My first trip into FBB was great, I had my eye on the rosin but I was low on funds so I just got some bottom tier flower, garlic breath, it was fantastic! I went back when I could afford the rosin. Fresh extracts only had one strain available in single grams, purple cake, so I picked one up. It tastes like the fumes that come off of melting silicone. Completely disgusting. I took 2 hits and it got me ripped but if that was my only end goal I could have just scraped the resin out of my pipe. I can't even touch this stuff, all the anticipation compounded my disappointment. I still can't stop thinking about how great their top shelf flower smelled tho! Whether it was lack of proper verification, disorganization behind the counter, or inconsistent information from staff, nothing felt professional or trustworthy. On top of that, the customer service was genuinely awful. Staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and at times outright dismissive. Asking simple questions felt like an inconvenience to them, which is frustrating in a setting where customers rely on guidance and accuracy. What's most concerning is the apparent lack of leadership. The general manager, Ryan, seems either unaware of these issues or unwilling to address them. Poor management is reflected in the overall experience, and it shows in both staff behavior and operational standards. There are plenty of dispensaries that take compliance and customer care seriously--this just isn't one of them. I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere if you're looking for professionalism, quality, and a better overall experience.
