I've been stopping by the store since they've opened however recently noticed prices were no longer discounted and actually higher than other places for the same products. Then on top of that they charge you for using your credit card. With the prices being as high as they are, I don't see why they have to charge me for using my credit card. Awesome store with plenty of products and AMAZING staff. But their pricing is just crazy. I stopped by last night to grab some Animal brand protein which they just started carrying, but I was shocked to see that they're charging either $67 or $77, I can't remember which, but either is extremely expensive. I ended up just ordering it online and got it delivered this morning already for $46 for the 4lb jar. So if you're in a pinch I'd check them out, but if you don't need it right then and there I'd suggest price checking around first. Edit to reply to the owner- you should inform your staff of the differences then. When asked what I came in for, I said I was looking for Animal brand protein and was taken to the product. I was never informed it was anything other than their regular protein, even when I commented on the price being much higher than onlineit wasn't mentioned. Everyone has an off day, and that day must have been my first visit. The guys (the owners) are friendly and knowledgeable. Though not informed with some of the most recent studies (if it wasn't part of my training, I probably wouldn't be either), they do not seem to push products they don't believe the customer really needs. First visit to this store today and was pleasantly surprised. My regular supplement store has fallen behind on their orders and selections, so I decided to check Supplement Giant out. First impression - well organized and fully stocked with a huge selection! Nick greeted me as I walked in and asked if I needed help with anything. While I did have a few products I needed, I really just wanted to look around and check things out. They had an ample selection to choose from in all categories (protein, pre-work outs, BCAAs, vitamins, etc.) and it looked like the shelves were freshly stocked! I picked up the few things I needed and went to check out. Nick asked if I had been in before, I told him this was my first time, so he explained their philosophy, pricing, etc. and signed me up for their points program, and even threw in a free blender bottle (thanks!). It is a bit out of my way, but this will be my new go-to store for supplements! Their prices truly are the lowest I have seen in-store in Colorado! Nick greeted us as we walked in the door, said hello and asked if we needed any assistance. After about five minutes he could see that I was going over a few supplements, he asked if I had any questions. Naturally I did, asking for product comparisons. Nick did something that no other supplement shop has ever done. He asked what I was looking for in said products. He then explained what each had, and benefits of each product. No sales pitch, just honest knowledge. Nick went on to suggest gyms for me since I am new to the area. Shook my hand and even remembered my name. Avoid this business and their lack of customer service. I went in with a product that I was trying to return due to not being able to stomach this supplement. Yes I was past the "return window" but being a business owner myself I know rules can bend at any time. All I wanted was a store credit and was going to purchase way more supplements. Due to the crudeness of the employee and the not standing behind a product they sell I will NEVER be going back. For the record I was offered 10% off of a future purchase, or one that day, when I have a product that was bought from your store that smells and like moth balls and was worth $49.99. He has helped my BF create a stack that he loves and is helping me to find products that do what I want/need. Being new to the Denver area and wanting to get back into shape, I stopped into Supplement Giant in the Bel-Mar shopping center. Stepping in the store I noticed everything sectioned out very nice. Protein powders here, vitamins here, etc. Finding what I was looking for (N.O. Explode) wasn't hard to find at all. Not to mention the gentlemen working there (I would later find out he was the owner) greeted me with a smile and asked me if I needed help with anything. I said "not at the moment" but would later ask him about the N.O. product I was looking at. He explained to me which were the best sellers, best feedbacks, and his personal favorites. He also explained how the N.O. works in the body, how the various products differ and what they contain. He was surprisingly very knowledgeable about the workings of the products for a younger gentlemen. I ended up buying a different product per his suggestion (Black Powder) and couldn't be happier with the product. All in all, it was a great experience. I went in looking for a product but came out a more knowledgeable and happy consumer. Although I have spoken mostly about my product, Supplement Giant has a "giant" selection of items from vitamins to protein bars. Pretty much anything that I had researched online, the store had. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the store is very organized and professional looking.
