She was professional, brought all her own equipment, and started right away on balloon creations for the kids. The balloons looked great and she took special requests (even trying some characters she said she had never done before). The kids loved them. She did a second big balloon creation for the birthday boy, which he loved. Then later on she switched to face painting. Her skill there was great too. The arm and face painting she did was top notch, and the parents were impressed too. One of the parents even told me that their kids got complements at an event they went to later on in the day. Also, the type of paint she used didn't immediately smudge and come off right away, it lasted a good amount of time. The booking was easy and the price was very reasonable.
