The reality of this place is there product is a cheaply produced as they staff is educated. The product looks like bottom of the plant but they sell it as premium. The employees are about as knowledgeable as the idea of tits on a boar hog and they are ALWAYS MAKING EXCUSES for not having decent product. When I picked up, they gave me the most pitiful low quality looking buds I've ever seen. It was all separated into 1 gram portions in sealed plastic containers to "limit handling."
