There's literally no option to get a refund other than bringing it back in the next day, and I'm over an hour away and there's zero other locations. There was a faux concern expressed to me through Yelp mail, by Solace Meds management, to take action to prevent their lack of posted policy from causing such issues in the future. I agreed to talk to them, but they never followed through. STAY AWAY FROM SOLACE ... Unfortunately their management has little to no experience in the business World, see no merit in having a posted written policy concerning their Medical Patient program. Management prefers to have their 'tenders' make up policy as they go, sometimes embellishing with additional non applicable information, and at other times 'forgetting' to include key points. This is the dispensary to go to if you want budtender advice or you want in and out quickly. The location is super convenient and easy to get to. Parking is easy. I feel safe, comfortable, and not judged. They offer some neat specials and rewards for those who buy from them. Solace is the easiest place to get to from West Arvada. I think more people just need to figure out where they are. This is the place that is heard of more by word of mouth it seems. Go try it. read more

Well... Used to be my favorite dispensary in Denver! Just went in there today, after dealing with the unfriendly bud tender who barely cracked a smile and was probably the least helpful an inpatient worker I've ever dealt with. Ended up walking out, haven't had that happen in a while. Also the bud has gone downhill, had no nose, and looked like it had been sitting in a jar for a year! No more solace... Visiting Colorado again and I stopped at a med dispensary the other day and procured a little bit but found I had to make another stop. So we stopped here as it was closer to us at the time. I was very impressed, it was much nicer than the other one I went to and when I told the guy what I needed he was able to accommodate me fast and at a better price. I was in and out of there much quicker and there were more people here at Solace than at the original one I stopped at. I have been to this dispensary several times and have been very happy with the staff, as they are always helpful and knowledgeable. However, on my visit yesterday the person helping us, Adrina was not helpful at all. It seemed like she couldn't even be bothered and I felt very rushed when she was helping us. She made no suggestions, just wanted us to get our shit and leave. Hoping she changes her attitude or finds something better that suits her. read more

It is so nice to have a dispensary on my side of town. The budtenders are very helpful and the product is top notch. They don't really close at 7 though, It is illegal for them to sell after 6:55, so I would say get there by 6:30, what if there's a line, which does often happen here and they can only ring up one at a time. read more

As a female, it is not so scary to shop here (as compared to other dispensaries in the city) Johnny has helped me a couple of times and goes above and beyond.
