He didn't try to sell me anything for sake of selling something to make a profit. I understand that this is a business and the sale of consumer goods. However, I was very impressed that both Andy and Cordie gave me what I needed rather than just seeing a consumer who needs to purchase something. Long story short is that I've been having problems with my left foot and I felt that I needed new shoe inserts for better arch support. I walked away with information that helped me go in a different direction to mitigate what I've been experiencing lately. I love how staff is very personable at this location. You experience a level of customer service that is more family oriented than strictly consumer based. I went there to get non-slip shoes for work and found what I needed at a much lower cost than I expected. At checkout, I was informed of an additional discount I was receiving, based on their list of employers. I was ecstatic.! Instead of of 80% off with 60% off and 30% that woman had to pay over $100 for a $350.00 coat.
