I deal with a lot of vendors and I knew my same-day request (on a Saturday no less) would probably be met with cranky "not possible in the timeline" responses. Instead, I met Jolene on the other end of the phone. What a warm and positive person! She immediately took on my problems with grace and alacrity. She not only solved the heaters and blanket asks but also added so many details that I would never have thought of. Baskets to hold the blankets. Blankets tied with twine. Additional black napkins in case someone was wearing a dark outfit. Found local wines and beers. Just extremely thoughtful in everything she did. My event was not big or expensive. I'm from out of town so I'm probably not a repeat client (wish I could be!). And I had a very last minute weekend request. And Jolene pulled through 110%. I would trust her to plan just about anything. You'll be in the best hands.

We had a backyard wedding so there was a lot of coordinating between vendors and Gabriella made it seamless. She was always willing to answer my hundreds of questions, she put together a wedding inspiration board to help with decor and colors, reach out to vendors for quotes, and so much more. The day of our wedding, Gabriella and Frank made our day absolutely perfect. Both my husband and I were able to relax and not stress about the details the day of because we knew Gabriella and Frank had it covered. They created binders that had all the vendor information, day of timeline, venue layouts, etc. that they gave to us and the other vendors so everyone was on the same page. They set up all our centerpieces and put out all the decor we had gathered for the wedding. I added some pics because they did amazing. I didn't have an exact idea what I wanted so I told Gabriella to use her creative freedom and I loved it. I had also mentioned to her that I forgot to order a sign for our guest book the week before the wedding and she immediately offered to make one for me and bring it the day of. They made sure we had a drink and/or food in hand throughout the whole night and handled any questions from various vendors or guests so we didn't have to. My dream day would not have been what it was without all their help.

Their customer service person called 3 days before the wedding (all payments had been made) to inquire if this event was still taking place. Yes of course it is-you certainly took our money. Total lack of communication between the owners, the customer service person and us the wedding party. Day of the wedding...The bartender showed up 53 minutes late-we were lined up to go down the aisle. The company said they had geo-located her being at the venue. She was not. I texted back & forth with them and although the bartender was not there they continued to say she was. Sent pictures of the empty bar. She was seemingly drunk, totally unorganized when she finally walked in and was already running behind before the guests came into the reception from the wedding. She could not seem to make a drink in a timely fashion to save her life. She asked my son's friends to cover the bar while she went to restroom then we see her outside vaping and eating a sandwich.
