My honest review is that I had a few problem spots on my nails that needed to be redone, and I want to give credit to my nail tech because she was lovely and happily repaired them for me. I gave 3 stars because my nail tech was so lovely. However, while my nails were still wet, two other customers came in and were waiting. A different technician seemed eager to get me out of the chair and rushed me out before my pedicure was actually dry. Of course, as soon as I put my slippers on, they touched the wet polish and messed up the pedicure I had just paid $38 for. I understand that a salon can get busy, but clients shouldn't be rushed out before their nails are dry just because other people are waiting. I appreciated how kind and accommodating my original nail tech was, but the way the visit ended left me pretty disappointed.

As a regular customer, I found this very frustrating. If I make an appointment with a particular technician, I expect that appointment to be honored. I choose who I want to do my nails, and I'm choosing to spend my money at this business and at the day and time that is convenient for me! I ultimately had to wait until my regular technician was available. Then, after all of that, I was charged $75 for my rebase instead of the $70 I have consistently paid. I was told the additional $5 was because of the length of my nails, even though I've had essentially the same nail length(they're not long) and have been charged $70 even when they were longer. Their pricing is already considerably higher than other salons, where a comparable rebase is around $50. I was willing to pay more because I liked my technician Mia. After regularly supporting this business, I expected much better communication, consistency, and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider whether I want to continue coming here.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by smiling friendly faces. The solan is nice and clean and does not smell like step by chemicals that others often do. They were all so nice and friendly and helped us with exactly what we wanted. A big shout out is that they took their time with our toes and really shaped them up and made them look good. Even working tirelessly on my husbands bad military feet with ingrown toe nails. (Yes he gets pedicures regularly) This was by far the BEST experience we have had when it comes to pedicures. Also the prices were not that bad either. One thing I can say for certain is that we have found our nail salon moving forward. Coming here you will not be disappointed. I was so appreciative of her flexibility. She greeted me with a smile and was so nice the entire appointment. She never rushed or seemed irritated that it was so close to closing time. She told me about what trends she's seeing in nails right now and what the young girls are requesting. She seemed spot on with what I've been seeing online, so if you want someone up to date on the latest nail trends, she's your girl. I wish I had gotten her name, but I suspect she's one of the owners since she was the last one there at closing. She did a good job on my nails and they ended up lasting three weeks, which is typically the longest I can go without getting back into a salon. I have very fine hair as well as have used boxed dye in the past so my hair was dry/damaged as well as had a reddish tint to it that I hated.
