The employee kept saying leggings? I said no they are different. She went and looked and said that they did indeed have stretch pants as well as leggings. So I made the 40 minute trek there only to find that indeed they did not have what I was looking for though she said they did. They apologized profusely but apologies don't pay for gas and time wasted. Other than that the employees were polite and the store looks like it has plentiful of other items. I reached out to multiple companies and Lorena was the only one who replied promptly and was willing to work with me to understand my vision. After talking with her, I knew she cared about my event and would do an amazing job - she's been doing this a long time and is passionate about her craft! After our initial call, she even texted me so I could send her some pictures and she could confirm the colors I wanted and the way I wanted it to look (mixed colors instead of colorblock). About a week before the event, she reached out again to confirm time and date, and let me know the information for the day of contact. On the day of the event, the balloon artist showed up on time, was very professional, and had the garland up and ready quickly. The garland came out beautiful, and my friend plus all the guests loved it! Everyone took pictures in front of it and commented on how awesome it was! Thanks, Lorena, for making my event a success!

Well that is what happened to my daughters good friend. Now I swoop in because I've decided that this adorable little boy needs to have a birthday & presents from us so I went online & found a present that I had shipped to him that he got in 1 day (though it said 2 days so I was happy. And y'all can guess which company it was.). But wait, that's not all! I decided that it's not a birthday unless you have balloons so that's when I used my handy dandy Yelp app & started searching for either a florists that also did balloons or just a balloon business in or near Thornton. Everything showed closed due to Covid but then Balloons Elite popped up so I gave them a call. Lorena was so helpful & said that they were just allowed to open up. Boy was I a happy camper! I explained the situation & Lorena was more than happy to do her magic! We agreed on an arrangement price of $50 which included her delivering the balloons the next day (04/26/2020) on the little boys actual birthday. And I let her design the whole thing. Lorena delivered it the next day & he was so happy! Nothing beats good customer service as I am a real stickler about that but Lorena definitely went above & beyond to provided great customer service & in record time! I highly recommend Balloons Elite for those in & around Thornton as well as those who are out of the area or as in myself my case, out of the state (California).

This is the third time I've bought a bunch of balloons here and paid for "hi float" only to have the balloons on the floor the next day. What a disappointment!! When I bought balloons at another Party City and they used hi float, they lasted for weeks, so I know the stuff works. I suspect they are charging customers for this and not actually putting it in. I won't shop at this store any more. Three strikes was too many in this case.

Tons of good tips! The core drill took about 30 min to cut through 9.5" of masonry (cinderblock over brick) and left a super clean hole. I returned it with no problems or additional fees. These guys are great!
