bought a product that failed out of the box. I called the store to let them know. one manager offered me 30% off the next purchase. not ideal But something. I came in to return and purchase the new cart and a second manager grills me (again) about the issue. she also accused me of being disrespectful to the employees! which is absolutely insane. I go regularly and that would be ingnorant. The irony here is she would ask me what the issue was and would NOT let me respond without interrupting. I patiently tried to answer 3 times after being interrupted before making her aware that she was not allowing me to respond. I asked if I could work with someone else but she really had it in for me here for some inexplicable reason. Like I get it, you don't want to hear your product is broken out of the box. But that's not your customers fault. Take that anger to your manufacturer! this was "Karen" in manager form. I wanted nothing to do with this K. I reminded her that I spoke with the previous manager and the employee standing next to her and it had all been approved. at this point she insisted that she was refusing my business because I don't have time to stay and explain AGAIN! crazy. inexperienced manager wanted to be involved in the last word in an already resolved matter. power trip. shame too. you'd think a local place would be more prepared and patient. WOW! Great, friendly location with incentives to go there like early bird specials and special days to come in and save. EVERYONE there is super nice and helpful and they have some fresh smelling strains. I always walk out happy. It is tucked away in a side building and easy to park at. Avoid. Visited Oct 28 2019. Small selection. Sales person only showed me the most expensive vape cartridges, and employed high-pressure sales tactics on a $75 half gram of vape concentrate. When I declined, this overly-pierced dingbat attempted to demoralize me by saying, "perhaps you are not yet ready for our quality." Was not until I was walking out the door (with no purchase) that she showed me the items on sales as I had clearly requested more than once. I bought a small refill of concentrate, but to get a 510 cartridge I went to the very nearby StarBuds at 6924 N 79th St in Niwot. There I was treated like a treasured customer, though it was only me second visit. Will never go to Green Dream in Gunbarrel again. read more

Please, just visit this place in order to make your own judgement.. You wont regret the short trip to the outskirts of town if you're from Boulder. The staff is great, and the product quality definitely matches my 5 star review. I don't pretend to be an expert on this topic, I just really enjoyed their customer service and their inventory. It is a 2 hour round trip from my house in Weld County, but it is worth the drive. I think their management has a great focus on making all of their patrons feel welcome. From their charismatic reception staff, to their openly friendly bud tenders.. They really make everyone feel comfortable. I don't smoke any more, but if I decide to partake again, bet your boots.. you'll see me here! P. S. They prevented huge vet bill, thanks to a quality concentrate i secretly bought, which contributed to saving the life of my colicky horse.. It was a last resort, and it worked. The person who helped me was very unfriendly and not knowledgeable about products. The products they did have seemed more recreational than for medical needs. I was unimpressed with the selection and bad customer service that I ended up not making a purchase. Not sure what those other reviewers experienced but today was my first time ever shopping for med after getting my card last friday. I cannot praise the bud from this place any higher, phenomenonal terpene profiles, there isnt any funny smells like pesticides or plastic, just pure delicious dank. I like to consider myself a connoisseur of pot and i go through alot of medicine so top quality is key. Those concentrates on point! Even in house trim run is translucent and golden and shatters! I know it was Marcus' first day but he was amazing and helped me get my med paperwork squared up super quick, he was extremely enthusiastic and helpful. Richard was my bud tender the first go aound ( came back within 30 minutes) he was great and extremely knowledgeable and hooked me up with some purp dream and in the pines. Very satisfied with both! I have been coming here since they opened. The bud used to be good. Ever notice how now it has a different smell and always popcorn sized nugs? Thats because of their powdery mildew problem. Its really hard to spot if you popcorn the buds. You are smoking mold! Also the staff is disorganized and rude. read more
