I recommend looking at their deals as they run new promotions every month that don't compare to other establishments, in a good way! You get 12 sessions plus touchups for life when signing up, the scheduling is easy and quick- as soon as you're done with your session you walk out to the front desk and they schedule you there and then. I recommend making your appointments or giving them a heads up as I believe they will start charging for missing your appointment. The establishment is well sanitized and they provide a cover up dress while getting your session done. You can get almost everything done, besides anything near your eyes. If you are looking for something specific I recommend bringing it up when getting your session done. Lastly, they provide a pay plan where you can pay monthly or you can pay all at once. It is well worth it in my opinion! I'm able to see results after the 3rd session and reason I keep going back and getting more areas done! The vibes are also great, very cute inside! Pro tip: ask what the maintenance is before or/snd after a session if you are new to hair removal via laser.

I was told three separate times that someone would call me to resolve the issue, and no one followed up. I'm also very disappointed with the results of the laser treatments I received. Overall, the lack of communication, inability to provide me with a clear balance, and my experience with the treatments have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly encourage anyone considering their services to ask detailed questions about pricing, balances, expected results, and cancellation/refund policies before paying.

During our first consultation, she asked me my objectives and proposed a short series of treatments - a chemical skin treatment and three RF microneedling sessions. It was more affordable than I had thought, and we did the first treatment that day. She educated me on each step, always described what she was doing and why, and repeatedly checked in on my comfort (which was fine - slight stinging, but I kind of liked that - it told me it was working!). After my second session, I could already see the results. I'm ready for my third, and I understand this is when I'll start to see the real, longer-term effects. I'm very happy thus far, and look forward to her working more magic on me!

This company is HORRIBLE. Spend your money somewhere else!…read more At our initial consultation, we were talked into buying "banks" of 200 units each of Xeomin. The product was good. We were happy with the results. The problems came when we tried to schedule appointments to use the remainder of our banks. We could never find appointments at our closest location online. We would call the location and they would confirm that there were no appointments available - even 2-4 weeks out. We were FINALLY able to get appointments on 8/23/26, booked a couple weeks in advance. We arrived 15 minutes early only to be told, "Oh, we just sent you a text...we had to cancel. We don't have a nurse here today". When I went home and tried to call the location (Denver Cherry Creek), nobody would answer the phone. I literally put my phone on speaker and let it ring for at least five minutes. No answer. I hung up and called later and did the same thing. Again, NO ANSWER. I called their corporate office and requested a refund for both me and my husband's accounts. They told me "someone from finance will call me back'. They never did. A couple weeks later, I called the local office and again got nowhere. I advised them I would file a complaint with the BBB. A few minutes after hanging up, a woman named Leah called me and we spoke for quite awhile. I will note that she was very nice but not much help. When I mentioned how many reviews I was seeing of people having the same issues with not being able to get appointments or having their appointments canceled, she told me that there is a nursing shortage and that's why they are having these issues. She seemed very skeptical about me getting a refund due to their policies but told me she would speak to her manager and get back to me. Guess what? She never called me back. I again called the corporate office and went through everything all over again....and was told the same thing...."we have to forward this and someone will get back to you." No call. No text. No email. NOTHING. I filed a complaint with the BBB and explained very thoroughly that I was requesting the refund for the full value of what remained in both me and my husband's banks which were all paid for on my card. About a week later, Laseraway responded to my BBB complaint and refunded me for my bank only. Just an FYI, if you're in the same position as us...no one at this company seems to understand the concept of cross referencing accounts. I am still fighting to get the over $500 balance of my husband's bank refunded. Do not waste your time or money with this company.
