Had my third session on a large laser removal today with Shelley. As usual, it was a great treatment. Fast and professional and I always leave feeling confident about my results. Shelley is a pro. Thank you so much for all you do!! read more

I've had a great experience here so far! Getting ready for my third removal session. Very clean facility and friendly staff.

Super quick and easy experience! Absolutely happy with the price and the work dome itself. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

They make an extremely uncomfortable process as easy as possible. This is a great place for tattoo removal!

I am six sessions in to my tattoo removal and cannot recommend this place enough. It's a perfect business that happens to do laser removal: accessible location, easy parking, consistently friendly and professional staff, great appointment organization and related tech, clean and comfortable patient rooms, quick (thank God) and precise service, and high-level aftercare. The staff is so lovely that I weirdly look forward to these sessions. The name is a bit funny but don't let that throw you off. This is the place to go! read more

Ana is awesome! They don't just remove tattoos, they remove troublesome age spots, as well. It works unbelievably well! Highly recommended

I'm leaving two stars as they didn't seem very knowledgeable oR up to date with modern day ink removal advances that treat ALL PIGMENTs of skin. I came to their office and was immediately told that they couldn't offer services Because of my darker complexion (not very dark at all) - which seemed ridiculous given that every other company I previously inquired on / utilized mentioned no such thing. Maybe their refusal of treatment was reflected in them simply not having the necessary materials...,Who knows, but fOr a business remoVing ink in the city of DIverse Denver, i feel it's doWnright foolish and Insensitive for them to not offer services to every potential customer. read more

Excellent service and overall really satisfied with the results I've had over the past couple of years of attending appointments here. The staff is always upbeat and positive, ensuring my questions are answered and concerns addressed. Told today it might be my last treatment! They've done an excellent job and I would recommend to anyone. I'm 100% happy with the service provided and results! read more

Shelley and Simone have been exceptional during the treatments I've received (wrist & 2 fingers). Every time you come in, they are so happy to see you. Additionally, they remember little things about you which can be surprising being your appointments have to be scheduled so far apart. Both are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and an added bonus is they have great brunch recommendations. The location itself has ample parking, easy to find and clean. On my fingers you cant tell that I ever had a tattoo. My wrist is almost done and I can tell that soon it will be like nothing was ever there - your skin after total removal looks flawless NOT scarred. If you're on the fence about whether to come here or not...don't be! Promise you wont regret choosing to get your treatments done here. I've had great results read more

This place is amazing! Super clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely professional and nice and made the whole experience a walk in the park. They are doing great things for people in need. read more

The staff at Ink B Gone have made my tattoo removal experience so positive and easy. Every appointment I've had thus far, they have been personable, persistent and altogether very enjoyable! The rates can't be beat either, and the facilities are very clean and calming. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for affordable and reliable ink removal -- their testimonials are promising! read more

I randomly came across Ink-B-Gone and set up a consult. I had a tattoo that I loved, but no longer loved the placement. I had been thinking about removing it for quite sometime but was unsure how tattoo removal will take to deeper skin tones. I was reassured that there would be no scarring and everyone here is so knowledge and patient. I'm writing this review at my last appointment and I can say that I am so happy with the results! read more

This is a long-overdue review! Shelley and Simone are industry experts and really know what they are doing! Just like getting a tattoo- removal depends on a lot of factors that we don't always think about; I urge every prospective client to ask questions- I know Shelley and Simone would rather earn your business than merely perform "zap n go" treatment. I appreciate the education I receive during the treatments. Their office is always clean and presentable. Their bedside manner is great- especially for those that may be apprehensive. Treatment is 10 minutes tops and you are on your way to the rest of your day. read more

I stopped in to see about scheduling a consultation for removal of my 12 year old tribal "tramp stamp" I got for free in Mexico and a crooked bull on my hip. Shelly and Simone were sooooo sweet and friendly. They were able to give me a quote on the spot and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They suggested a numbing topical anesthetic for my lower back. I was curious about the pain and whether I would need this service or not and Shelly offered to do a test spot to see if I would want to be numbed. She did a test spot and before you know I was just getting the whole thing done. For 2 tattoos about 4 sq. inches, the total time was less than 2 minutes it seemed like. Shelly said the tattoo might look brighter after the treatment so I was not expecting to see any difference right away, but when I took off the bandages it looked significantly lighter already with many of the edges gone. I received a follow up phone call the next day to make sure I was feeling ok and there were no blisters. Great customer service like this is a rarity these days and is greatly appreciated. read more

I stopped by Ink Be Gone a few months ago when I had another appointment in the area. I had been thinking about getting a tattoo removed for a while, and so I went it to ask some questions. Simone was working and was so kind and helpful in explaining the entire process from start to finish. I felt comfortable and confident in the environment and so I decided to make my first appointment. The appointment went by in literally 10 minutes, from when I walked in the door to when I left. It was quick and somewhat painless. I had heard horrible things about how painful tattoo removal was and so I was very nervous, but Simone was very calming, and the process was over before I knew it. Yes, it was uncomfortable, but so is getting a tattoo. They give you a little goody bag when you leave with some helpful items for the next few days, including an ice pack, lollipop and sunscreen! I will be back for a few more sessions, and I certainly recommend coming here! read more

I've seen these guys twice now for an unfortunate tattoo that was not done well. The girls here are awesome! Very professional, and conservative. It's clear they'd rather do it right than do it harsh. I've been to two other ink removal spots in Denver and INK B GONE is the best. read more

I highly recommend this place to anyone considering tattoo removal! Simone is friendly and professional. She's honest in order to let clients know how the process will go so there aren't any surprises down the road. Pricing is extremely fair especially considering tattoo removal is an investment no matter where you go; you feel confident paying for good results here. I left my consultation way more confident about the whole process after Simone's assessment. I decided to return for my first treatment and it went so smoothly. Not to mention quick! I was in & out in under 10 minutes and spent less than 5 minutes in the chair. Healing went very smoothly as well because Simone highly encourages icing the treated area & provided a recovery "goody bag." Who doesn't love a good bag especially after laser treatment?! Pain wasn't as bad as I was expecting either. With a lot of ice and aquaphor after treatment, it was nothing compared to the tattoo itself. read more

Great place! I rarely leave reviews but I've been coming here for about 7 treatments and I can't tell how amazing and knowledgeable Shelly is. It's hard to find honest and realiable professionals especially in the laser world. Being an African American woman, It is not only hard to find the right laser for your skin tone but to trust that the individual knows how to treat you. They not only make the whole experience comfortable but you leave feeling like they took care of you! That type of service is hard to come by. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for tattoo removal in CO. Thank you ink b gone for making my once horrible decision fade away! read more

Terrible customer service. Short staffed and cannot fulfill their appointments and will charge you if you leave because nobody can help you. I had an appointment with Ink-B-Gone at 3:45pm. I got there a bit early and waited an additional 15 minutes after my appointment and nobody came to the front to get me. I opened and closed the door throughout the 15 minutes at least 5 times to make the bell go off to get their attention, and no luck. I finally had to leave, I couldn't wait any longer. Not a big deal they couldn't see me, I was planning to simply reschedule. About an hour after my appointment, I get a text message from them stating they're going to charge me $50 for missing my appointment and that no matter what time my appointment is, its my responsibility to wait as long as it takes for someone to greet me and if I leave because nobody shows up, they charge you. Apparently, this is ether a scam or they're so busy, customer service isn't important. I've never seen a business charge you for them not showing up. Do not go here, there are other places with great customer service and better equipment. read more

I had 6 sessions after 2 or 3 at other locations, and I enjoyed my time here the most. Quick and relatively painless, I was able to lighten my large tattoo from very dark to barely noticeable. I then got it covered with a larger piece. The pricing here is very reasonable and they do package deals to save some money. I would definitely recommend this place for tattoo removal! read more

Super easy and straightforward. I'm in and out within 5 minutes and the staff is polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I LOVE THIS PLACE AND I HAVE TRIED MANY. I researched soooo many tattoo removal clinics like most people. I was going somewhere else before coming to INK-B-GONE. I wanted to change clinics because Ink B Gone had a wider variety of lasers. I AM SO GLAD I SWITCHED - not only because of the technology, but I love love love Shelley. She is SO good at what she does. You can tell she's been doing this for YEARS. She gave me genuine, honest advice I would not have gotten anywhere else. AND I swear, more of my tattoo went away after Shelley's treatment compared to others. It is absolutely most definitely because of Shelley and the type of lasers they use here. Results are not the same everywhere. I realized it truly depends on many factors, and INK B GONE is the most effective place I have ever been to (and in all my research). read more

I did my tattoo removal with Simone. She has always been so pleasant and so nice! Obviously tattoo removal is not the greatest feeling but Simone always tries to make it as tolerable as possible. I've had two tattoos removed and one lightened to cover up. In my opinion the pricing is very reasonable. You get what you pay for and you get results at ink b gone. You can't even tell I had a tattoo on my neck! I definitely recommend getting your tattoos removed here! Both Shelly and Simone are great read more

Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with a very small tattoo. I was going to Shelly for a very small red heart on my finger and about 8 sessions later and it's still very much visible. Finally I stopped going to her because I felt like I was being ripped off. She's very nice and personable but that doesn't remove tattoos. Seeing other similar reviews about people who went to her with small tattoos makes me think she does this intentionally. At one point she said it's because 'there's a lot of ink in there'..? Not okay to rip people off. read more

Very professional & clean environment. I was informed very well of the procedure, aftercare & everything in between & was in & out of there in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Ink B Gone!! read more

I'm so happy I came here to start my tattoo removal process! I was looking for tattoo coverups for 2 that I couldn't stand having and I'll always cover with clothing, but really didn't want more/bigger tattoos. I heard that tattoo removal was painful and expensive, so of course I was hesitant, but I'm so glad I found Ink-B-Gone and learned that's not the case! The office is super clean, the ladies are very friendly and ensure all of your questions are answered and you feel comfortable before proceeding. The process is unbelievably fast and they take such great care of you! I'm so happy I chose Ink-B-Gone to remove my tattoos. I've had one treatment here so far, and have about 4 more to go, and I already see progress after only my first treatment. No pain, and no scarring! It's an incredible (and long) process! If you are on the fence and price or fear are deterring you, fear not and go to Ink-B-Gone! You won't regret it! :) read more

Have a tattoo on my chest I got when I was 18 and I've regretted it as I got older. I didn't want to cover it bc I just don't want anything on my chest. Not only was the place spotless clean and beautifully decorated, but I had a lot of questions. All were answered with complete patience. It didn't hurt, just kinda an annoying feeling. And 48 hours in, I'm amazed at the result from just one treatment! I'm excited to see how much more is going to fade over the next few weeks. I would recommend this place to everyone. Highly trained, clean, and even called me for a check up to see how I'm doing. High class!! read more

My first visit to Ink-b-gone was in 2010. I removed a tattoo on my leg and am now almost done with one on my back. I have been in for about 8 visits and have always had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. The new lasers they have are awesome! I know you can find a better price out there and I have a friend that went to ink-b-gone for a quote and then decided to go somewhere cheaper. He ended up with some pretty bad scarring. So, you get what you pay for. If you want your tattoo gone the best way possible, spend a few extra bucks. read more

Simone was so nice and thorough in explaining everything- in my consultation & at my first treatment. It might be expensive but the professionalism and comfort I received here seems worth it. I look forward to getting more treatments done & seeing more progress on the tattoos fading. This is not just a financial decision but an emotional one too, and they definitely understand & cater to this at Ink B Gone. read more

Happy customer! I have just started my treatments for removing the small 10yr old tattoo behind my ear. Shelley is very knowledgable, has been in the business for more than 11 years. I absolutely loved my experience here. I had tattoos removed from my fingers. No scars, the ink is simply disappearing following the very fast treatments. I rarely have to wait and I always receive a call to remind me of appointments. The ladies are professional, educated, and very sweet. They chat with you during the appointment to distract you from the stinging. The location is easy to find, very welcoming and clean. They, unprompted, dropped the price on my sessions. The original price was very reasonable, the lower rate was unexpected and appreciated. I'll never go anywhere else. read more

I did a google search about tattoo removal and found a few different tattoo laser removal places. Ink-B-Gone had a very informative website concerning procedure, pricing, before and after photos, as well as plenty of extra info. When I scheduled my appointment for a consultation, I mentioned their internet ad and received a discount. Bascially, to remove some chinese writing on my wrist (3 small symbols), my first laser treatment was a mere $99. The staff was professional and extremely friendly and nice. Simone informed me of everything that was going to take place and what to expect. When asked if I had any questions, the answer was "no" due to all the information she provided. This place is a well oiled machine. I was extremely impressed with how well they worked when I left. I was pretty much in and out! My follow up is in February and I look forward to it! (yes I actually typed that!) read more
