This place does not have a phone number , good luck reaching someone to speak to when you have a problem. They shorted me a bottle in my order and there customer service was the worst. After 3 emails I finally reached someone that has no skills in customer service. One employee asked me to take a picture of my order that was short one bottle, really?!?! I ordered 3 only two showed up, why the picture? And by the way she never responded back. I've since asked for a refund because they could not next day air me the bottle that was missing, again great customer service skills and no skills on retaining a customer... I will never buy from them again.... read more

I tried placing an order over two days and their online system kept rejecting my card. Finally, on day two I used a different card and the order went through. I contacted the customer support via Chat and they told me my case would be elevated, but No One ever got back to me!! After about a week, I went into my online banking account and noticed that all nine of the rejected orders were being processed. I had to contact my bank and put a stop payment with CBDistillery. Now finally, after receiving the order that did go through, only two items were received when the packing slip clearly states three. There is no phone number to contact the company, so they push you t online chat. The chat people have no authority to do anything so they say they will report you case to customer service, and that is the end of the communication. No one from customer service will respond. So basically, they tried to run over two thousand dollars fraudulently through my credit card and then shipped me a partial order. There is no way to contact the company so please, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! read more

There products are ok. However there website ordering system sucks. They take way too long to fill and ship orders. I made a transaction on a Monday and now it's Saturday with no tracking and no confirmation. They can't figure how to fulfill a same day order ordered on a weekday in the am. It takes these company days many days sometimes a week to ship out a order. And they forgot their products are used for medical reasons. Won't be ordering again. I have been using this company ever since the CBD fad began. I am always very happy with the product that I buy (CBDelicious isolate 1 gram). This company has an A+ rating with the BBB and they go out of their way to make certain customers are satisfied. When CBD became legal in Texas I began ordering. At the same time there were so many orders that it took longer than expected. CBDistillery not only shipped my product, but gave a refund as well! Who does that. If they were scamming people, they would not go out of their way, and lose money to make things right with customers. I shall never get impatient with them again and am very thankful that CBDistillery is open for business. read more

This company is charged me twice for my order which I ordered one week ago today I've tried to contact them to find out if it's even been shipped yet I've emailed them twice with no response and I've tried calling and they answer the phone with an answering system telling you to email them.if this is how they do business Sean hannity needs to stop advertising for them very poor customer service shame on you cbdistillery read more

Have had an amazing experience with their cbd tinctures & isolate! This has been a huge help for minimizing my anxiety and greatly reducing my chronic back pain. It is fast activating && the flavor is cherry, the natural flavor of cbd. It's better than any other I've tried! 10/10 recommended ! read more

I've been very pleased with the product and customer service. I've made 2 orders from this company and I'm very pleased with the product. I had a small issue with my second order and I contacted them via email. I received a response the next day and they sent a new product at no charge. I received the replacement product in only a few days and they sent a follow-up email to make sure I was a happy customer. I've used their full spectrum oil and their oil for pets. I'll order from them again. read more

I love their tinctures!!! I have fibromyalgia and a few other medical issues and this stuff works!! It's not water in a bottle!! It's miracle in a bottle! But they do need live customer service! If they had that then they would have gotten a 5 from me. Amazing stuff!! read more

We sent them $70 for their product, got a receipt with an order number but never received the product. Now they claim we never ordered it despite the fact we gave them the order number and sent them a screen shot of the receipt. Beware!! read more

Scam. Do not order from this company. Cannot reach a live person, have not received my order nor the email confirming the tracking # so I can try to track the order that way. I am disputing this with my the company that holds the card I used and have submitted a complaint on BBB. Placed an order on 1/7 with 3-7 day shipping. Received email confirmation/receipt on 1/7 stating I would receive an additional email with the tracking # and the charge on the credit card was done immediately. The email with the tracking # was never received. I completed their "contact us" form on 1/13 as there is no phone # listed on their site, and have not heard back. I did some digging and found a phone # on the charge info on my card and online, but when you call, a voice comes on asking for you to leave a message and email and state they handle contact via email. read more

I cannot give this company any good reviews. I did not want to give any stars I bought a sample from them . Now £85 has been taken from my bank account . I have not received any emails or anything saying what the charge is for . I am now overdrawn with the bank . I have sent 22 emails to them and they are not even answering any of them . Even the sample I bought I have not received any receipts for. This company is a scam . I am now taking the case up through my bank . I will now make sure everyone does not buy a thing from them, I am so scared they will continue to take money from my account . What the hell have they taken £85 for. I cannot justify spending that sort of money . They have no phone number to ring , they do not display their address. Why ,,because they hide from everyone. scammers . scammers . anyone who is posting good reviews on here probably work in the company read more

Cbdistillery. Do not order from. First of all the only way to contact the company is by email. I placed an order on Feb 1, 2019 and recieved a shipping notice from USPS that a label was created but the product was net recieved as of Feb 5, 2019. I sent an email yesterday to the company but have not recieved a response. Today I see a international fee transaction charge on my Visa from this order. They do have an office in the UK but also in Colorado. Why this Charge? I will update when a response from the company is recieved. Othrwise I advise any other people that have this issue to contact the Colorado state Attorney office a file a complaint as I will be doing. Good Luck Oh I did find a number 1-855-223-7766. It was just an answering machine advising you that you will recieve a response via email. We'll see.... read more

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I placed an order on 8/13/2018. As of 9/6/2018, I still have not received any product. It took 3 e-mails to get a response in which I was told my order would be rushed right out to me and offered a 20% discount that would expire in 2 days. Why would I make another purchase before I've received my first order??? I've been in regular communication with them; sometimes receiving a response. Always the same thing... we are rushing your order out and we want to offer you a 20% discount. As of today, the order still says "processing." Unbelievable.. how difficult is it to put something in an envelope and get it on it's way? I am in Phoenix, AZ and they are in Colorado; should be 2-3 day max priority ship. Ridiculous. I do not know how they have so many great reviews but I would be willing to bet most are fake. read more

After doing a lot of research looking for a high quality CBD isolate powder, I went with CBDistillery. I wish I could say it did all the things I hoped for & what it's supposed to do like: relieve the chronic pain in my left leg from a fall; help with mood; help with energy & sleeping. This did literally nothing. I mixed in mct oil to make my own tincture like I had read (https://www.mindovermenieres.com/cbd-oil-cbd-isolate/ ) & after the first try & then several days of varying doses noticed no change whatsoever. I had a high quality cbd oil that I ran out of so I knew what to look for. Unfortunately, I made a bad choice going with CBDistillery & throwing money away. If you are reading reviews in hopes to help guide you in a choice, do not go with CBDistillery. Consider Eaton Hemp or if your looking to balance all things feminine do not hesitate to try "Feminine Balance!" It actually works & does what it's says it will! https://store.trimhealthymama.com/product/feminine-balance-cannabinoid-rich-hemp-extract/. This is the one I will be sticking with. read more

I've been ordering CBD Oil for a year and haven't had issues before with my orders. However, I experienced an issue with the latest order without resolution. I ordered a quantity of 4 and paid for the order. The payment was processed for the order. Yet, I was shipped only 1 of the product. I completed the on-line contact form and haven't received a response. I Googled the company and located two phone numbers and called both (one was an automatic VM box and the other did not have any identifier information - although listed on Government sites - and went to VM). I have not received a response to either VM. My only option is to dispute the charge through my bank. It's too bad the company does not have human to human telecom customer service and does not respond to identified issues. At the price per unit and the demand, customer service is key to the reputation and success of a company. read more

I LOVE THIS COMPANY!! I am a foster mom for dogs, dogs that have never been out of a cage.. they come from puppy mills, lonely lives, the CBDistillery 150mg tincture helps them breathe again... Thank you CBDistillery!!! your the best! #cbdmovement read more

Purchased their most expensive 5000 mg. full spectrum tincture for $225.00. When I looked at the directions & dosage, it appears they recommend two to three times the dose of ANY other product I have used or seen, which means the 5000 mg bottle would have only 30 servings which may only last TWO WEEKS if you take the recommended two doses per day. Tried the product and did not get any effect or pain relieving benefits as described. I have used other products like Charlotte's Web and found that to be a much better value and actually got some results with it. After trying CBDISTILLERY three times, I contacted their customer support to request a return which was denied because it was over 7 days and the product was opened. Other sellers of CBD oil offer 30 day satisfaction guarantees and I recommend doing business with those reputable companies. Bottom line is I believe CBDISTILLERY products, are over priced, over rated and likely an elaborate scam, definitely recommend you avoid their products and try others. read more

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from this company and my experience has been amazing!! This is the first time posting a review....I just thought it was time with how quickly I received my oil! I was shocked to see so many low ball reviews....I will chalk it up to growing pains with a newer company and keep ordering from them. Please don't let the reviews scare you away. I have ordered from several other CBD companies and this one has given me the most relief..hence why I have ordered 3 times now from them. Their cbd oil is reasonably priced and works!!! I suffer from AS (ankylosing spondylitis) and this has helped so much with joint pain and inflammation. I started taking their cbd with other natural supplements and for the first time I had NO PAIN. I wondered if it was just a coincidence that my pain went away after taking CBD for a couple weeks. I didn't know if it was the combination of everything I was taking or what. Well....I ran out of CBD and decided to foolishly not reorder thinking I would be fine. Well...here I am in a flare and am thankful my CBD came today!! read more

I buy quite a bit of cbd oil and my main go to is Lazarus Naturals. If you haven't tried them I highly recommend it. Unfortunately they don't sell the vape juice so I've been trying a couple of different companies to see which one I like the best and I found cbdistillery on a review website and they were the highest ranked distributor so I looked on the website and found a small pack that was reasonable priced and figured I'd give it a try. The first red flag was after I purchased the product I got an email confirmation that said I should receive an email with the tracking number in 2 to 4 business days which seemed a little ridiculous that it would take that long to process my order of a sample pack of vape juice. I figured they probably just put that on there but actually send it out in a reasonable time for example if I purchase from Lazarus Naturals it always ships the same day as long as I get it in before 5 mountain time. Otherwise it for sure is sent the next day. I didn't receive anything that day or the next or the day after that. Day 3 I sent an email inquiring about the shipment because I had not received the email and as instructed in the confirmation of the order I'd also been checking my junk mail. I got no response so by day 4 I was getting a little angry and sent them another email telling them just to cancel the order since they obviously had no intention of actually sending it. Finally I got a response that she had sent me the tracking number the previous day and that I should have checked my junk mail. This was a flat out lie. I was religiously checking my junk mail and even now its never shown up. On top of that her response did not go to my junk mail so its unlikely that the first response would have either. At this point I'm pretty frustrated because it is now the weekend and they didn't even make it within there very lazy time frame to get the package mailed. I should also mention that the tracking number she sent me showed that a label for the package was created on April 9th the day after I placed the order but that's it. They sent me a link that showed 5 days later that they still had not even taken the package to the post office. I was hot but I figured no way they don't send it Monday and then I'll never purchase anything ever again from these losers but I'll just let this go cause its not worth it. But come Monday same thing never sent it. At that point I lost my temper on them and demanded a refund out of principal which they have not even acknowledged so I'm reporting them as fraudulently taking my money without ever sending the shipment. I just want to let everyone else know what piece of shit business is and steer clear unless you just like getting pissed off at people for not doing what they are supposed to. I don't know what's the problem with these guys but you have to suck pretty hard at what you do to treat people this way and I can't remember when I've experienced customer service this terrible. Avoid them at all costs or you will be sorry. read more

Was about to go through this company for a wholesale account, however, if their retail service is any indication, it'd be a poor decision for me. I've been R&D'ing products to manufacture using their isolate for a few months now. The first couple of orders went fairly smoothly, but every order after that took longer and longer to get to me. Even as slow as USPS can be, it does not take 2 weeks to send something within the state. Then, I noticed, it was suddenly being shipped from IL. The last and final straw, is the current order that I'm waiting on. USPS doesn't even show that they have received the shipment, according to the tracking, and also a rep on the USPS service number. After contacting customer service, I got two stories within 30 seconds. One was that they contacted usps, and were assured that it is in USPS's possession but never got scanned, and then the story changed to "issues with the new system, all orders are being rushed out soon..." I can't rely on a company that doesn't have it's stuff together like this, especially when it comes to depending on them for my own business. So, I'd recommend looking elsewhere folks, there are plenty of options now. There's even one with a customer pick up option, who's product is on par and better priced. read more
