Very disappointing experience with this establishment! I made an appointment for their…read moreintroductory facial for Wednesday 10/14/26 at 2pm. I immediately received a text confirming my appt and stating that a rep would call me shortly. Thereafter I received 6 emails, 4 texts and the stated phone call. The rep, a gentleman who was very professional asked me the usual pre-appointment questions, any allergies, previous bad reactions, etc. then confirmed my appointment. Also In each of the previous texts and aforementioned emails there was an option to confirm said appointment. I confirmed each time even though I thought it was overkill. Each time it said "look forward to seeing you"! Then yesterday afternoon I received an email saying my appointment was cancelled! I immediately called and asked why it was cancelled and the lady I spoke with said she couldn't find an appointment, put me on hold and came back to say that it was cancelled because I did not confirm the appointment and I didn't pay the deposit! WHAT DEPOSIT? AND HOW MANY TIMES DOES ONE NEED TO CONFIRM? Never was I informed there was a deposit, and the rep who previously called me never mentioned a deposit. Have never heard that one needs to make a deposit for a facial! Additionally the emails I received clearly had information that never loaded. I didn't worry about it because I thought I had a definite appointment after all those confirmation! I will try to attach a screen shot below. Then this morning I received a text and an email reminding me of my appointment! WTH? And about 6pm this evening another text saying sorry I missed my appointment - please call to reschedule! Clearly their appointment service has issues, but this could have been rectified if the lady I spoke with yesterday took the time to explain their business model. Apparently they don't need my business!

I had…read morea botched surgery from another clinic that I went to in boulder and he did his absolute best to give me what I wanted no matter how many surgeries it would take. He didn't charge me the second time because he wanted to get me what I wanted no matter what. He cares for his patients is quick about it and talks you through everything. The nurses are lovely and always helpful, and I have never had a bad experience here. I am so glad I was recommended to this clinic by a friend who went to Dr Wolf for a gyno surgery. It looks amazing now and I'm recovering now, super happy and excited to see how it heals! The only thing I will say is that the front desk is very 50/50. I told them my nipple was possibly necrotic and they did everything in their power to not help me. Sometimes they're great and sometimes they're awful. This time I had to call over 10 times after being hung up on and told to remove stefi strips myself one day after surgery, just to get someone from the staff to contact Dr Steinwald, which once he heard he immediately called me in. I find the cherry creek front desk staff are usually way worse than the golden front desk.
