I was nervous at first, because I had never tried extensions before, but Diana's kind nature quickly put me at ease. The environment is fun and colorful, but also very tranquil. She often puts on soothing music and I usually fall asleep while the extensions are being put on. . My makeup routine takes only about five minutes in the morning with the extensions, because I don't have to worry about eye makeup- meaning more time to sleep in :). The extensions last for several weeks, and in my case, sometimes have lasted for months! I have gotten lots of compliments, most people think I was just blessed with long lashes. Eyelash extensions are expensive, but Diana is very reasonably priced. Most other places take about two and a half hours, Diana takes less than half of that time and they turn out perfect. She is also very sweet, and has great energy. I won't go to anyone else because I don't see a reason to. Tip: Arrive about five minutes early to find street parking :)

She did not mark the points to inject, nor used rubbing alch9l to clean my face. She also did not ask if I wanted a numbing cream. I also asked for fillers for my smile lines. I went along with it then went home. 2 weeks passed and I as the other lady stated here, I did not see any difference. I reached out to Jessica letting her know. I went back in and she again injected me. Once more nothing came of it. In fact things were worse. I again reached out and she initially said to come in and she will take another look. We'll, by now I was upset and cried over the state of my face considering I spent 1500.00 to get this done. She proceeded to ask me if I was suicidal. I found this to be out of line and unprofessional. I did not go there to get my head shrunk but Botox. She finally said I need to find another injector for she is not the right one. I was thrilled with the results and the procedure was painless. After that, with every beauty tech I've seen, the product stung at least a little, and at one place in Boulder it straight up HURT, and the woman doing the procedure acted like it was nbd (and also didn't remember from the other time I'd seen her what my curl preferences were). I have learned through experience that the right beauty tech makes a HUGE difference. Brooke Millette has done the best job of any beauty tech I've ever seen and I will never go anywhere else. If/when she leaves Lash & Co in Longmont I will be SO sad. She is the absolute best and I cannot recommend her highly enough; she is absolutely gifted at what she does. I've had good experiences at Lash & Co in Longmont generally (haven't heard great things about every other location but Longmont is good). Highly recommend.
