A little back ground first, my tattoo is really small and takes maybe a full minute or two to laser. A bit over 200$. This is my second time or visit at Removery. My first visit was pleasant. I believe I had Janna I only know because she didn't introduce herself to me and I had to call back to get it. I will also admit on my way I took a wrong exit which cost me to be 4 min late. Janna was quick but not personable or pleasant. If I would have had her the first time I would not have returned. For many people a bit over 200$ in under 5 min is a lot to spend. I believe she could have been a little more personable for sure. If I am as a customer responsible for recommending people I couldn't even say she was nice or kind. She just got the job done. This is pretty much completely painless. I went elsewhere for 2 1/2 years to get rid of a 27 year old tattoo with disappointing progress. I'm so glad I stopped going there & found Removery. The laser treatment takes 5 minutes max, it's the same type of feeling but not painful at all, healing time is quicker, it doesn't hurt afterwards, the treatments are more effective. My old provider was putting numbing cream on me prior to treatments which apparently make the lasers 60% less effective, so I was enduring the most excruciating pain and really getting nowhere. I'm soooo glad I found Removery! True pros! I wish I would had just started with them from the beginning... if I would have started with Removery out of the gate this tattoo would already be gone and I wouldn't have been put thru hell. It's Oct 23rd and the first available apt they have is January 30th. Absolutely, unacceptable. They assigned me a client relations person two years ago because right after I gave them 2500.00 I couldn't get an apt for 8 weeks, It's only become worse. I just wanted to say how happy I am after receiving my first treatment with Invisible Ink. I have many tattoos that I love but this one left me embarrassed and I was ready to start the process of removing it. Liz made me comfortable by explaining the entire process and the reality of how long it would take to remove. I have been doing tattoo removal since 2010ish at various different places and no one has ever shown the same results as Invisible Ink. Amy is the best. She is super honest with me and has great attention to detail. I truly cannot say enough good things about Amy and Cherie! I walk by their office all the time and finally got up the courage to stop in. They were able to schedule me right away for a free consultation, where they told me all about their technology and how they do what they do. I really appreciate that they use the latest and greatest in laser tech that doesn't actually burn the skin (because who wants that??). They were able to diagnose and plan how many treatments I would need, and how long it would take. They're very down to earth and knowledgable, and I didn't feel like they were judgemental at all! You get a 20% discount for paying up front, which is awesome! They will also refund you a prorated amount if they get the tattoo off sooner than expected, and won't charge more if you need additional treatments. I was able to start with my first treatment that day, and even without the numbing cream (I declined for the first visit) it was no more painful than getting the tattoo in the first place. I have been contemplating getting a large tattoo removed for a couple years but always thought it was soo out of reach for me. I made a huge mistake of allowing my tattoo artist to persuade me in a direction that was NOT what I wanted years ago and I regret that deeply. Although I got compliments on my tattoo, it still is not what i wanted in my heart and was supposed to be a memory tattoo of my dad. I just had my first removal session with Amy at Invisible Ink in Cherry Creek, and I have to say, everyone I interacted with here from consultation to check-in to the actual treatment was so kind. It's not easy to talk about something you're sort of embarrassed by (like a tattoo you don't want anymore), and they were so accepting and understanding that my anxieties were put at ease pretty quickly. Cherie and Amy were also nice enough to throw in the zapping of the old leftover remnants of a different removal (with the old technology) for free during my session. Amy is a joy to be around too, so despite the minor pain that happens during the zapping, I actually had fun, like I was hanging out with a friend or something. She's knowledgeable, and talked about how she loves what she does, and hearing all that helped me trust even more that I was in good hands. After the treatment she sent me home with a goody bag of ice packs, creams, bandages, etc. She also took the time to talk about any concerns or questions I had regarding healing, time frames, etc. I felt taken care of and that's huge. It's also worth noting that they're incredibly flexible. You can pay for the entire thing up front for a reduced cost, or pay as you go for a little more. You can also change your treatment schedule (i.e. only winters to reduce the risk of damaged/bleached skin from accidental sun exposure), and they totally understand. I didn't feel pressured at all to get right back in at the two month mark. I give Invisible Ink Tattoo Removal 2 thumbs up and a 10/10! This is was my first experience with a tattoo removal service and I was a little anxious about it. When I entered their office I was pleasantly surprise how nice, clean and professional it looked. I was greeted right away and was brought back in less than 5 minutes of waiting. I went in for a free consult to see what kind of options they had available. I was brought to an office where the employee first asked me questions about my tattoo. She asked how long have I had it, why I wanted it removed, and took measurements of my tattoo. She then thoroughly went over what they do, the procedure, and the payment options. In no way did I feel pressured to pick a certain option or even have it done. I felt extremely comfortable asking any question, and ended up picking a pay as you go plan. Since my tattoo was small they were able to do my first procedure the same day as my first consult. They hinted at me that they had a groupon I could use. Their suggestion saved me $100! After paying my part I was brought to the procedure room where the technician talked me through every step. She made me feel so comfortable with her. She asked me questions and answered any I had before it started. I sometimes ask lots of questions and felt like I could ask any! I wasn't rush, and the technician took the time I needed. Once we were ready to begin she did a test laser and counted back from 3 so I knew when it was coming. She made sure that I knew that during the 15 seconds it would take, that I could tell her to stop at anytime and she would wait as long as I needed her to before she began again. The procedure itself lasted for 15 seconds and was very uncomfortable. I did make it through the 15 seconds and was glad when it was over! Hehe! She made sure I was okay and then talked me through the after care again taking her time and answering all my questions. I set up my next appointment before I left the office. I cannot brag on this company enough. Someone who came in very anxious, was made comfortable within the first 5 minutes.
