This place is like Disney World for home improvement. We recently had our basement remodeled (see final pics) and chose some fixtures and a toilet here. We had a great customer service experience here, even during COVID. When we were ready, we sourced and place our order for all materials through the website Build.com, which is now owned by Ferguson. We had trouble with a broken toilet and we're able to get it replaced by refusing the shipment. It was an easy part of a very crazy process. The showroom is beautiful and offers many high end finishes. I love being able to touch and feel fixtures since you need to know how that metal will feel every time you wash your hands. When doing a cost comparison you will pay more here for most products versus shopping a big box store. Why? Well they have to pay their floor staff, maintain the building and make it a luxury experience for you, the buyer. That's not free. So if you can stand to pay for that type of experience then it's worth every penny. Their selection is superior to any Home Depot or Lowe's as well. You won't be disappointed! read more

We spent over $15,000 on plumbing fixtures for our new build, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Ferguson sent us wrong items and even left out items we had ordered. When we contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility, they made us pay for the replacement items upfront and told us we'd only get a refund once the incorrect items were returned. This is such a poor way to do business. If a company makes a mistake--especially on an order this expensive--they should be the ones to fix it without putting the burden on the customer. To make matters worse, when the reordered items arrived, they were missing parts. Between the lack of accountability, the customer service frustration, and the quality control issues, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience. I expected much better from a company of this size. Would not recommend based on our experience. read more

Where are all of these horrifying reviews coming from?!? Good grief, people! It is a nice store. Everyone was terrific that I encountered. I called ahead and made an appointment. The salesperson, Derek, was there and ready on time. Very knowledgeable. He and the team turned a number of quotes very quickly, and without issue. I guess if you're kicking tires, go to Big-O. If your looking for crappy, scratch and dent appliances, go to Appliance Factory Warehouse. If your looking for more than your starter apartment appliances, go to Ferguson. So far so good. Updating my review: a second fridge was eventually delivered. This fridge was also not to correct one I had originally ordered, and it came damaged in several places. There are dents on front of the refrigerator in the stainless steel, and inside the refrigerator as well. Along with the dents, the bottom drawer won't open (which I didn't realize until the installers left--they pointed out the dents but didn't mention the malfunctioning drawer). Upon further inspection, there is mold growing in one of the drawers. This leads me to wonder I was given a second hand refrigerator that som one else had returned or refused due to the damage. Again, Ferguson shows that they are unworthy of my business. I've honestly had much better communication from Home Depot for my garage fridge. See attached pictures. read more

I would give this company negative 5 stars if I could. I am a general contractor and deal with many incompetent companies, but none quite as incompetent and unreliable as Ferguson. Absolutely the most unorganized business I've ever dealt with. I stopped using them 10 years ago and tried to give them another chance a few months ago. Im still waiting on fixtures that they claim we're delivered. The customer service reps. lie through their teeth and actually expect us to believe them. UODATE : When I returned home I told my husband he needed to buy the refrigerator. I was done with going to look at any & had too many other things on my plate. I told him what I planned on looking at if that would help him choose. He called and made an "appt" and met the sales rep 2 days later. He bought the Sub Zero built in that was my 1st choice. It's been bought & paid for since middle of last week & is in stock but no delivery date has been set up. Not sure why but end of saga so far. Keeping my fingers crossed a delivery date will be set up very soon since the door of our current built-in refrigerator sounds like it's ready to fall off and parts are no longer made for it. read more

We are at the end stage of building a custom home. We used Ferguson's for the appliances, hardware, and most of the light fixtures. We had a wonderful experience with them as we picked out what we wanted. We used Build.com to organize everything and make our lists and really enjoyed the process. The nightmare began with the deliveries. So many things have gone wrong. 1. 2 out of 3 toilets delivered were the wrong ones. (this has been corrected) 2. Missing 3 out of 5 of our outdoor light fixtures. 3. Missing 3 out of 4 of our indoor sconces. 4. Dishwasher was installed with a kinked water line and wouldn't work. Our project manager figured this out. 5. Missing all of our kitchen, powder room, mudroom and bathroom cabinet hardware. 6. 4 bathroom light bars were delivered when we only needed one. 7. 2 out of 4 bathroom faucets delivered were the wrong ones. (this has been corrected) 8. One out of 5 ceiling fans was broken. 9. One out of 4 bathroom pendant lights was broken. (this has been corrected) I can't even express how disappointed I am in the delivery of the items we ordered so many months ago. I am in the process of trying to get to the bottom of this. I can't even imagine what the invoicing is going to look like after so many mistakes. I would not work with them again. Emailed Kameron Hartle for a quote for full kitchen appliances, he emailed back twice to clarify some questions and then was never heard from again, despite several follow up emails (it has been a month). Made another appointment with another "designer specialist", Kristina Anderson, had a 25 minute zoom with her only to never hear from her again. I left a message for their manager Liz, but she also has not called me back. Apparently Ferguson doesn't want my business. THANK GOODNESS they don't have my money. Called another company, Mountain High Appliance, and I had a quote for items and installation and approximate delivery dates by that afternoon. read more

The phone is still ringing, 12, 13, 14. It used to be BAC and was excellent. They had a receptionist that always answered, available sales people. Since Ferguson bought it, no one responds, several of the EXPENSIVE appliances were dusty. Corporate America leaves little to be desired. Their parties have become diluted. It was a perfect place to meet new resources. Instead of business colleagues, it's family and friends who are there to eat and drink. To the trade only is a good idea. read more

Still waiting for a stove hood after almost one year. No one ever follows up and it's up to the customer to keep chasing them. When you call they are almost always out of the office. When you finally get a hold of your salesperson they will tell you they don't know anything but will have to check with the supplier. It's never occurs to them that maybe they should be keeping you informed of the status. Once they get your money you're pretty much on your own. BTW, the service people who installed the fridge and dish washer were all amazing. Perhaps the sales people should take some lessons in service from these folks. Still waiting. read more

I ordered a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave in September. I was assured they would be available Mid March. At the end of March I called and only the microwave and dishwasher had come in. They said I would get the range in October (yes October). They would not give me an eta for the refrigerator.I am doing a re-model and all my appliances have been removed so I have nothing my kitchen. After much negotiating and many unreturned phone calls they agreed to give me a loaner range but no refrigerator. I have an old refrigerator in the basement that will work so I said lets do it. I was told I had to call scheduling to set up a deliver date. They never answer the phone and did not return any of my 10 messages. I went to a manager which took two emails before she had someone call me who assured me I would get a call in a day or two. No such luck. I would absolutely not purchase my appliances from them. We all understand the supply problem and are sympathetic to that. What is very, very hard to comprehend is their total lack of any effort to communicate with the customer. They simply are very difficult to get a hold of and have no desire to return phone calls or emails. I am still waiting for a deliver time after leaving many, many, messages and emails. read more

I was happy with the few expensive appliances purchased at Ferguson BAC until the time came for some service. Wanting to take no chances with my Subzero refrigerator during a recent remodel, I paid BAC handsomely to move it out into my garage -- told all the while that they're experts and everything would be done right. Of course, I also had them move it back into my newly-remodeled kitchen (for another tidy sum). When turning everything back on, the installer (who was the same guy, James, who had uninstalled it and remembered doing so) found that the water pump had frozen and burst -- and quickly blamed me for not having winterized it, despite having explicitly assured me that it would be fine. He offered to replace the pump, if I went out and got the part -- which I hesitantly tracked down and purchased (my GC has a relationship with BAC) the same day. A month later, I'd heard nothing from him or about when he'd be back out -- despite him having left without finishing the installation and promising to return within a week. Having given up on trying to contact James, I finally called BAC and spoke with Allison, who'd previously been very helpful (when setting up the uninstall/reinstall services). She was under the impression that the order completed long ago, and offered to help fix things, if I sent her my proof of purchase and fridge model/serial number... which I again did on the same day. The reason for my one-star review? I've not heard back from Allison since, and neither my calls nor emails are getting returned. When paying a premium for appliances and service, I expect better. And BAC doesn't seem to care. read more

Tried to get an actual human on the phone beginning from 9 am this morning. Good luck with that. Tried a few more times and was told by their answering service that they were in a meeting. Their opening business hour is 9am. They did not return my message. In the afternoon I called back and got a very bored sounding person that sounded like she could care less. I'll never call them again. I called Kohler and got a call back in 5 minutes. They were professional and gave me great service with recommendations, pricing and availability. I highly recommend going straight to Kohler any day for your plumbing/fixtures. read more

We bought our modern bathtub from Ferguson two months ago and loved it, so my husband and I came in today to see gas ranges. The front desk woman was so astutely rude that it caught me off guard. My husband had entered 40 minutes prior to me and apparently had received the same rude (unnecessary?) behavior. We are always happy to purchase from places that treat customers with common curtsey. It's never a good day when a new appliance quits working properly, but when that happened to me, I consoled myself with the fact that my microwave was still under warranty. Little did I know that working with the manufacturer would be a nightmare - 77 minutes on hold one day, before I hung up and gave up on them! Thank goodness for the local contact at BAC in Englewood. The manufacturer would have taken three weeks to replace my microwave. The customer service lady and her manager at BAC put there heads together, went to bat for me, and within three days I was back in business. They answer their phone and call back promptly with positive support. BAC salvaged a bad situation and won me over as a customer for life. Thanks. read more

OK - this is a true story: Back in June 2020, we ordered 3 GE appliances from Ferguson on Sante Fe, paid for them, had received one that quit working a month later and still had no idea where they were in early November 2020. To say the situation was frustrating is an understatement. Erik Fretheim (and his Area Store Manager, Carin Zupancic) worked extremely hard, pulled a few strings, and bent over backwards to help us resolve EVERY issue, communicated very clearly with us and saved our relationship along with GE's tarnished reputation. Saying how great a business is after having these issues is a serious testament to it (Ferguson), Erik and Carin's dedication to us, their reputation and character of caring about customer satisfaction. Completely incompetent and no customer service. Sales team won't return calls or emails. I ordered a range hood months ago and they have lost the orders and finally today they were here to deliver and install only to discover they ordered a 9' chimney instead of 19". Their customer service is only ok if you buy something. If you have issues like getting a damaged appliance TWICE , then adequate or friendly customer service is non-existent. And you can forget about getting your refund in a timely fashion. Telling an angry customer that no one can help you is not acceptable. Telling that angry customer someone will call you is ridiculous and a lie. Not responding to calls or emails is something they are good at. They are good at telling you they will call but not actually good at making that call. This angry customer never even had the opportunity to speak with a manager even though it was requested on more than one occasion. Waiting for a refund over 3 weeks after returning the 2nd damaged appliance is poor business and disgusting. BTW: this entire process has been 16 weeks and counting.... I had a good experience with a relatively simple purchase. We were looking for a range hood that would do better than 300cfm. The one the builder installed in our house a few years back was noisy and ineffective. We looked at HomeDepot, Lowes and Appliance Factory, and didn't really see something worth throwing down for. Our first reaction at BAC after seeing the Viking displays (very nice) was "too high end". They were busy, but when we got some attention, the salesman treated us like a deserving customer. We looked at a matching Bosch hood as well as a hood-only brand, Zephyr, and chose the Zephyr: LED lights etc. Installation was also available and seemed like it should be a more integrated experience than the subs at HD. It was. Installation started within the time window and was well done. The hood runs as it should, and cost less than what we were looking at at HD. read more

After numerous phone calls to various people in that office, Danna H. got back to us immediately and had tracking information for us. We now know what items were not included in the first shipment and which items are on their way and their arrival date. BUYER BEWARE. What's worse than paying $3000 for a high end stove that doesn't work properly day one? Buying the extended warranty and discovering that both the warranty and the stove are garbage. We went to a Ferguson showroom expecting the best. We had purchased our last appliances from Home Depot/Lowe's and thought a specialty store would give better service and stand behind the products sold. The day the stove was delivered and installed lights flashed, it beeped but it didn't cook food. We have had the electronics replaced three times (at least two sets of electrical panels each time). The racks have been replaced after less than a year of use. After unsatisfactory responses from the warranty company we called the showroom for help and we're told there was NOTHING they could do. We even offered to come in to purchase a new stove and asked for a discount since we had purchased a stove from them less than 2 years prior and NOTHING. These folks sold a worthless piece of equipment and an even more worthless warranty. Zero accountability. read more

I bought a high end double oven at BAC, I so regret doing business with them. I thought the buying process was a little difficult, lots of hidden fees and then even more when the ovens were installed. The installer even wanted an extra $100 in a check made to him. At this point when the ovens are in my home and a mess made with the installation, what do you do??? Now I am calling for warranty work and no one will call me back. We went to BAC to buy a high-end, built-in refrigerator for a house we are building in the Denver metro area. Initially, I felt there was promise with BAC, as our salesperson was knowledgeable, and pointed us toward a few different options. As part of the purchase process, BAC first charges you $35 to get a quote on installation. You make an appointment with Dan, and he comes to your house to give you a quote. First off, this is something that should be free when you are buying a $8K appliance. BAC's installer contacted us, made an appointment, and BAC charged us $35. A week later, we waited at the construction site at our set appointment time for Dan, who never arrived. We called Dan, who said he misunderstood the appointment time, but could be there in an hour - after we had already waited 45 minutes. We again called BAC, who refunded our $35, and we haven't heard from them since. read more

However upon asking Jake, we were told "I don't know who would be selling exhaust fans at 4pm on a Saturday." His coworker agreed. So I needed about 40k in Viking kitchen appliances so I decided to look at the local stores and get multiple bids, as opposed to simply going on line and ordering it myself online for 50% off. So I went and got multiple shops that carried Viking in town and told the sales people that I wanted competitive bids. So after the first round of bids, I contacted the sales person at BAC and said can you meet or beat the price of 28K, because his bid came back at 38K. So instead of saying sure I can meet it or beat it, this guy called Viking and complained that the other store was not selling at monopoly pricing. BAC is nothing but a big "fat cat" company that are running a 100% markup and instead of promoting informed customers who will return to their outlet for service, repeat business, and prove the point that service and completive pricing is a better model. They incentive people to simply go online buy it cheaper and shut down their entire model. BAC is part of the "old world" of setting up a monopoly and forcing customers to pay twice as much just so they can line their pockets. And the moment you get an honest price, they complain and wine. Honestly, these people remind me of Detroit union workers who get paid $150k a year and work 10 hours a week for putting on a tail light, and the moment you confront them with modern economics they cry and go on strike. read more

The sales manager called almost immediately and arranged for the fridge to picked up and a refund less a 15% restocking fee. ********************************************************* Deeply awful customer service experience. My letter to the sales rep & CEO: I'm following up on my many emails and our call last Thursday. (I believe you also have had many emails and messages from our contractor on this matter.) We are still trying to return the refrigerator we purchased earlier this year. As you know, the kitchen designers drew cabinets that did not fit the fridge we ordered from BAC. This is not BAC's fault. We discovered this on May 29 when the contractors tried to install the fridge and immediately let you know that we needed to return it. My husband and I came to BAC on Saturday May 30 and discussed the need to return the fridge, so you've known since at least then that this needed to happen. In the meantime, our contractor has also let us know that he emailed you to come pick up the fridge and refund our money. Still, nothing happened. I emailed you on July 7 and got no response. On July 10, I spoke with you about this at some length. In that call, you said BAC had changed computer systems and our request had fallen through the cracks. You mentioned that you did not know what the restocking fee would be, but that I would have to talk to Jackie or Rachel. You transferred me to your accounts person. Unfortunately, you didn't tell that person why you were transferring me, so she picked up the phone with no knowledge of this transaction. I explained the whole thing all over to her, and she ultimately said she would have to charge us a restocking fee of something like 35% because it had been over 30 days. Of course it wasn't over 30 days when we first told you we needed to return the fridge. It's only over 30 days because our request slipped between the cracks. I explained this to her and she said she'd have to discuss the matter with you and her boss and would call me back that afternoon. This did not happen, and another 5 days have gone by with no action or response from BAC. Please contact me promptly at ####### to arrange to pick up the fridge and refund our money. I'm taking the liberty of copying your CEO as I'm confident he would be distressed to learn of customer service this shabby. ***** Just spoke with the sales rep twice. First call he said BAC would pick up the fridge on Friday and there would be a 25% restocking fee. I objected that he had originally said 15%. Got off the phone. Spoke with our contractor, who agreed to cover the 25%. Called the sales rep back to agree to 25% and he said he couldn't agree to that, it wasn't his department, the CEO and accounting would have to agree. This has turned from a simple return into a massive time sink because apparently employees of BAC don't talk to one another. I need to hear from one person -- email is fine -- that the fridge will be picked up and PRECISELY what the refund will be. read more

I am a kitchen designer who regularly sends clients to BAC to purchase appliances. All of my clients have been thrilled! As a designer it is hard to find a place that you really trust. They give incredible service to other professionals as well as clients. Their turn around on quotes is always quick. They provide us with all the specs we need which saves us a ton of time. We love to work with Little Paul but everyone we have worked with is great! Their showroom is amazing! Live kitchens to test out, an incredible selection and very classy. Pricing is very competitive. To the gentleman who negatively reviewed them for pricing too high and being greedy - you must not have been comparing apples to apples. Service: We had purchased a 5-yr extended warranty for a Jenn-Air refrigerator delivered in 2018 (after they had ordered and delivered the wrong refrigerator model). After 3 years the freezer lights and switch went out. Five weeks ago we called Ferguson to find out they had not recorded our extended warranty. After some back and forth on the warranty validity, they agreed to honor that and scheduled for Best Co their sub-contract service dept to contact us. Now, four weeks later, there is still no determination of when this might be repaired as Best says they cannot get the parts. read more

I would actually give no stars, but can't . Avoid this place at all costs. On May 21st of this year my 22 year old subzero died and needed to be replaced. Decided that after 22 years I would bite the bullet and upgrade my entire kitchen, oven built in with microwave, dishwasher, small beverage fridge and of course the subzero 48 in refrigerator. Of course Jackie Suffron, my salesperson was very helpful especially when my credit card was okd. Then she disappeared off the planet when the ineptness started. Did not answer phone or email after several attempts and trying to get other people from customer service, no one helps, calls back or acts like they have any idea what you are wanting or needing and referring back to the sales person who of course is not responding. Oh and hanging up when I admit I was a bit upset. Anyway, the dishwasher was dinged and after many phone calls by me , was fixed about a month later. The oven trim was measured wrong and it is now august 12 and after me badgering everyone and appointments that no one shows was finally installed today. The microwave was broken from the beginning and was finally replaced today. I can only hope it works. My experience has taken away all excitement about my new relatively expensive stuff and I recommend going anywhere but here for appliances. I almost forgot about the ding in my wall when the refrigerator was installed that they were going to repair......still waiting......... PS. I drove quite a ways to get to this Ferguson. I was looking for a kitchen faucet, sink, hardware and lighting. My contractor told me it was best to get everything at the same place because I want it in brushed gold/bronze and there are many different shades of gold now. I mostly wanted to see what they had. I did not know you were supposed to make an appointment before you even go there. When I walked in, the receptionist immediately acted like it was a privilege for me to even be there. She then told me I should have made an appointment and there was no one to help me. She made me feel like I should not have been there at all. I looked around but left because I was not welcome there. I will not be getting anything from Ferguson at this point. It was a very bad experience. read more
