Waked into the Glendale GNC on CO Blvd & Ohio 9/16/24 pretty much 1 minute before 7pm closing. The young lady was so helpful but ultimately concluded that she did not have the supplement I needed. And when I asked her if any of the other GNC store were opened until 8pm she was a dear and found. & showed me the address of the university Hills store. That's a star employee. The young man at the university Hills store was also very helpful. It was very encouraging after stressful day. read more

Costumer service alert!!! This GNC location is worst I have ever been. I was gnc costumer more than 7 years but employee is doesn't even know their return policy and trying to keep your money even that against GNC return policy. I bought product last week and I want to return it today but employee who name Stephenie lied to me about return policy.I asked politely return this item.She says you can't return if box opened but on the receipt it doesn't say anything about open box.Return policy clearly says within 30 days I can return item with receipt which I had original receipt with me.She said policy just changed but it was lie .I checked online same return policy didn't change anything.She just doesn't want to give money back even the return policy clearly says I can.She kicked out from store no reason.She was unprofessional and so rude! Closed during store hours. Third time in a row I've been to a GNC in denver during store hours and the doors are locked.

Was standing outside 15 min before they closed and no one was inside. We pulled on the door and it opened. Some guy sitting in his car came chasing after us claiming he wanted to go home early and was rude when we asked for one item... he then proceeded to grill us inside the store questioning how we managed to open an unlocked door. This is a terrible practice for a business. I understand wanted to go home early but not at the expense of a business. Terrible service. read more

Says they are open until 7pm and it's currently 5:15pm on a Thursday and door is locked and nobody is here. Just don't come here and waste your gas for them to be closed. The store will close soon enough. read more

Went in to buy a GNC Vitapak at this Store. I had a $10 off coupon that came in the mail. The owner was working (Some Eastern Indian Hindu guy). First off, the price on the Shelf was $59.99, when I got to the register I was informed there had been a $10 increase in the price, but his store didn't put the correct price on the shelf yet, Second off he told me he at first couldn't honour the coupon, but then with the new price increase and $9.00 tax, my total was over the New marked price (that wasn't marked yet) Very bizarre. Something didn't sit right with me. Then he started mumble jumbling me about my Gold card, this and that. After 10min, I told him I wasn't interested, that i'd just take my business elsewhere, as I was leaving, he yelled, "Screw You!" To me, I won't be back.. read more

"We'll match national competitor prices and beat 'em by a buck" as advertised in the front window of at GNCs, at least this one and another here in Denver, is just a false statement. Last week I was shopping for a new bottle of OxyElite Pro and called this store and another store in Denver to verify they had the product in, they both did and quoted a price $7 higher than what can be found on the GNC website. They said they did not honor online prices as franchise store owners could charge what they wanted. OK, maybe GNC online isn't a "national competitor," but it just doesn't seem right. Then for Xmas, I got a GNC gift card, so I popped in the store this morning and found they had Muscle Milk on sale for $39.99 if you didn't have a Gold Card. I checked online at GNC's largest national competitor (initials VS) who had the same product for $24.99. I showed the clerk (who was very pleasant and did want to help me) the price and referenced the sign in the front of the store. She called the store owner, who told her that she could give me the Gold Card price, but not match or beat their competitor's price. How can they get away with such false advertising? read more

After reading all the comments about that Indian guy, i was really skeptic when i got into store. First time when i was in, i couldn't see that Indian guy. I really wanted to see him and have some debate and tell him how bad store owner he is. So I left. At the second time he wasn't in there and i get mad. I asked the guy who works in there, he told me " that indian guy sold the store at October 2015 to GNC corporation so he is not here anymore" ohh yeah !! So guys, it is safe to shop here. New manager is such a cool guy, he is name is Alex. Very helpful, informative, zero pressure !! read more

SHOPPER BEWARE: This GNC is a joke. Half-stocked shelves and old, overweight managers who will push the wrong supplements on you. Worst part is that the large indian guy that was working there, after pushing products on me that I do not want or need, sold me a product that would "do", although the actual product I was looking for (no surprise), were out of. I left, and then right across the street saw the product I was looking for. Went right back in and asked if I could be refunded. Seal was unbroken. He said "NO, you do not have your receipt", which in fairness I declined, but holy shit I was JUST THERE. Just a dick move and I don't like feeling sold. So I will NEVER be back. Too bad, as I spend upwards of $200/month on supplements. Too many other places around for you to be treating your customers like that. I'm out! read more

The staff and manager here are really helpful. I know it's over priced but the manager know exactly what I buy when I come in. He even offers to bring in and stock more of the stuff that I buy. Super helpful. read more

I just dropped in to ask if they carried gluten enzymes, when the customer service agent behind the desk was INSANELY rude and unhelpful. Instead of showing me what I asked for, he recommended a wheat-containing item. Which is clearly counterintuitive and unhelpful. When I asked again, he spoke loudly and slowly to me like I was 5 years old "GLUTEN IS A CARBOHYDRATE SO THERE IS NO GLUTEN SPECIFIC ENZYME", I didn't ask for an education lesson--I asked for help navigating the store. I've bought them before at other supplement stores, which is why I assumed they would be here too. I've never been treated with such disrespect before. Will never be going back here again. read more
