Additionally, they remember little things about you which can be surprising being your appointments have to be scheduled so far apart. Terrible customer service. Short staffed and cannot fulfill their appointments and will charge you if you leave because nobody can help you. I had an appointment with Ink-B-Gone at 3:45pm. I got there a bit early and waited an additional 15 minutes after my appointment and nobody came to the front to get me. I opened and closed the door throughout the 15 minutes at least 5 times to make the bell go off to get their attention, and no luck. I finally had to leave, I couldn't wait any longer. Not a big deal they couldn't see me, I was planning to simply reschedule. About an hour after my appointment, I get a text message from them stating they're going to charge me $50 for missing my appointment and that no matter what time my appointment is, its my responsibility to wait as long as it takes for someone to greet me and if I leave because nobody shows up, they charge you. Apparently, this is ether a scam or they're so busy, customer service isn't important. I've never seen a business charge you for them not showing up. Do not go here, there are other places with great customer service and better equipment. read more

It's hard to find honest and realiable professionals especially in the laser world. I stopped in to see about scheduling a consultation for removal of my 12 year old tribal "tramp stamp" I got for free in Mexico and a crooked bull on my hip. Shelly and Simone were sooooo sweet and friendly. They were able to give me a quote on the spot and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They suggested a numbing topical anesthetic for my lower back. I was curious about the pain and whether I would need this service or not and Shelly offered to do a test spot to see if I would want to be numbed. She did a test spot and before you know I was just getting the whole thing done. For 2 tattoos about 4 sq. inches, the total time was less than 2 minutes it seemed like. Shelly said the tattoo might look brighter after the treatment so I was not expecting to see any difference right away, but when I took off the bandages it looked significantly lighter already with many of the edges gone. I received a follow up phone call the next day to make sure I was feeling ok and there were no blisters. Great customer service like this is a rarity these days and is greatly appreciated. read more

I stopped by Ink Be Gone a few months ago when I had another appointment in the area. I had been thinking about getting a tattoo removed for a while, and so I went it to ask some questions. Simone was working and was so kind and helpful in explaining the entire process from start to finish. I felt comfortable and confident in the environment and so I decided to make my first appointment. The appointment went by in literally 10 minutes, from when I walked in the door to when I left. It was quick and somewhat painless. I had heard horrible things about how painful tattoo removal was and so I was very nervous, but Simone was very calming, and the process was over before I knew it. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with a very small tattoo. I was going to Shelly for a very small red heart on my finger and about 8 sessions later and it's still very much visible. Finally I stopped going to her because I felt like I was being ripped off. She's very nice and personable but that doesn't remove tattoos. Seeing other similar reviews about people who went to her with small tattoos makes me think she does this intentionally. At one point she said it's because 'there's a lot of ink in there'..? My first visit to Ink-b-gone was in 2010. I removed a tattoo on my leg and am now almost done with one on my back. I have been in for about 8 visits and have always had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. The new lasers they have are awesome! I know you can find a better price out there and I have a friend that went to ink-b-gone for a quote and then decided to go somewhere cheaper. He ended up with some pretty bad scarring.
