The heater would shut off after a few seconds and they said I would have to manually restart it every few minutes in order for it to run. I asked them to bring a replacement heater and they did but it had the same issues. So myself and a few volunteers took turns standing outside the tent so we could manually restart every few minutes for the entire event. They seemed to be aware of this issue but had not fixed the units or acquired new ones. I would not trust them with future events.
