You walk in and ring a bell as you sit there and rec after rec patient comes and it's 5 minutes in and I havw not even been so much as greeted. This happened a few years ago and caused me to stop going there. Man, I am so disappointed to leave this review. Every time I've been here, I have been met with such patient and helpful employees except for last night. I came in and directly communicated with the female worker (glasses, curly dark hair) that I didn't know anything about vape pens or the terminology. I showed her a picture of something I've tried and liked, and it happened to be on the website weed maps. She responded to me like I was dumb and told me I could find that product on that website... Do you want me to spend money at your store or not? After trying to get her to educate me and give me some information, she finally asked a helpful question: do you want disposable or reusable? I didn't know so I just said disposable. Her response? ' OK, now we're getting somewhere' - as if I was bothering her and wasting her time. I tried to quickly make a choice so I didn't have to deal with her anymore. As someone with anxiety around weed stores, this is the only store I go to, and she has ruined it for me. I don't wanna go here anymore because of her. You would think that employees at a shop like this with specialty products would be open and willing to educate customers that come in and don't know what they know. They send you out in a high with quite service, knowledgeable information about the products, and reasonable deals for good quality. If you let to grow your own they have a very reasonable package for that. I frequent a few locations, and this store will be part of my top 3! read more

This place steals points from you & or doesn't give you points. I asked a girl how many points I had she said wow you have a lot 1600 points. I went there tons and maybe used my points 6 times in a 5-year span. At one point I recall going at least twice a month spending a minimum of 300 to $400 every time and it was dollar per point who knows now what they do I refused to give them my business due to lack of honesty. Also you ask about it to a manager they'll tell you or show you what points you've used... and in my ledger it says that I had used points at 8:30 in the morning..... they're not even open at 8:30 in the morning so it just shows that they can go in a earse points or take points whenever they want. And when you ask why there's a transaction done at 8:30 in the morning they'll never respond to you. Some companies these days have zero integrity it's mind-blowing. Specially, loyal paying customers. I won't be wasting my money here! I'd go to Life Flower the connoisseur Weed their for an ounce is 200 walking out the door. Plus you can mix and match your weed tiers for just ten extra dollars. Star-buds also has a much better selection of weed, edibles, concentrates everything! Highly recommend those two! TLDR: Caitlin is awesome, and so is Kind Love. Okay this has been my favorite dispensary for a while, but today I had to leave a review for the first time. On my way home after a particularly long day at work I decided to stop for some edibles. The manager, Caitlin(sp), was so sweet and patient with me. 4/20 Update: Met the owner cool guy! Made my mark in a painting I wonder if it'll stick. Really glad they used coupons to keep place it was packed! Half priced flower, and so many specials like certain edibles buy 1 get 1 for a penny. The glass blowing was very cool, and the massage looked great. Fun :) I came here a long while back and did not have a good experience I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Decided to try it again today and everybody was great. I take extremely high doses of CBD when I can afford it. It's the ONLY thing that has ever helped my seizures, as well as just the general discomfort I feel in my head as well as my body every single day. There are other brands (and believe me I've tried them!) that cost much less, but I haven't found anything I respond as well to, or better than Mary's medicinals. I can not tell you how relieved I am they carry it here. I need a bottle stat! They have specials on different days. Personally, I would only come for the clones and the bud. I usually don't buy concentrates here because there are much better spots around town for a med patient. However, against my better judgement, I bought a gram of Golden Goat yesterday (having seen that the display Goat was a nice golden shatter), only to get home and discover a brown sugar. The difference was night and day so I called up Kind Love to let them know I had gotten the bait-and-switch and a guy named Ron tells me he will look into it and call me back. I got a call today and he told me that there is nothing they can do. Because there IS something they can do, I award three stars. Their redeeming qualities are a decent clone selection and good buds. I am usually a fan of this dispensary and this location is always worth the drive. Today is Christmas Eve and I know it's a tough time to be working but I also know that no one should be treated this horribly when simply making a purchase I walked into this location and the front desk woman was extremely rude towards me. I tried to make small talk with her as she checked my ID & she made me feel as if I shouldn't have been there. When inquiring about the holiday hours she was giving me attitude and I asked her not to speak to me like that. She responded with mutters but I heard the b-word come out of her mouth. I asked what's her name and she quickly spouted back "what's your name??" I walked out immediately after I got my ID back. My boyfriend and I came out to Denver for the first time to Celebrate his birthday and enjoy some great 420 products. After much research, i decided to make Kind Love my first stop. It ended up being my only dispensary stop. They were amazing ! That was our first stop fresh off the flight. After showing proper identification, my boyfriend and I were warmly greeted by Dustin. SO INFORMATIVE, that he was able to help me purchase something that would help sooth my EXCRUCIATING menstrual cramps. He gave many options before i settled on the right one. Thanks Dustin! My boyfriend made another stop there in between my trip to pick up some of Whoopi & Maya's THC Epsom Salt (BEST PRODUCT I HAVE TRIED FOR MY PAIN BTW) & also, we made a stop there right before our flight to enjoy some treats. There was a female bud tender in there and i am SO UPSET that i forgot her name because she was AMAZING! Her personality is A1 & she has SO MUCH information about a lot of things. She was able to suggest a sour gummy candy (which i LOVED, perfect for my flight) & some CannaPunch which was great too! She most certainly put the cherry on top to end our trip swell. Thank you to her, I'm so sorry i can't remember her name! All in all i recommend Kind Love to anyone. It was a great experience every time i went in. My husband and I are in town for the weekend and stopped by Kind Love on our way to our hotel. I had found them on Yelp and so happy we decided to stop in. We showed up around 11pm on Wednesday night. We waited for a few minutes before our budtender got to us. Not bad! We kind of already knew what we wanted, but had a few questions. Our budtender was very friendly and informative. I explained my nerve condition and he recommended an in house lotion. We also picked up some other items to try and have yet to be disappointed. However I bought a bunk greendot cartridge, which I've never had happen out of 50+ greendot pens I've purchased.. I tell everyone they're the best cart in the game and I still think this.. However I bought a bunk cart from kind love last week and after which I called them and left a note with a girl who took my message and said she would give it to the manager who was busy at the time. I never got a call back. For how much these carts cost I'd expect some kind of call back, I'd of been glad to bring the cart and receipt back but yeah, didn't call me back. I used to love kind love even though they are expensive. However, I went in today and they no longer do data where products are discounted which is the only way to afford shopping there. Usually the employees are cool and will work with you to get you the deal that your used too. But I was working with a blonde girl today and she wasn't willing to help me out at all even if I left a positive review about the place. Unfortunately I won't be going there ever again because the lack of customer service with the multitude of dispensaries around its very surprising. First time in Denver this weekend, and this was the first dispensary I went to. It was fantastic. Service was very helpful, they managed a busy noon rush on 4/20 with no sweat. I was expecting to wait 30 mins with the crowd size in there, but only waited like 5. Prices were fair. Product was quality. Came back on Sunday, same story.
