I went to Christie for about 3-4 sessions, I forget at this point... and what she did to me has made continuing removal extremely hard for me, the damage to my skin from her was THAT great in only 3 sessions. I have had to put removals on a huge halt over the years, I'm 5 years into removal, and at this point I'm 15 treatments in. Treatments have had to be extremely gentle due to how much hypopigmentation , hyperpigmentation and skin texture damage Christie caused. I put off my wedding as long as I could, thinking nearly 5 years would've been enough time to remove my half sleeve enough for a coverup... especially since Christie told me my removal should only take 6-8 sessions? Which In hindsight... is an INSANE red flag for lack of experience. Now, I hope she has improved her craft, and I genuinely hope the best for her... but having to spend my life covering myself, being embarrassed from the scarring, and knowing my hand will never be able to be in the sun again makes me think that leaving a review and upsetting Christie is nothing compared to what I've had to deal with and will have to continue spending thousands of dollars to try and fix. Think I'm dramatic? Look at these pictures. These are ONLY after Christie's sessions. Not any other technician I've gone to. Because of Christie, full removal may not even be possible anymore ... but my current technician is the best in the business.. so we shall see. I just wish I could go back. Defend myself against her gaslighting of , "you didn't ice enough". No amount of icing could have prevented any of this. I just wish I would've advocated for myself and challenged her "no refund" policy. I hope you think about me forever Christie, because I have no choice but to think about you every time I look at my freakin hand. I don't want to hear from you, I don't want an apology. I just want to warn people so they don't have to deal with what I've had to.

After checking in, the woman behind the front desk said to the service provider, "Hold on a minute, I need to talk to her" in a tone that indicated I was in trouble. Right there in the lobby, in front of other staff and within earshot of customers upstairs and anyone else who may walk in, she introduced herself as Janita and told me that according to an audit she had done, I had not paid for my last two appointments, and then she turned to me and said, "Did you know that?" Her tone was completely accusatory. I explained that I always buy units in bulk when they offer sales (which are a better deal) and was told at each appointment how many units I had left in the bank. This means that every visit, I don't pay for the units, I just pull from the pack I have already purchased until I run out. Janita proceeded to (rather smugly) show me the audit she had run on my account which included my charges for the unit packs I had bought, with the most recent 100 units being purchased in November of 2025, with two ~30-unit appointments since then. I told her that I suspected she had her math wrong, as I had been keeping track of how many units I was using/had left. She said she'd look into it while I was getting my service done and let me know afterwards, but that "As of right now it looks like you owe us over $800." I said no, I won't be doing my appointment today because I don't want a surprise charge and this seems off, so yes please figure that out. Janita said she'd call me after she sorted it out and let me know what she determined. She rescheduled me for the following week tentatively until they figured things out. I left feeling as though I had been absolutely accused of stealing from their business and treated as if I was a liar trying to cheat them. It was incredibly embarrassing and left me reeling the rest of the night. The next day, I revived a text saying "Hi Emily, It's Janita I left you a voicemail. I just wanted to let you know that you are all set for your next appointment! Have a great weekend." No apology. No explanation. No 15% off for treating me like crap. Nothing. While I wasn't surprised, since I knew that I had not lied or stolen, I was incredibly baffled by the lack of customer service instinct by this woman. To be treated so poorly so publicly and without any basis was absolutely uncalled for, and definitely the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. It felt a bit like a reverse Karen situation in which the customer wasn't the Karen for once. Let's just say that their system had in fact failed to correctly charge my bank of credits for my last two appointments -- that's absolutely not my fault, and never something that I should be openly accosted for at the beginning of my appointment. Or let's say that I had in fact been somehow stealing from their business. The right way to handle this situation would have been in private -- either over the phone prior to my arrival or in the back office where it could be handled gracefully. Then, when her error was realized, she should have apologized (I'd even suggest doing so rather profusely after having treated someone so poorly). This was absolutely the worst possible handling of the situation. I'm still in shock at just how poorly I was treated by a total stranger and I will never ever go to LaserLoft again, and I do NOT recommend that anyone else go here for any service ever.

Amy is the GREATEST person I could ever meet. She is Extremely Knowledgeable in the tattoo removal process and makes sure we can get threw the pain together. The small amount of pain during the procedure is worth it knowing that she just wants the best for us in getting the tattoo/s removed. Some people may say she denies treatment, but there's a Reason Why. If we try to attempt a laser treatment with any sunburn or sun damage, that could end up scarring the tattoo and final process. Certain types of medications could delay the process as well. At the end of the day it's just about following the suggestions so your tattoo is completely removed and heals perfectly afterwards. If you're truly serious about wanting your tattoo removed with the least amount of pain (numbing cream is AMAZING) and the staff is kind and has our best interest at heart; DO YOUR REMOVAL AT INVISIBLE INK!!! I'm on my 3rd treatment out of 6 and it's AMMMMMMMAAAZING the difference you can see. I truly look forward to when both these tattoos will be gone for Good!!! Thank you so much Amy!! read more

I just had my fourth appointment. My tattoo was beautifully done except my artist added smoke in between my dragon and that was not what I wanted. I set an appointment with Invisible Ink and booked the series it would take to remove the smoke in between. They were extremely professional from the beginning and are set up in a beautiful Dr.'s Office. Amy is my technician and is always on time and professional, knowledgeable quick and efficient and discusses everything to be done and reviews what she did and asks if there are any other places I would like added. This is the third place I've tried for Tattoo Removal and I wish I would have went here first!! While everywhere says they use the best laser, I can attest to the fact that Invisible Ink is leaps and bounds ahead of the rest in the Denver area. On some of my tattoos I had eight treatments prior to coming to Invisible Ink with no progress and significant scarring. Invisible Ink is further ahead in only two treatments on the tattoo that's never been treated before!! They are highly professional, super clean, very friendly, on time and provide fair pricing. It's not completely gone yet, but the process so far has been great. The laser they use is the best without a doubt. Not at all as painful as the older technology that some other tattoo removers use. My only critique of the office was the level of noise. It's small so you can hear everyone talking, laughing and carrying on in places you can't see and that didn't add to the overall "spa" feel. Lisa saw my kiddo and was super kind to them and walked them through every step. They really helped them relax and feel comfortable. Their skin came out beautiful. Super dewy and well hydrated. We purchased some exfoliator as well for them to use at home. I would bring them back for additional treatments.

Every time I go in she always makes me laugh and brightens up my day. The type of person that will lift you up with their positive energy that continues throughout the day. She is worth every penny - trust me. I've had my brows plucked, waxed, threaded, microbladed and nobody has been able to nail the look I've dreamed of until Simone worked on my brows. I get so many compliments from my friends and family and when I tell them that they are nano hairs, nobody believes me - that's how natural they look! Important to note that I originally asked Simone for even thicker brows than I ended up with but she talked me through why that wasn't the best idea or look for my face and she was right. I appreciated her honesty and I had 100% trust in everything she told me. About Simone: From the moment you meet her, you will feel her welcoming & positive energy. She is gorgeous inside and out and she is a true girl's girl. She complimented the woman who microbladed my brows 6 years ago and told me she gave me a really great shape and starting point for her to work with. She wasn't shy to tell me where she purchased her cute pants or the artwork in her studio. These things go a long way and tell me a lot about the person Simone is. She is so passionate about what she does and it is so evident in her work style, ethic and artistry. If you want the brows of your dreams, Simone is your girl. You will not be disappointed.
