Idk... Seems like a decent place to me. I don't smoke often, but I have always been treated well and was happy with my product during my visits there. I have no idea what some bad reviews are complaining about. It's just a normal dispensary with a friendly staff. Like I said, I don't go in there often, but I see the same employees with months going by between visits. So the comment about the staff not being happy wouldn't make sense if they have had a lot of the staff stay on board over the years I've been shopping there. Shocked to see that this place has such a low rating. I mean, it's not a perfect dispensary but I would be hard pressed to find one that is. I think the quality of product and the willingness of the employees to present and bring out different options is incredible. I never get the feeling from the bud tenders that they are too rushed or don't want to help. I usually don't get a lot at once but the times that I have they were super helpful. The location from my experience has always been quick to get you in and out too. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get into the main room. Not sure if this is my luck or day that I go in. My one complaint is that they have a reward program but unless you use the app (specifically the app, I had a problem with using the website and it almost resulted in me losing my points. Won't get into that here though. It was a problem and got resolved a few months ago) you have no way of knowing about your points. The budtenders will never discuss points with you unless you ask. So you won't get any deals used unless you tell them that you want to use a deal. It would be nice if they told you when you had a deal ready to use. For sure try this place out. You can also go get some healthy snacks from Natural Grocer afterwards! read more

These guys are always nice and friendly, my bud tender Olivia was helpful, but they are all like that! The place is clean inside and they are always following Covid processes. The prices here are usually very reasonable. What makes them cool, they have a lot of good reward stuff and generally great value. Weird to see such poor reviews being this has been my go to spot for the past 2 years and I've never had a problem. My only gripe is when I ask for recommendations and they just kinda toss a menu you at you and that's the extent of the conversation if you don't strike one up with them. I do like personably to a degree but for the deals they have on certain days you really can't beat them if you're looking to get in and out. This is a review for the Louisville location: Louisville to be my favorite location... Until, that is, they sold me 6 bunk/non-smoke-able/crap joints and refused to refund me or make it right with me. I have been a loyal customer for years, I tip the budtenders generously, and have been giving 100% of my business to this Louisville location. Even when I have in-town guests... We go straight to Igadi. The manager was a total douche to me about asking for a refund and offered to put "two $1 joint offers" on my account (which he NEVER did). So wait... I spent $35+ on 6 joints that are awful and don't even smoke right and the best he can do is make me PAY for 2 more freakin joints?! He acknowledged that others had complained about the same joints being bad but said "If I refunded everyone that complained I wouldn't have a business." UMMMMMMMMMMM...... YOU SOLD CRAP PRODUCT! Take that up with the company you got the joints from (HAZE). This manager has ZERO clue how to run a business on top of treating a regular, loyal customer like a piece of sh*t. My first trip I wasn't too sure I'd visit again. The worker, to be frank, was a rude prick. However, he sold me gummies. The second trip I went to this location, and staff was exceptional. And although I'd never had gummies aside from Robhots, the Igadl gummies, I'm now convinced, are the best on the market. They are also the cheapest price I found in Denver when calculating mg vs dollars. Definitely try the grape and fruit punch flavors. The are smooth and you will not be disappointed. Yesterday I was asked to remove my face mask INSIDE for ID verification. The small (~10x10ft2) reception area was filled with at least half dozen people. During the entirety of the Covid pandemic, I have never been asked to do this at a dispensary. This combined with the armed Kevlar vest wearing security guard assures I will never return to this place. "Medical"." Terrible Experiences. Little to no inventory, high prices. Don't expect to be considered a patient here. There is no separated service area and no accommodations. You will wait outside in the cold in the queue with all their rec patients. The loud, bright arcade-like atmosphere is like walking in to Chucky Cheese for adults. While bud tenders are friendly, no one has answered my questions directly. Questions from membership details to "will you have any indica soon" are met with diffusion and half-sincere apologies. Predatory membership practices. I was excited that the store opened so close to my house while at first the service was excellent and the product was great within a couple of weeks things began to deteriorate. The final straw came when I purchased a closed package of shatter a concentrate where they only show you a sample and give you a sealed package. When I return home the package was not at all filled with shatter but a Sandy oily substance. I called and I spoke with someone claiming to be one of the managers he had you asked someone else questions about what they do so I don't think he was a manager in the last they refused to take take any responsibility for selling me bogus product I strongly do you recommend you do not go to this dispensary and waste your hard-earned money read more

This dispensary is just average. They only have two registers, so if there are a lot of customers, you have to wait a bit. I felt like they were just trying to sell me something instead of really help me find the right strain to use. They don't have the biggest selection so if you want something specific, I would call ahead to verify. With other dispensaries in CO who go above and beyond to help guests, this place just does the minimum. Also, bring cash or pay $3 to use debit card purchases under $30. They do have an ATM with a fee of $3.75, I believe. read more

I used to really like going here but their medical side is subpar. They aren't consistent with which form of medical card or proof of card they accept, so I've been let into the med side but then when I actually want to buy something they don't accept the form of card that allowed me into the place. This seems like a dumb thing to not be consistent with. Not going there ever again. read more
