I love this dispensary- every time I come here, I'm greeted by ppl who seem to love their environment- cuz they're always so friendly! Their canna saver deals are the best in the area, they always have a great selection (I think once I was unlucky on my timing and they still had 5 different waxes to choose from).. Tonight I was lucky with Robin behind the counter, she was so friendly-shared her favorite products and didn't rush me with my decisions! It was also a pretty slow evening so their assistant manager Todd also happily shared some of his favorite new strains! He also reminded me that you can add a syringe or cartridge for super cheap after spending (a very reasonable) minimum! Pure is my first choice for quality affordable weed- there are plenty of other places with decent deals- but I'll drive a little further to Colfax to maintain the consistent experience that Pure colfax has proven to me the past few years of being their guest! read more

I am a four month Denver resident. I have been skateboarding for 25 years and just a week ago I experienced the worst skull fracture of my entire lifetime. The doctors at the hospital where I stayed for the past week told me that I had 15 mm of space in my school that was caused by swelling from the fracture and bleeding directly onto my brain. So you could say I have a headache... I have been ingesting marijuana for a quite a long time. But this is the first time I have ever gone to a dispensary for a medical purpose. I ended up picking up CBD butter that had a one to one ratio. Immediately after applying this butter all over my head my headache disappeared. I am a 100% believer in this product. Will definitely be back for more. Also they sell some very affordable syringes for you vapors out there who would like to refill the expensive cartridges these dispensaries love to sell us. For $20 you can get the CO2 oil or for a little bit extra you can get this distillate that has re-added Turpines in quite a composition. I love this dispensary I will see you again soon. Highly recommend this location. read more

Love that lilac diesel! Staff is always knowledgeable and informative. Good deals galore and the edibles are good too.

The lack of attention or matter to my id being requested and never returned Or my call returned. I called 4 times since I left because I'm from out of state. All four (4) time's they have promised to call me back and to return my id. Moreover, have yet to get a call back which I just called again and was promised a call back by Dayshia. Also, another person above her who answered who also said the prior coworker had taken my number and they did not. So I had to give her my number. Still pending a call back on status of my ID on their end. The shatter was good. The service I didn't feel like I felt at Kaya! They made sure Id is returned upponed scanned. The actual location in itself was cool. Specially the smoke shop in the corner. My ID THEY LACK ATTENTION TO THAT AND THATS IMPORTANT FOR OUT OF STATE AND NON LOCAL RESIDENTS! read more

Pure be having some great deals daily it's been a while but they have a nice selection of carts and tree

Either this dispensary loves me or they have seriously great specials all the time! Happy hour specials, late night specials, holiday specials... what's not to love?!?! CJ was my tender today and he wowed me with his bubbly personality and amazing customer service. After dealing with rude budtenders at some of the surrounding dispensaries that seem to always be in a rush or have diarrhea or something, it was refreshing to be greeted with a smile and some seriously hilarious sass. I'm a new regular! read more

Outrageously awesome deals during "happy hour" and extremely helpful budtenders! Good vibes!

I'd give this place a better review but there's been ONE guy that works there who has been consistently rude. I don't know his name but whenever he's working behind the counter it hasn't been pleasant. Everyone else has been nice to me and the concentrates are always pretty good and fair priced. But I've ran into the rude man a few times now so I won't be going back. I once picked up my girlfriend from the airport and we were both excited to go to the dispensary. It was her first time. I remember I told the guy that I was glad that they were open during this whole covid thing and he rolled his eyes and said "well somebody has to do it." On another note the weed there is alright. It's a bit overpriced compared to a lot of places but it's whatever. The other staff members that I've seen were kind and helpful. read more

I came into pure looking for high CBD products to treat a medical condition. CJ was very helpful and recommended some great products that are working extremely well for me. He even helped me out when I was a few dollars shy! I will definitely be making repeated visits to this PURE location. read more

ELATI STREET store has the absolute worst customer service imaginable. Especially the female with the dyed red tips. Terrible product meant for naive tourists because they're located right off both major highways. Go to any other dispensary and be satisfied. read more

Zero stars and worst dispensary in Denver. Sold me an overpriced soupy gram upside down that is now leaking on my coffee table and refused to fix the issue. Staff has zero knowledge of cannabis or how to treat a paying customer/medical patient. Glorified head shop with rude staff and awful product. Selection is horrible and overpriced. Save yourself some money and frustration and go to any other dispensary. read more

While I enjoy Pure and seem to have a great experience my few times there I have to say they aren't really concerned with your satisfaction after you leave. I. purchased 8 pens within two months three of them didn't work. When I went to return the last one as I just got rid of the others I was told they couldn't do anything. Despite me showing their employee it didn't work didn't matter. My suggestion to anyone purchasing cartridges from Pure have them checked cause you will end up loosing your money and them just not caring. read more

I am so upset by recent reviews that are anything other than stellar an incredible for this PURE on Colfax, I had to write another review. First of all, Carlos is always friendly, very well informed bud tender and an incredible human being. He bends over backwards for me every time I am in there and has ALWAYS been so gracious and kind, it is offensive that people who have issues which have nothing to do with this business can take out their anger in a YELP review. I love those who work here. They have great products, they have an incredible staff who has become like family to me in the many years I have been going there and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They deserve MORE than five stars and the entire staff is incredible. If you want to go to a place where they are genuine and truly care about their patients, this is where you want to go. BEWARE those who write terrible reviews just to get back at people they don't even know. I have yet to find a better group of people with better hearts and truth in their care. I cannot recommend it highly enough. IGNORE those who obviously have a bone to pick with every place they go. PURE is honest and true and I adore the entire staff who has always been so friendly to me, i consider them like family. read more

As I am in active treatment for breast cancer, the staff was amazingly supportive and patient since I had no idea what I needed. They offered options that were inline with my doctors orders. Each staff person offered a different level of expertise that was extremely helpful. I walked away with what I needed and nothing more. Thank you for taking care of me in my time of need! read more

I've shopped here several times and I've always had the best experience. Great variety and best pricing I've found if you hit the deals. Best prices on concentrates that I have ever found in Denver. I think some of the negative reviews are tourists that are used to a dispensary made for first timers and inexperienced users. I highly recommend his place if you are near Colfax. Be sure and check out all their deals on Cannasaver. read more

First time coming to this place and loved it! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and badass all around. Ask them about the time a NYC tailor came in town and showed them pictures of Pacy. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town. read more

The weed if this place is pretty decent but let's get real it's Denver all of the weed is decent. I have left this place on multiple occasions without buying anything strictly because of the staffs attitude. I've been going to Pure on E. Colfax for about five years. I found them back when they were medical only. They were always so helpful and knowledgeable and what I needed was in stock. I did get worried when they were about to make the transition to recreational as well as medical, but they did a great job of it. The shop remains a very pleasant place to shop and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Carlos, the manager, has been there for quite a long time. He is awesome. It will be difficult for you not to leave with a smile on your face if Carlos is working. The only negative I can come up with is that at times it is a little sparse on flower on the medical side , but I've never left empty handed. I've also remained a member with Pure because they offer very fair member incentives. They treat us well. It's the only dispensary I use. read more

This is without a doubt the most professional and truly kind business and employee's it has been my great pleasure to do business with. They advertised a special of medical marijuana at $74.20/oz. When I called to see what they had, they advised they had a couple of indicas. When I walked in, everything they had in stock was recreational and prepackaged. Serious buzzkill. This seems to happen all too much at these dispensaries trying to get an edge by advertising what seems to be unrealistic pricing, and it's unrealistic because they have none of the sale items in stock. read more

I highly recommend PURE MMJ on COLFAX! CUSTOMER SERVICE is not dead here (like it is at other shops/brands)! Carlos, Alex, McKenzie and the entire team make the effort to ensure every customer is well taken care of. The range in flower is always on point. Never a dull strain in the building. This is the only dispensary I recommend for consistent quality - whether a local or visitors alike. BIG UP, PURE! read more

Use to shop at this store when it opened, occasionally shop the downtown location. Came here yesterday and it was sloppy. Walked in and no one was manning the window. Had to yodel to get help. The guy shows up and takes my drivers license. He doesn't say anything else or look anything up. There is a half empty shelf of a random product in the wait room. Go on in and there is weed by the cutie pies in zip lock bags on the display in the main room where medical sales use to be for anyone to grab with junk all over. manager door open and no one in it. Dirty and empty back shelf. It seems like they don't have medical counter? Looks like staff is eating where they want. Straight up dingy and management don't give a #!#. Go to check out and the guy didn't check me in. Bath bombs for three are $30. This spot use to be the jam, now it's a gum stain on Colfax. read more

I LOVE THIS DIDPENSARY! It is the best. They have fantastic deals and fantastic service ! Their bud is TOP notch and high in THC. Go to this shop and you will be satisfied. It is clean and has it's own CO2 driven oils. I walked out the door with a disposable cigarette for $18! A quarter for $35 on sale. They also often have specials on ounces. They have set specials Monday thru Friday. This is how a dispensary should be. Friendly, Inexpensive, quality product! read more

Holy bologna! 5 stars?? Damn right, you betcha, friend. This badasseria has more of my consumer loyalty than any other place I frequent. First of all, LOCATION. This joint (pun fully intended) is off a major Denver street- Colfax- but somehow is never surrounded by traffic. This makes access easy and nil stress anytime of day. Secondly, the SELECTION. However you choose to connect with your inner Cheech, they've got it in every flavor; fat pre-rolleds on the cheap, vape pens and oil, and a variable Willy Wonka approved selection of snacks. Hell, they've even got THC coffee here- so you can be both Snoop Dogg and Martha. However, even though they have a plethora of different options, their selection doesn't overwhelm. They have just enough variety for you to pick your best possible high, but not so much of it that you feel you need a botany degree to get yo' swerve on. And lastly, THE STAFF. This rag-tag bunch of Marvel-created superstars are the biggest reason for my loyalty to Pure. For a stretch of time, they carried a specific strain of pre-rolleds they kept in the back just because I requested them. That's customer appreciation. Carlos makes you feel like he's been waiting for you all day. He sells the deals like a pro because he tells you about the different strains without sounding like the adults in Charlie Brown. Andrea is the one who got me in and got me to keep coming- so props to her as well. All in all, I love this place. I am treated so well and it is quality herb with a schwag price. If you live in the area, make this your top spot. read more

OMG! I stopped into Pure on Colfax today to ask some questions and find out a little more about the Pure Pen that I purchased. It's packaging had an instruction card and I had no clue what a lot of it even meant! I needed help! Today I met Carlos. He just happened to be at this location as he is a trainer for them and moves around. Cool and wow I thought. He must know a lot! My lucky day... I first asked about the Pure Pen and that I did not know if it was working. How would I know I asked? Carlos brought out one similar to mine, put it together, and carefully showed me where to look and actually "see" what was happening. Eureka! I had looked everywhere and here was Carlos with exactly the help I needed. It goes on... Carlos was concerned and urged me to bring my pen back before the 60 days and he would check it. That is above and beyond. Then, after I made a comment that what I was using was ineffective (not from Pure) and he said, "Wait a minute. I just thought of something you might like," and he pulled out the (heck I don't know what you call it) the glass bulb thing to convert the Pen to a different type of tool? Awesome!!! And affordable... and there was more...and THEN he suggested the beautiful raw honey that is infused?!!! OMG. Okay a sampler of that, too, please I said. My pain this evening is a little easier to manage thanks to Carlos. You, my dear, are an angel. Your passion for your work is beautiful and fiery, and you are an excellent teacher, too. Thank you again. Hugs--- read more

Whether it be for medical or recreational use pure is the absolute best as far as the advice they give and the quality of product they deliver not to mention they have the best pricing in town! I switched to another dispensary for about a year before pure turned recreational near me, now that I have returned I will never go anywhere else. read more

Preface: I am a Denver resident, and my friends refer to me as a "Level 11 Pothead." So with that, I would like to tell you why Pure is the best dispensary in the entire CO Front Range area. Let's start with the quality of the bud. It's top notch. When I moved to CO in January 2016, I assumed every dispensary had similar quality greens. That assumption is wrong-- many places have mediocre looking and tasting bud. Pure is the exact opposite-- amazing, beautiful, and delicious cannabis; and they always have a huge variety of strains. Oh also-- their prices are pretty much the best in Denver, and they have daily deals that are pretty fantastic. Sales for bud often go as low as $94/oz before tax-- and once again ALL of their strains are quality and on-point. Let me tell you about their pre-rolled joints. Most dispensaries don't get great reviews on their pre-roll stuff-- usually burns poorly and is regarded as not a good value for your money. I buy Pre-roll joints from Pure when I am hosting guests at my house, or if I'm going to a friend's house for a party. Pure pre-roll joints are really good- every time! They burn evenly, they burn long and slow, they are big and you know they are filled with that great Pure cannabis! As with their bud selection, they always have a variety of strains to choose from. Prices are the same or better than other dispensaries in Denver, and they also run a joint special once a week (check their website). Finally-- my biggest recommendation at Pure is the Critically Extracted CO2 hash oil. I am an everyday-type Hash Oil Vaporizer, and Pure is quite frankly they ONLY place I will ever buy Hash Oil from. It comes from Colorado Cannabis Co, and Pure operates labs on-site at some of their stores. Also a quick shout out to the staff-- they are friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. They also seem to truly enjoy their work, and they know how to have a comfortable rapport with their customers. I hope this review sways you to my favorite dispensary in the world, and one that continues to earn my business every time I go in. PS they seem to treat new customers with the same great service and friendliness that they do to regulars like myself-- go in and check them out! read more

I live just down the street from this dispensary, less than a block away. I first shopped here when recreational marijuana first became legal. Right away I sensed an attitude on the part of the sales people, and felt that I was unwelcome, particularly if I came in less than 15 minutes before closing. In those instances they treated me as though they just wanted to get rid of me as fast as they could. I believe that any business that says they are open til seven should welcome any customer that comes in right up until closing. For a couple of years now, I have been going two blocks further up to Mindful because their service is better as is their product. The last stuff I bought at Pure was inferior quality and not worth the money. I also bought an inexpensive pipe there that blew out within a week, and I try to return it to them but they wouldn't even discuss it. I've been to a number of other dispensaries around town, but this is the worst one I've found. read more
