Love this company! Great products that help with a wide range of things. CBD has been helpful for all adults in my home. Employees are knowledgable, kind, and fun! They switch a few things recently which caused a hiccup but it was handled quickly and professionally! I recommend 100% and will continue to shop with them. read more

Very sketchy company, I purchased a sampler and after taking one I knew it wasn't for me. CB said I signed up for a subscription of 45.68 a month. I do not recall and would not sign up for a monthly commitment. They refunded the charge. Now the charge is back on my account as they reversed the decision. I've never seen a company pull this in my life. Be very aware of these people, not an honorable company. read more

CBdistillery is a company engaging in fraudulent business practices. They do not answer their phone, do not return phone calls or voicemails, and once you give them your credit card information, they continue to send you their product and charging you for it despite your many attempts to cancel. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. read more

CBdistillery is a company with poor customer service. I bought a CBD + CBN gummies for a special deal for shipping cost only. It came with a subscription of the gummies. I did not like the gummies, so ordered a different type. There was no subscription on my account, so I did not worry about. They sent me another pack of the gummies (saying on subscription). I did not want them and asked for a refund, multiple times. They do not answer their phone, nor return calls or return emails, other than working on it. For 5 days they ghosted me, until I gave them a deadline. Finally just repeated that the sale came with subscription...no refund...no return. If the subscription was shown on my account, I would have cancelled, not a lot of money, but the lack of customer service makes me mad. Don't know which is worse, their website or their customer service, but both are so bad, I will not order from them again. You should not either. read more

A truly SLEAZY and reprehensible company!!! I receive between one to two emails from these "people" EVERY DAY, despite trying to UNSUBSCRIBE multiple times. I've called them to unsubscribe and all I get is voice mail and the emails keep coming! If your lonely and like to receive emails for whatever reason - these guys are for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!! read more

I have been using these products for a number of years. With the THC in the gummies, this has really helped with sleeping. The oils applied directly to painful areas works very well. read more

Excellent!! I've purchased multiple bottles every couple months for a long time now. I use it for chronic pain and sleep. This is my favorite, and I think it works the best out of any that I've tried over the years! Highly recommend!! read more

I had a CBD order set up each month. First couple months, delivery and gummies were great. Then, my auto order was placed 5/17, "shipped" on 5/20, but no package was ever delivered by 5/29. I searched for a customer support number to call. There is not a phone number - I had to email. They replied about 24 hrs later to confirm my mailing address (nothing had changed in my auto order setup). I responded and confirmed my mailing address within 10 minutes on 5/30. I'm still waiting 5 days later on 6/3. No order received, no response from customer service. I cancelled my auto orders and will be requesting a credit card charge challenge on my order that never showed up. Would not recommend buying from this company. read more

I actually like your products. What I don't like is the 20-30 emails I get all day everyday regardless of how many times I try to unsubscribe. Just chill on the emails and I would recommend you. As it stands I cannot recommend read more

Updating a review from years ago. i was happy with this place until discovering Sunset Lake CBD in Vermont. Much more potent tincture and lower price. Now CBDistillery isn't even a consideration. Would be a last resort if i ever ordered from them again. Sunset Lake CBD a much better deal and more punch for less but now they are my 2nd choice compared to APICABLE GREENS in W. Virginia. Their tincture is super potent and the LOWEST PRICE i've found yet. Even lower than Sunset Lake. CBD is not without side effects for some and they do vary so do a search for that. Too much can make some people irritable. Also it makes me cough up phlegm hours after taking it as if the body rejects the coconut oil base. read more

I am a retailer and have sold CBDistillery, along with a couple other brands. My problem is not with the quality of the product. My problem is the customer service from their staff. Due to recent changes in Iowa Law, I have decided not to renew my license so I've been trying to work with Nick Steiner to figure out how to get my customers their products directly. It doesn't matter what numbers I call, leave messages, send emails, and even trying to get in touch with someone. Ok, I get it, you aren't going to get any money out of me anymore so you don't have time to deal with me. Oh unless you consider the "group" emails that I am still getting from him including something called "Sidekicks"--some other form of CBD? Not sure what that's all about. So in closing, you customer service sucks and because of that, I am going to direct my customers to another company so they can continue to get the medicine they need. read more

I dont think the product works. im going to try another company.Shipping was correct so that was a plus.

Used to be a good company, don't know what happened. Have a subscription and forgot to hold my order as I'm moving out of state. My order won't get to me in time so I requested a cancel/hold the same day my order was placed. Got back to me the next day saying there was nothing they could do. Great customer service for a repeat customer with a subscription for about a year.....come on!! Followed up immediately to their response and they didn't get back to me. Super disappointed. read more

Garbage. Did a absolutely nothing to relieve pain in my shoulder. Expensive, hard to put on and zero relief. Drug store patches were way better. Totally bummed I spent so much money. No returns for used item. Ughhhh frustrated!! read more

CBD DISTILLERY does not work. With chronic medical conditions that have persisted for a very long time coupled with pain, and knowing they offered a money back "guarantee," we tried their product. IT SIMPLY DID NOT WORK! It is not our first time using CBD products, so it is not as if we do not know how to use it. We contacted them and they said initially they would issue a refund (that is what they lied about in their advertisement). Now they are refusing a refund and trying issue a credit to get us to buy yet another product that likely will not work! They said they will not issue a credit unless we continue to try the product even longer. This is creepy since their website states "guaranteed money back" and they are arguing when I am in pain, want my money back, and they can have their product back. I feel scammed. Who the heck sits in pain for 2 weeks to placate some creep who says that after the 2 weeks and suggests keeping a log (really? someone in pain keeps a log?), that they will ONLY issue a credit? I don't know about you, but in my dictionary, there is a distinct difference between getting a credit for something and getting a refund! I trusted these charlatans because they gave a 60-day money back guarantee ~ only to renege on it when they were ask for a refund. They said it had been less than a week and that I should endure pain for 2 weeks in order to satisfy them! The other sites were more expensive, but at least they worked. Guess you get what you pay for ~ which in this case was NO RELIEVE FROM PAIN! And that was their highest dosage on the roll-on! Wow! What a rip off! Buyer beware! read more

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FALSE ADVERTISING. They will charge your card multiple times an you will receive either a faulty item or nothing at all. After 12 days and 20 emails, my order was still showing "shipment waiting for UPS" meaning the product never made it to the post office. After emailing numerous times, talking to "Michael" in sales (probably a fake name), he offered originally s 15% off coupon code my next order, then 15% off the order I was expecting, then 20% off the order. Then offered me to call, but never gave me a phone number. read more

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! 2 of 3 vape cartridges I ordered cracked open just from screwing/unscrewing them. They have a design flaw and CBDistillery doesn't care. All they need to do is have more ridges on the clear plastic so it locks into the metal better and isn't prone to cracking when screwing/unscrewing. They won't replace them after 90 days either, so if you have boxes you haven't opened that are just sitting on your desk... you're SOL. Thanks for nothing CBDistillery! read more

This place is a total rip off, do not waste your time. I placed an order for oil and a salve that would have been about $100, but I received a couple "discounts" to bring my order to $80. It took a month and my $60 salve discounted to $50 was a little 1oz jar, like a lip balm. TOTAL bullshit. I looked at the order and the online listing, the size is never mentioned. They leave that for a surprise for if and when you do receive it. Screw this place, they are ripping people off... read more

I have used this company for a few years placing many orders. I use to be able to call if I had a problem but not anymore. I have been calling, writing emails and did a few chats for the past 18 hours and I still do not have my answer. It seems for a company open 24/7 they could at least give their loyal customers a phone call. In 2 minutes I could have had this whole mess resolved but no, 18 hours later and do not know anything. Not everyone wants to sit around typing messages all day. The phone has worked wonders for years. I'm sad but I will have to find a more customer friendly & respected place. I think the most frustrating thing happening now a days is lack of vocal communication. read more

I've ordered several times from them in the past year and have had fast service up until this last order.....(I used to get my product within about 3-4 days). I ordered on January 3rd and an email is supposed to go out within 48 hours with the shipping information. I never got any shipping notification. The money came out of my account on January 4th....I've emailed their 'customer service' 3 times now and haven't gotten one reply or explanation as to why it hasn't shipped but they still took my money. What do you know...there is NO PHONE NUMBER to call...it's like phones do not exist within the company. Obviously they are not responding to my email so I was hoping to call...no such luck. I have placed an order with a different company and will not be ordering from CBD Distillery again...EVER!!! read more

I placed an order on the website and for some reason it cut off my apartment number, i caught it just 4 hours after seeing the confirmation email so i chatted with there rep and sh could not cancel the order or do anything so she said someone will contact me back via email and it took half a day for her to writ me just to say i need to contact ups, there is no way to contact ups about this with no tracking number, i placed the order on a saturday 4 hours after i bought it and they said they cannot refund me, the order is still in process because it was made saturday night and they dont even work on sundays, there is no reason why they cannot cancel the order, they just dont care and they dont listen they keep telling e to contact ups, why cant they? i dont have a tracking number because its never been sent yet read more

It's sad that shipping alone will keep me from ever ordering from this company again. Apparently they use UPS's "surepost" system which is an even cheaper/slower option than UPS's "ground shipping". Just another way for this company to cut corners and save money; unfortunately, it is the customer who suffers from this. According to the tracking code they gave me, its taken almost 7 days for my package to travel just 17 miles from Englewood, CO to Commerce City, CO. I live in CA so at this rate it's going to be a while... Based on other reviews it is apparent that past customers have tried to communicate similar problems with the shipping; however, it's now obvious this company simply refuses to do anything about it. I usually order PREMIUM JANE cbd products, but thought I would try them out after hearing good things. What a terrible first impression. read more

I've used CBDistillery to help address stress, anxiety, and poor sleep. With so many hemp-based products to choose from, I was relieved to find products that were extremely effective AND didn't cost an arm and a leg. My favorite products are the 2500mg full spectrum cbd oil, CBG:CBD tincture (awesome product for stress management!), and their new CBN tincture for getting asleep and staying asleep. I'll also shout out CBDistillery for offering a 60-day money back guarantee. This gave me the confidence I needed to test out a new product without any risks at all. Clearly this company cares about people's wellbeing. Love these products!! read more

Hello yelp community :) I give CBDistillery's products, customer service, and overall experience from beginning to end- 5/5 stars! I began purchasing their isolates, experimented and really enjoyed them. I referred my brother awhile back to try the Hemp derived CBDistillery unique product- Terpsolate because he likes to dab and he continues to buy and use them regularly. I personally moved on to 2500mg Full Spectrum and instantly loved it. Then they came out with the 5000mg and really fell in love! The high potency and the entourage effect of the full spectrum oil that CBDistillery has is unparalleled to others on the market.... each droplet contains 8mg- so 2 droplets= 16mg! Using it twice a day- This bottle will last me more than 1 year! This and worth the investment :) The source of their hemp: "All of our products are made from NON-GMO, PESTICIDE FREE, Industrial Hemp. It is grown outdoors under natural sunlight with organic practices, but has not been certified by the USDA." Thanks CBDistillery- keep it up read more

I've used other CBD companies in the past, but decided to try CBDistillery. Right off the bat, I felt their prices where a little high compared to others, but since it was my first order, they offered a big discount. I ordered 1 bottle of Full Spectrum oil for myself and one for my niece, and a package of dog treats. When I got the "product delivered" email, I went to my PO Box about a week later and nothing was there. I immediately checked my emails when I got home and that's when I found they had the wrong PO box in my "shipped" email. I checked my account on their page, and sure enough, the wrong PO Box. I couldn't figure out how it was wrong because I had to type it in, and the wrong numbers weren't ones that I could've "fat fingered". Plus, I confirmed the numbers before I continued. So, I acted like I was signing up with a new account. It let me type my numbers in, but their system is set up that it will scroll through numbers closest to the ones you put in. So, if you're not careful and you move the mouse or touch bad on your laptop, the numbers will scroll after you type it in without you realizing it. I've seriously never had this happen on any website. I contacted the post office and they said there's no way they can help me if the wrong person who received the package didn't do a RTS. So, now I'm out $60. I tried calling them a few times between their hours listed and never got an answer. I used their "contact" link on their site and sent the problem that way. It's now been over a week and they're not acknowledging my issue. Not even a "sorry about this. We can't refund your payment, but we'll give you 50% off, or a free bottle, etc". I never had a chance to even try their products, but I'll never use them again. I went back to Sunsoil and will continue to use them. read more

This product is VERY pricey for what you get, for starters. Then when they flippantly double-charged me for a $240 product subscription, that was it. They don't even care and act like it's no big deal to just mis-charge the card number you gave them. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

Do not order from this company.. quite possibly a scam operation. They have no phone number. I placed an order on the 23rd of December and never received it. UPS says they never received it either. I placed an order, and asked it to be cancelled within the hour. It was a duplicate order. They didn't care, and sent it out anyways. So now I will have too much and it will expire before it has a chance to be used. Thanks a lot, great customer service! read more

Zero customer service. My order is a week late and the company has no way to be contacted. I paid for expedited shipping and the company didn't even get my order out the door for 5 days. Very dissatisfied that there is no customer service contact on your website, and that nobody has responded to my complaint on your Facebook page. I use CBD to treat a pre-cancerous condition. I personally found no issues when I ordered for myself. I told my mom about how great the product is, she wanted to get some as well for neck & back pain. Took her over 2 months to even hear from someone asking why it's taking so long to get her product. She finally got an email saying it was delayed. But no other explanation. She responded back & asked for them to send another for her since the first one was obviously lost in the mail. They replied to her email saying they can but if she gets the other product in, she needs to let them know & mail it back. Seriously?!?! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I started doing research & come to find out they were bought out & apparently outsourced their customer service. I will no longer highly recommend this place to order CBD ever again. read more

Avoid this company. Shop elsewhere. I have been waiting for my order that was placed on December 5th and still nothing. No movement on the package since December 15th and they said they would send out a replacement. Today is the 26th and still nothing but the run around from the company. They also offered me a 50% refund which according to my bank is illegal. So my bank will take over and back charge them for the total amount of my purchase. There are plenty of other companies that offer this product. Shop there and not with CBDistillery. read more

I get the full spectrum 2500 mg cbd oil and it is a life saver I am a returnd customer every month

I had some issues at first, but in the end they came through. I placed an order in late November. I realize during the holidays it might be some time before I received the order, and that was fine. I never received a notification that my order was sent, so when I checked a couple of weeks later and hadn't received anything, I reached out to the company. I sent an email and messaged them on FB. I received an email reply that the order had been delivered on 1 December (I had it sent to work, which was closed on that Saturday) but I never got it. They said I'd have to get in touch with the delivery company and I said I couldn't because I never received info about delivery. Also, as a vendor, I believed the company should do everything it could to assist me. At that time, I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money as I didn't have time to spend an hour + on hold with USPS to try to find my package. I received another email that not only would they refund my money, but they'd send another package to me at no charge. I have now received both my refund and my replacement order. I am giving four stars instead of five because I never received info about package having been sent originally, and because I felt like I shouldn't have had to try to contact the delivery company at all to begin with. But in the end, they met my needs, and did so very cheerfully, thanks to Michael. read more
