Saw that they added a LivWell located 10 minutes from me, so I thought I will go check it out and see their prices. Not bad for the daily ounce for $125 and good quality flower, and they had 4 different kinds to choose from which is even better! Now, with this whole Coronavirus it's been harder for me to get help I need since everyone has to wear masks and it's impossible for me to lip-read, as I was telling an employee about how I can't understand her I'm deaf and read lips she seemed confused but thankfully another employee named Sarah was nearby and jumped right in. She took off her mask, told me thank you for letting her know and letting me to read her lips. Sarah checked me in and I waited for a few moments, and she made it to where she could help me out since she already knew about my situation which made the process a lot easier too. Sarah told me she is learning sign language because it is a second language and I agree. I told her how I got bullied and made fun of, so I quit but I knew some basic sign language and that I do want to learn again. Sarah told me I should, so I could teach her and that made me smile. I did teach her to say how are you, and welcome in sign language. I also saw another employee Heather who I knew from the Larimer location, so I'm definitely excited about this new location and can't wait to go back.

I walked in and it appeared that the stocking of the products was all on the back shelf and could not really see it from the customer side of the counter. Now there is different tiers and ridiculous pricing as if this shop is some high end dispensary. This dispensary is in the back of a semi nice shopping center next to a spa with blacked out windows. There is nothing luxurious about this dispensary. The employees have always been help and friendly. Boo to this dispensary. Now I have to find a new one. Not here. Staff is really friendly and always helpful. Their points system is good too! Now, last year I bought some gummies - around October or November. I don't take much, nor do I take any that often - so when I was feeling in the mood to take some, I opened a pack of gummies from NectarBee. To my surprise they were moldy, while still being sealed - I couldn't return them because I had purchased them 1-2 months prior. I contacted NectarBee and they reached out to me. They were very concerned about the product, it was supposed to have a shelf life until September 2020. I sent pictures of the product and the batch numbers to them and they put in contact with the guys over at The Green Solution (where I had purchased them) and they gave me enough points to replace the gummies and a bit more. The menus have a description of the effects and conditions that are alleviated with that particular strain. Also menus can be found on a table for those that want to look at it before going to the counter. The woman working was very knowledgeable and helpful. I tried to listen when she explained to the handful of people in line. Even after learning more about different strains in the last 4 days than I have in 20 years and a list of what I might like it was still tough to decide. Didn't count but I would guess there were 10-12 types and I was only familiar personally with one. I told her what I liked and she recommended two (one was on my list). With a quickly dwindling selection of edibles, I went for some low level chocolates bites to start and will go back for the bread. Excited to try the new to me topicals of lotions and soaps. As of now limited to a quarter per customer. One that I would I like to try was only available in a 1/4 so I had to pass for now as there are just too many choices. Not sure if they have grams available because I heard her say "no 1/16s". A form is filled out, you are given a number and the order is filled in another room. Seems they are working on a system that improves on the cluster all the shops experienced on the first day. This is the closest place to me so far with another coming next week. We stopped in on the evening of July 24 while visiting from California. We wanted to pick something…read moreup before heading to Meow Wolf to make the experience a little more immersive. From the moment we walked in, things started off great. The security guard checking IDs was funny and welcoming, and the person promoting a brand was also friendly and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, the experience changed when we got to the register. The employee at the far left register was extremely rude, unhelpful, and sarcastic. I asked if they carried anything similar to Dr. Norm's Rice Krispy bars since most of the edibles came in 10-packs, and we were only in Colorado for three days. Instead of answering my question, she looked at me like I was stupid and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I understand that one employee doesn't represent an entire business, but customer service matters. As visitors, this was our first impression, and it definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. I'm sure this review may not make much of a difference since we're not Colorado locals and probably won't be back, but I hope management knows how interactions like this reflect on the business. Everyone else we encountered was welcoming, which made her attitude stand out even more.
