He eased my mind within the first 5 minutes of meeting him and gave me the exact breast augmentation I was seeking. Over the years, I've had multiple surgeries with him. He didn't charge me the second time because he wanted to get me what I wanted no matter what. He cares for his patients is quick about it and talks you through everything. The nurses are lovely and always helpful, and I have never had a bad experience here. I am so glad I was recommended to this clinic by a friend who went to Dr Wolf for a gyno surgery. It looks amazing now and I'm recovering now, super happy and excited to see how it heals! The only thing I will say is that the front desk is very 50/50. I told them my nipple was possibly necrotic and they did everything in their power to not help me. Sometimes they're great and sometimes they're awful. This time I had to call over 10 times after being hung up on and told to remove stefi strips myself one day after surgery, just to get someone from the staff to contact Dr Steinwald, which once he heard he immediately called me in. I find the cherry creek front desk staff are usually way worse than the golden front desk.

Was told I could do a manicure or pedicure at 10:00 am. Since more people would see my hands than feet, I opted for the manicure. I returned at 9:45, and was taken to the relaxation lounge which is quite lovely. The receptionist (who is obviously new and unfamiliar with operations) came back and told me they couldn't do a manicure for me as there was already a 10:00 am appointment and they only have one manicure station. Ok, no problem I'll take the pedicure. It started almost 20 minutes later. The gravity chairs are nice, as is the neck roll, blanket, and eye mask. However, the foot soak lasted 2 minutes or less with little exfoliation. The technician cut my big toenail crooked and too far in, which could potentially give me an ingrown toenail (picture below). The polish job was quick and kind of sloppy. The leg massage was ok but nothing spectacular. All in all, if I lived here I wouldn't go back. If you're visiting, save the money and go to a different salon.

Rather than just saying because you're allergic to bee venom we can't inject Juvederm she asked me a bunch of questions. I've had Botox here recently. All of my allergies are listed in my file. I asked why they made the appointment knowing that. She told me the person who gave me Botox noted she had discussed the bee venom allergy. We never had that conversation because I wasn't even considering Juvederm. Again, if that were the case I wouldn't have made the appointment and Rejuvenate shouldn't have made the appointment. If you're reading this and you're allergic to bee venom it's not the Juvederm it's the enzyme hyaluroniidase that is used if they need to break down the Juvederm. If you don't like the results or in rare cases a vascular occlusion. I have an appointment with a doctor for Juvederm. Don't believe that because you're allergic to bee venom you absolutely can't get Juvederm. Do some research. Kelsey let me know she didn't want an incident/problem like that on her resume. Rejuvenate should have this information on their website. So like me you don't waste your time.
