CBdistillery is a company with poor customer service. I bought a CBD + CBN gummies for a special deal for shipping cost only. It came with a subscription of the gummies. I did not like the gummies, so ordered a different type. There was no subscription on my account, so I did not worry about. They sent me another pack of the gummies (saying on subscription). I did not want them and asked for a refund, multiple times. They do not answer their phone, nor return calls or return emails, other than working on it. For 5 days they ghosted me, until I gave them a deadline. Finally just repeated that the sale came with subscription...no refund...no return. If the subscription was shown on my account, I would have cancelled, not a lot of money, but the lack of customer service makes me mad. Don't know which is worse, their website or their customer service, but both are so bad, I will not order from them again. You should not either. read more

I had a CBD order set up each month. First couple months, delivery and gummies were great. Then, my auto order was placed 5/17, "shipped" on 5/20, but no package was ever delivered by 5/29. I searched for a customer support number to call. There is not a phone number - I had to email. They replied about 24 hrs later to confirm my mailing address (nothing had changed in my auto order setup). I responded and confirmed my mailing address within 10 minutes on 5/30. I'm still waiting 5 days later on 6/3. No order received, no response from customer service. Updating a review from years ago. i was happy with this place until discovering Sunset Lake CBD in Vermont. Much more potent tincture and lower price. Now CBDistillery isn't even a consideration. Would be a last resort if i ever ordered from them again. Sunset Lake CBD a much better deal and more punch for less but now they are my 2nd choice compared to APICABLE GREENS in W. Virginia. Their tincture is super potent and the LOWEST PRICE i've found yet. Even lower than Sunset Lake. CBD is not without side effects for some and they do vary so do a search for that. CBD DISTILLERY does not work. With chronic medical conditions that have persisted for a very long time coupled with pain, and knowing they offered a money back "guarantee," we tried their product. IT SIMPLY DID NOT WORK! It is not our first time using CBD products, so it is not as if we do not know how to use it. We contacted them and they said initially they would issue a refund (that is what they lied about in their advertisement). I've used other CBD companies in the past, but decided to try CBDistillery. Right off the bat, I felt their prices where a little high compared to others, but since it was my first order, they offered a big discount. I ordered 1 bottle of Full Spectrum oil for myself and one for my niece, and a package of dog treats. When I got the "product delivered" email, I went to my PO Box about a week later and nothing was there. I immediately checked my emails when I got home and that's when I found they had the wrong PO box in my "shipped" email. I checked my account on their page, and sure enough, the wrong PO Box. I couldn't figure out how it was wrong because I had to type it in, and the wrong numbers weren't ones that I could've "fat fingered". Plus, I confirmed the numbers before I continued. So, I acted like I was signing up with a new account. It let me type my numbers in, but their system is set up that it will scroll through numbers closest to the ones you put in. So, if you're not careful and you move the mouse or touch bad on your laptop, the numbers will scroll after you type it in without you realizing it. I've seriously never had this happen on any website. I contacted the post office and they said there's no way they can help me if the wrong person who received the package didn't do a RTS. So, now I'm out $60. I tried calling them a few times between their hours listed and never got an answer. I used their "contact" link on their site and sent the problem that way. It's now been over a week and they're not acknowledging my issue. Not even a "sorry about this. We can't refund your payment, but we'll give you 50% off, or a free bottle, etc". I had some issues at first, but in the end they came through. I placed an order in late November. I realize during the holidays it might be some time before I received the order, and that was fine. I never received a notification that my order was sent, so when I checked a couple of weeks later and hadn't received anything, I reached out to the company. I sent an email and messaged them on FB. I received an email reply that the order had been delivered on 1 December (I had it sent to work, which was closed on that Saturday) but I never got it. They said I'd have to get in touch with the delivery company and I said I couldn't because I never received info about delivery. Also, as a vendor, I believed the company should do everything it could to assist me. At that time, I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money as I didn't have time to spend an hour + on hold with USPS to try to find my package. I received another email that not only would they refund my money, but they'd send another package to me at no charge. I have now received both my refund and my replacement order. I am giving four stars instead of five because I never received info about package having been sent originally, and because I felt like I shouldn't have had to try to contact the delivery company at all to begin with.
