A little back ground first, my tattoo is really small and takes maybe a full minute or two to laser. A bit over 200$. This is my second time or visit at Removery. My first visit was pleasant. I believe I had Janna I only know because she didn't introduce herself to me and I had to call back to get it. I will also admit on my way I took a wrong exit which cost me to be 4 min late. Janna was quick but not personable or pleasant. If I would have had her the first time I would not have returned. For many people a bit over 200$ in under 5 min is a lot to spend. I believe she could have been a little more personable for sure. If I am as a customer responsible for recommending people I couldn't even say she was nice or kind. She just got the job done. This is pretty much completely painless. I went elsewhere for 2 1/2 years to get rid of a 27 year old tattoo with disappointing progress. I'm so glad I stopped going there & found Removery. The laser treatment takes 5 minutes max, it's the same type of feeling but not painful at all, healing time is quicker, it doesn't hurt afterwards, the treatments are more effective. My old provider was putting numbing cream on me prior to treatments which apparently make the lasers 60% less effective, so I was enduring the most excruciating pain and really getting nowhere. I'm soooo glad I found Removery! True pros! I wish I would had just started with them from the beginning... if I would have started with Removery out of the gate this tattoo would already be gone and I wouldn't have been put thru hell. I just wanted to say how happy I am after receiving my first treatment with Invisible Ink. I have many tattoos that I love but this one left me embarrassed and I was ready to start the process of removing it. Liz made me comfortable by explaining the entire process and the reality of how long it would take to remove. I followed the steps they provided and when I came in for my first treatment it was 5X faster than I expected. I was also in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes. It has been almost 8 weeks since that treatment and I am excited for my next treatment this week. Also, Invisible estimates the treatments it will take to remove when you come in for consultation. I have been doing tattoo removal since 2010ish at various different places and no one has ever shown the same results as Invisible Ink. Amy is the best. She is super honest with me and has great attention to detail. They were able to schedule me right away for a free consultation, where they told me all about their technology and how they do what they do. I really appreciate that they use the latest and greatest in laser tech that doesn't actually burn the skin (because who wants that??). They were able to diagnose and plan how many treatments I would need, and how long it would take. They're very down to earth and knowledgable, and I didn't feel like they were judgemental at all! You get a 20% discount for paying up front, which is awesome! They will also refund you a prorated amount if they get the tattoo off sooner than expected, and won't charge more if you need additional treatments. I was able to start with my first treatment that day, and even without the numbing cream (I declined for the first visit) it was no more painful than getting the tattoo in the first place. I have been contemplating getting a large tattoo removed for a couple years but always thought it was soo out of reach for me. I made a huge mistake of allowing my tattoo artist to persuade me in a direction that was NOT what I wanted years ago and I regret that deeply. Although I got compliments on my tattoo, it still is not what i wanted in my heart and was supposed to be a memory tattoo of my dad.
