The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is because they don't offer deli-style flower. You really have to make sure with kratom that you're getting it from a good supplier. Their product is much better than most of the Kava bars in NYC. As for their service, always topnotch! They always take care of you to make you a happy customer too. On Some orders, (not all which is totally understandable) they even throw in little sample packs. i have usually just stuck with what I like which is Bali ad Maeng Da but they still slip in little tiny extra of maybe a new one or something i haven't tried yet. I can honestly say that I WILL NEVER get my kratom anywhere else! There is only two places for kratom for me.
