my tattoo, I've had three sessions now and it is just as dark as it was before. This tattoo is over 10 years old and very small so I'm highly disappointed with the lack of results considering I've already paid 150 dollars. Overall, the process is very time consuming so I recommend doing your research prior to booking any appointments. read more

Had my first treatment session today. It was a fantastic experience! Firstly, I felt safe the moment I stepped inside with the protocols they're using. Once I was inside I quickly had paperwork filled out and had a rapid, but EXCEPTIONALLY thorough consultation. The laser treatment itself was much easier than I anticipated, and I was kept informed of everything to expect before it happened. It was quick and less painful than I had anticipated it being. Immediately after my treatment I had aftercare instructions, my next appointment scheduled, and I was on my way. At the end of it all I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! The price can't be beat and it's clear that the team at INK-B-GONE is top notch in knowledge and care, and they are dedicated to making an intimidating process as comfortable and easy as possible. I just saw Anna for some tattoo freckles that I wanted removed and not only was she so so sweet, funny and personable but she was also extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough when talking to me about the whole process and what to expect with the results. I've been going here for several sessions and overall had a good experience, especially with the owner Shelley. However, today there was a situation that really rubbed me the wrong way with a different technician (I believe her name is Ana but I could be wrong). I came in promptly at 11:30 for my appointment. The only woman working was in the back room and I could easily hear her entire conversation with another patient as I sat in the waiting area. Loud and clear, every word could be heard as I waited. Around the time I arrived at 11:30, I could hear the laser machine so I knew there was an appointment running overtime which is completely fine and I was waiting patiently. Within a couple minutes after 11:30, the sound of the laser stopped and then for about 20 minutes straight there was no sound of the laser and only the two of them having a friendly conversation about random miscellaneous things. There was nothing in this conversation about tattoo removal or anything related to the patient's appointment, just about topics two friends would talk about over lunch, for example. So after 24 minutes of waiting past my appointment time, not being told by anyone that an appointment was running over, and 20 minutes of overhearing this chit-chatty conversation that told me the service of laser removal was complete, I decided to knock on the door to that room to make sure I was still on their schedule, and to make sure the woman didn't forget about the 11:30 appointment since that is definitely what it seemed like. My tone was respectful and polite. In response, the woman working told me several times that I was very rude for knocking to check that I was still on their schedule. She said like any other clinic, I would have to wait. I can understand that, but at the same time, any other clinic I have been to had someone check me in within at least a few minutes to tell me they know I have arrived, or update me if an appointment was running overtime, and certainly no other clinic I have been to has been unprofessional by running 20+ minutes past an appointment time, completely due to friendly conversation unrelated to the service being performed. I had a tight timeframe to get to work, and never would have knocked if I wasn't sure that the appointment was finished based on their conversation turning to all sorts of unrelated topics, with no evidence of the laser removal occurring. Later during my treatment and as the woman continued to drone on about how rude I was, she also told me that the appointment before me came in late and that's why they were running over; But I am sure they were just carrying on conversation which is what caused it to run so long over time, and the fact that right after I knocked, the two woman left the room and the patient was checked out, also told me that they were in fact done with the appointment and were just chatting. Now I know not to schedule appointments before work, although prior to this, the service has always been very timely and I've been in and out within 5-10 minutes. Sure, maybe it was rude to have knocked under different circumstances (and I 100% wouldn't take back my action if I could, since 1). I probably would have been late to work if I didn't intervene in this rambling conversation, and 2.) I knew she wasn't even performing a service at the time I knocked and it is ridiculous to have me wait just to have a friendly conversation). I am a paying customer with places to be and I did not appreciate the service and treatment I received today. And truly, I think it is very rude that the technician had me waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time for her to engage in social time with another patient, and it would have gone on even longer had I not intervened. I am giving 3 stars because the service I received at prior appointments has been good, and like I said have always had respectful interactions with the owner. read more

It is taking a tad longer than we originally thought, but that's because I have darker skin complexion so they are being extra cautious to prevent hyper and hypopigmentation. read more
