After their debit readers have been down, they replaced their machines & have increased the debit fee & have removed the option for tap to pay. I'll find another place to spend my money, reducing service availability, increasing arbitrary costs & alienating customers is a poor management decision. Will gladly spend money at The Dab less than a mile from this location since my cost will be lower & convenience will still be there since I won't have to go to the bank, or get cash back anywhere. Seriously, such a poor decision... best of luck & sad to say bye to the budtenders I grew to trust.

I think the quality of product and the willingness of the employees to present and bring out different options is incredible. I never get the feeling from the bud tenders that they are too rushed or don't want to help. I usually don't get a lot at once but the times that I have they were super helpful. The location from my experience has always been quick to get you in and out too. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get into the main room. Not sure if this is my luck or day that I go in. My one complaint is that they have a reward program but unless you use the app (specifically the app, I had a problem with using the website and it almost resulted in me losing my points. Won't get into that here though. It was a problem and got resolved a few months ago) you have no way of knowing about your points. The budtenders will never discuss points with you unless you ask. So you won't get any deals used unless you tell them that you want to use a deal. It would be nice if they told you when you had a deal ready to use. For sure try this place out. You can also go get some healthy snacks from Natural Grocer afterwards!

I have no idea what some bad reviews are complaining about. It's just a normal dispensary with a friendly staff. Like I said, I don't go in there often, but I see the same employees with months going by between visits. So the comment about the staff not being happy wouldn't make sense if they have had a lot of the staff stay on board over the years I've been shopping there. Unless they leave while I am not smoking and come back when I go in to pick up a product.
