My first experience at this location, as my husband normally makes the trip, was fantastic. Claire was extremely knowledgeable about edibles, double checked on expiry dates, and informed me of the return/exchange policy upon check out. They have the best edible deals and the staff is always welcoming and super helpful especially because some other dispensaries can be unwelcoming to less experienced customers. The Green Solution is a great chain. However I would highly recommend everyone avoid this particular store. They put up a sign saying due to the National change shortage as if that's a thing or we should be stupid enough to believe it is. Therefore if your order is $30.01 you will be charged $31. God forbid you use a card they will round it to the next highest $10 putting you out potentially $9.99. They will then add 350 for the convenience of using their machine. So if you must go there make sure and hit an ATM first or they will rip you off. Welcome back to the days of buying Brown brickweed. Not only do they pull that wackiness. They also seem unable to get an order correct. As I said I've been to many of their stores and had great experiences I'm on a first name basis with many employees. Every time I visit this store they are rude, confused and ready to take advantage. I once told them I had exact change and they said no they just wouldn't do it would not even give me the price although I saw it on my computer before I left home. Just today out of not wanting to drive 20 minutes out of my way I stopped in to pick up 300 mg of chocolate. I arrived to find that they only had 240 mg for me and did not even have the brand they sold me over the phone for pickup. Therefore I paid the same price for 60 mg less out of 400. Little quick math that's 35%. WTF I've been to other stores where they would have said here let me get this to make it right. I was willing to pay but I was told simply we don't have any more of what this is and the other product that you ordered we have none of which is typical of this store unfortunately. As I said I've been to three others and had it top rate experience. Every single time I visit this store it is something. The people are rude, condescending and then they want to sit there and stare and tap the tip box. I don't tip when I buy gas at 7-Eleven because they're not really providing any service just like this store. So if you do visit be prepared for the price to be rounded up $10 if you use a card plus 3.50 for the convenience of them letting you pay the rounding up to the nearest ten. Shame on this store because I know they can do better. As I said this is not about The Green Solution this is about the Glendale store. Have a great day go to The Green Solution. I'm a professional consultant and this place is my go to for everything. I love The Green Solution in general but really like how easy the cherry creek location is. Everyone is always nice and I really like the main bunch of strains they carry. Here and the edgewater locations are my favorites. I'm medical and I need consistency. This is my go-to chain of The Green solution. It's by far the most professional chain of dispensaries with peoples safety at the forefront of their mind. The bud tenders are really friendly and eager to help. They have lots of suggestions and recommendations when you have a specific problem, say pain or nausea. They will know how to best address it with the quality products. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I don't want to go to any other dispensary. I wasn't disappointed with the products I received just the way the man in the front of the business greeted you wasn't very welcoming, treated like a burden more than a customer. I am a customer who spends roughly $300 per week at this location. I left a great review a couple weeks back and as of tonight am astoundingly disappointed with TGS. They told us 4 times that they accept Apple Pay, which is extremely important because my money is in my Apple Pay cash balance until Monday. After selecting my strains I ran Apple Pay for the balance of the transaction. It went through clean on my end and Apple cleared the transaction. The money was easily debited from my account. However the in house system for TGS registered an "invalid item code" causing them to not give me the items I paid for. I spent an hour talking to the manager and anyone else who could possibly help. It seems TGS is willing to charge me for items and then not give them to me. Real freaking cool idiots. I'll never be back to this store and I have to figure out how to make it through without the $100 you stole from me. Thanks. Maybe don't tell people you take Apple Pay so next time you don't steal someone's hard earned money. read more

They got us to provide our personal info and create accounts by promising a discount on the first purchase; the guy who assisted us was a complete dick, and when my friend checked out we were told "there was some sort of computer problem and no discount today." I asked if there was a manager that could look into it and the rep said "oh, they won't care." I decided not to purchase; my friend was ultimately pretty dissatisfied with his purchase. I've been shopping at TGS for 4 years now on and off. In the beginning I went to the medical dispensary's. Now it seems they have went recreational and upped the prices on everything. I recently received an email with 4 grams for shatter or wax for $60 and a $30 coupon. When I went into the store I picked out 4 grams of shatter for $60 when I went to check out the 4 grams cost $80. The manager Matt told me that I can not stack coupons..... I was trying to get the 4grams for $60, use the $30 they sent me and use my 15% medical card. Matt told me I had to choose between the 4 for 60 coupon that they advertise as a deal not a coupon, the $30 off or my 15% off... essentially being a medical patient gets nothing at The Green Solution. $3 charge for using a debit card. I was still charged RECREATIONAL TAX. Terrible misleading advertisement. Overpriced for the same stuff you can buy at other stores. Corporate store, only cares about the money not the customer. I'm sure they paid to get the awards they have won also. Check out the CLINIC , or the PIG N WHISTLE . Please don't waste your money at The Green Solution. read more
