I really did like this place, they truly do or did have the best flower around. What steered me away was the lack of transparency about their happy hour deal. Which is the deal I would always go for. There were multiple times where I would be told happy hour is still a thing , but I wouldn't get the happy hour price ! Then I would get the happy hour price , it was on and off. And it just wasn't me either, I had a family relative who I told about this place, which has great flower , I recommended for him to try it out! He did, and he started coming here as well, and it was happening to him as well. We both would come in for the happy hour deal, only to not get the deal. It seemed like we were getting scammed for about 10-15 bucks every OZ we would buy during the happy hour deal ( if they didn't give the deal to us). (Which did happen multiple times). This place needs to improve on being more transparent with their pricing and deals that they advertise. The lack of professionalism is wild here. I would recommend any and everyone to stay for away from these people and this business. I won't ever be back unless new management were to come in, but even then it seems as if the owner is pretty in on the whole ordeal. Which is something that wouldn't shock me. It just sucked when this all started going down hill because like I mentioned, I genuinely like this place. I love Boulder Wellness Center. I have an MMJ card for chronic pain. The MMJ doc gave me great recommendations and the team at BWC was able to fulfill those and more. I ended up with hip replacement. A wonderful compassionate bud-tender shared that a family member had the same procedure and he made excellent recommendations for pist-op pain management. I love this place. It's pretty much the furthest MMJ dispo from my house. Totally worth the time on a bus or the money for a Lyft. read more

This place has it's pros and cons. So, let's make a list! Pros: Everyone was pretty friendly. It's on a busy street, not in a questionable industrial area. The customer service was fabulous when I opened an item and it has exploded in the packaging. They were super accommodating and helped me exchange it for one that wasn't. Cons: Getting to the parking lot kind of sucks, you can't turn left into it from the street so you have to make a u-turn if that's where you end up. Getting out can also be a nightmare because of the busy road. The prices are a little higher on some things than neighboring stores, the cartridges I bought I ended up finding $10 cheaper somewhere else. My first visit I felt rushed and the bud tender was a little apathetic for having possibly the coolest job on flat Earth. So, would I go back? Sure, maybe. read more

I can't believe I haven't been here before. The store is really beautiful and spacious, and the flower they grow is really good. They seem to carry the best of everything as far as edibles and other medicated items. The hash selection is extensive and high quality...top shelf everything. If you're in Boulder check them out, they gave me a 20 percent discount for my first med visit, which is what they give members. I plan to sign up as a member when I go back next. read more

After being a loyal customer here for over five years (referring dozens of customers and spending $1000/month), I can no longer recommend Boulder Wellness Center to anyone. The owners and staff are rude and greedy and see their customers as walking wallets rather than as human beings. In the time I have been a customer of BWC, they have eliminated each and every discount and coupon program while steadily increasing their prices to some of the highest in the area and replacing the previously-excellent bud with much lower quality product (they laid off their growers and did not disclose this, the employee who eventually told me asked to keep it a secret as they were withholding this information from customers/medical patients). One of their more reprehensible practices is identifying best-selling strains on the medical side and moving them over to their recreational menu in order to price gouge casual stoners, leaving medical patients with the less effective products unless they're willing to fork over rec prices. The last straw was when a manager (Gil) lied to my face, and another manager (Jeff) threatened me with the police when he overheard me complain about it (and frankly, there's no excuse for that; Boulder is woke enough place for people to know better than calling the cops on a black person over a customer service issue). The customer service is the worst I've ever seen, the prices are sky-high, and the bud is subpar. Do yourself a favor and find a dispensary that will, at the very least, treat you with dignity and respect as a customer. read more

Best dispensary in Boulder and surrounding areas. I moved to Erie and I still drive to Boulder to see them- any time I go to another dispo I regret it. I've been a med member for at least a year now and I have never stayed as a member somewhere else for more than a few months. The bud is CONSISTENT, clean, and the prices are great. I know the standard is always going to be great here and I've never been so consistently happy with bud quality/ potency. The staff has changed hardly at all since I've been a regular and you know that means great management- esp in this industry. They all know me by name and I always feel good when I leave. Just wanted to give them a little shout out and thanks! Good business is hard to come by these days and I need to post more positive reviews when I come across it! read more

I had heard good things about this place and my daughter and I stopped by to pick up some edibles. The manager called the police to verify her license and when they did he still would not sell to us. He insisted that the license "was her sister's". The officer had asked my daughter for her SS # which she rattled off without a pause. WTF guy, who knows their sister's SS#? While I could understand his apprehension at first, in the end I think he didn't want to admit he was mistaken. We went to another dispensary without incident. Their bud is mediocre at best. Nothing like it was a year ago. Concentrates should come with a little lube for the prices they charge. Most the staff there could care less about their customers, Mainly the owners, they're fine with gouging their customers and most I know won't even go back. A few good girls that work there, but the male budtenders are on a high horse, you sell weed, you're not that important. Moral is low and not a happy place to go buy medicine. Just visited this place for the first time on Sunday afternoon. Went in looking specifically for sativa edibles and some wax. The staff was super nice, and the store clean and not too busy. The only complaint I have is that they were out of stock on some of the choices I wanted...they had the brands, but not the exact type. We did get a bar that is delicious and some killer wax. One hit of that stuff and it's lights out for me. . Prices were average and we did notice some signs for bud specials if you are looking to pack the pipe. We will be back, and I'm totally down adding a star if they have my Green Hornet Sativa or Mary Jane pop rock cookies in stock. Four stars for now! read more

Very clean and professional. I like the set up inside. The young lady helping me was very knowledgeable and patient. She took her time explaining things to me and never rushed me. There is a medical room and a recreational room. Only people with a Colorado issued medical card are allowed into the medical room. Being out of state, I was only allowed to go to that recreational portion. There are a lot of choices and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. It was great quality and I am definitely open to coming back. The parking is free and there is plenty of it. Prices are not cheap but I believe to be comparable to other places selling these products. One issue that I can think of is that it's very easy to miss the parking lot. I passed it twice before I was finally able to get to it. If you're coming from a certain direction a U-turn is required and if you miss your turn you have to do the whole loop / U-turn again. read more

There are plenty of places you can spend your money on cannabis in Colorado. However none of them can compare to the good people at Boulder Wellness Center. I have searched all through Colorado and Boulder to find a dispensary that carries high quality medicine, at affordable prices, and has a great customer experience to boot. Its not even close. BWC for the win. I didn't know anyone personally at BWC until I started going there about 3 times a week, and now I consider them my second family. Knowledgeable, helpful and willing to bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. I love these guys, and not just the people who work there, but the awesome quality of items they carry as well. I am definitely a snob when it comes to my medicine, and I am constantly able to switch it up, with new strains and flavors coming almost weekly, both medicinally and recreational. I hate when some dispensaries only focus on the money maker (Rec) and forget about the med patients. This is never the case here. The bud at bwc is not medical quality! What a joke! How can this place have "the best bud in town" when most of the product on their shelves is harsh and uncured. That is just a fact.
