Been working with them for years now! They always come through. You guys all are amazing. And Scott thank you so much for coming through last minute with the grill! You saved the event good sir! read more

do not use this business. The guy in charge of the tents wasnt doing anything, he was smoking inside his truck. All I wanted was my tents put up in a timely matter. They were just sitting there laughing and not doing there job. If this is the kind of service they are giving, we will NOT be using them again. Called to complain and never received a call back from the owners or managers. Lazy read more

I will say this from the get-go. The products they offer for rent, the price was good and most of the employees that I spoke to there were very professional and nice. Two major fails! One, I requested that the items be delivered inside the house, which they said no problem. The delivery guys, not only did they not deliver them inside the house (left outside) but missed the delivery window by an hour and half (early). Two, when I called to inquire as to why it was not delivered inside the house and they were early, I was met with a very rude and nasty attitude by a woman. When I asked if this is how she treats customers, she told me that she treats customers the way they treat her. I was in no way nasty to her. I just wanted some answers. She became very short and nasty right away. She also said, I'm not the owner so you're complaining to the wrong person. I will never ever do any business with them. Sad, I really like their product offerings and their prices. Was looking forward to doing business with them next year for a big party but, nope. I as a customer should never have to be treated with disrespect. I work in the customer service industry so I understand how to properly treat a customer as well as businesses and their employees. read more

One word to describe working with Butler Rents: easy! Creating an order was easy. Paying for the order was easy. Altering the order was easy. Picking up and dropping off was so easy! On a stressful day, getting my linens was a breeze. Butler Rents was a joy to work with and has great prices. We would highly recommend them! read more

Butler Rents was reasonably priced, flexible, and very communicative in renting tables and chairs for our housewarming party this weekend! We'll be leveraging Butler for future events. Note: one table had a joint where the welding had broken but did not cause wobbliness or difficulty setting up. read more

I was walking by with my 15 y/o daughter and my 3 m/o while Butler Rents was putting up a tent. I've seen their trucks around town but haven't ever really worked with them but after this interaction, I can guarantee they will never be getting my service if I were to ever need it. Its one thing to cat call me, I'm used to it, its another to cat call my 15 year old daughter repeatedly as we walk by. You need to take a good HARD look at your crew. I swung back around and asked one of the younger white men the names of the older two hispanic men that cat called my daughter and I believe it was Havier and Ernest? Something like that but you need to check them out. The young man I spoke to apologized for his fellow crewmen and it seemed to me like this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I don't usually go out of my way to leave reviews for stuff like this but this is UNACCEPTABLE and DISGUSTING. read more

Butler Rents - Party Equipment Rentals Near Me - Denver, Colorado

So what do you do when you want to have a big summer backyard barbecue but don't have enough tables and chairs for all the people you invited or enough grill space to hold all the meat you plan to cook? What you do is you call Butler Rents. For the more than completely reasonable price of $122.12, we rented a 2' x 5' BBQ grill, two nine foot banquet tables, and 20 folding chairs. It turned out that they were out of the cheap metal chairs we ordered so we got a free upgrade to slightly better plastic seats. Mr. P picked everything up on Friday afternoon and we didn't have to return it all until Monday morning (and we were only charged for a one day rental). You will have to pay an extra charge if you don't clean the grill before you return it, which is more than fair. Butler Rents bills itself as "Colorado's complete party rental" and that just about covers it. Planning a casino night? They have all the games. Setting up a disco? They have your dance floor and a bubble machine. Need some carnival food? They have popcorn, cotton candy and Sno-Cone machines. Getting married? They have everything you need to ring your wedding bells. So don't stress about your party needs, Butler Rents has your back. read more

I spent a great deal of time selecting the table cloth colors and calculating the measurements of tables. Make two trips to Butler to make sure it's just right. Presentation is everything! I paid, then she sends me back to the warehouse to pick up my order. They didn't have what I paid for in stock cleaned. The man seemed to think he was doing me a favor giving me longer table cloths. They dragged on the floor and looked ridiculous. I was pissed. If you are forced to rent here, demand a stock check well in advance. Better yet go someplace else. Between the lack of stock and the gossipy clerks, it's a bad scene I can do without. Where are the pros!!!! read more

Do you know what? I have had a 20 year experience with Butler's Rents .This is a family organization, just like mine. This is a family business and the founder set the stage of success. Pride, giving and setting the bar high is the standard here. I want to thank everyone who is apart of this organization. I was lucky enough to have worked as a contractor for the founder. Your word and your hand-shake is the contract and your bond. He kept his, as I did. He paid me and he was happy with the work I did. These are the people you want to do business with. I'm proud to know them. That's my review. Do not trust The Wright Group for any event. I have been burnt by their lack of trust and lazy management. They only care about the bottom line. Try Butlers Rents, I have had a long standing value propositions of trust with Butlers from wedding's to doing work for the founder. These guys match my values of: Don't lie, steal or cheat. Ever, and treat your employees like you treat your customer's and Do on to others, as you have others do unto you. Butlers get's that. The Wright Group Does not. I want to give thanks to the founder of Butler's. My he rest in peace. read more

We've used Butler Rents at two Pool Parties held at the property I work at and they have been awesome both times. The first time they arrived, when scheduled, and set everything up exactly as we requested it. They returned promptly to remove the items we rented so our pool deck could return to normal. The second time we used them, we needed to find a 10 x 20 tent at the very last minute. They worked hard and had somebody out THE SAME DAY to set up the tent., and they didn't even charge us a premium for the last minute notice. IMPRESSIVE! Every delivery man, associate, and other team member I've had the pleasure of dealing with has always been friendly, helpful, and committed to customer service. I highly recommend Butler! read more

I am so grateful for Butler Rents service on my daughter's wedding on August 3, 2019. They never disappoint when it comes to pristine linen and prompt delivery of products. They even allowed me to pick up the wedding napkins for my daughter's wedding early due to the short preparation time we had. I've used Butler Rents for years, but this is my first review written about them. I highly recommend Butler Rents for any of your party needs. Delores, mother of the bride read more

I had Butler Rents for our small wedding and I loved how professional and on time the staff was. The chairs were beautiful and went perfect with my decorations! I would use Butler for any future events - Thank you soo much!! The Shankles:) read more

Very rude customer service. I called to rent some tables but the guy on the phone had an attitude the entire time.I never do reviews but this business definitely doesn't deserve good recognition. They lost my business and I will be letting everyone know that they should not rent from them. I ended up finding another business with great customer support and better prices. Visit partytimerental.com or somewhere else but don't choose Butler. read more

A great event rental company with wonderful customer service! Many other tent rental companies in this area do not have good communication or they aren't accommodating to your specific needs. I called three other tent companies, and they did not have what I was looking for. Not only did the company secure all the necessary permits in a short amount of time, but they were able to set up the tent at the site without drilling the pavement - something other tent companies weren't willing to do. I highly recommend this business and their excellent customer service! read more

Unfortunately, we recently had a terrible experience with Butler Rents, renting 40 Resin folding chairs. We requested they deliver the chairs prior to 12:00 pm due to an investor meeting later that afternoon at our office. At 5:00, the chairs were still not delivered with no ETA as to when they would arrive. I placed four calls throughout the day asking for an update and couldn't seem to get an answer as to when they would arrive. We were told several times they were right down the street, only to continue to wait for several hours with no delivery truck in sight. The chairs were finally delivered after 5:30 pm- 6 hours after the delivery window we were promised and right in the middle of our investor meeting. Frustrating to wait all day without an ETA or update. We won't be using Butler Rents again. read more

I don't use Butler anymore ... and there's only one reason: The "customer service" people are SOOOOO RUDE. I do about 6 events a year where I need to rent big items and I just tired of DREADING that call to them. Without fail, they were all rude - must be that "culture" there. I use Party Time for all of my rentals and they couldn't be nicer or appreciate my business more! read more

Great company to work with! Very accommodating and affordable. We were able to set up a red carpet affair at a Halloween party and was the perfect touch! Thank you Butler Rents!! read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Stephanie from Butler Rents is the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. They just lost a corporate customer due to her attitude. First, the company delivered the tables late, although they promised me beforehand they would be delivered by a certain time. Then, after my event was over, I noticed additional charges on my credit card and called to find out what was going on. The reason ended up being additional tax; however, Stephanie proceeded to rail against me saying that they have the right to make additional charges without notifying me and when I asked why she didn't send me an updated invoice, she said, "well I can send it now!" Good companies take positive feedback and learn from it, this company just gets defensive and hostile. If you want great customer service and equipment, keep looking! read more

Had a need for chairs and tables last minute. Butler got it done!! So affordable too!

Mike the manager is awesome. Very accommodating. Highly recommend, have used for years!

We rented items here for our wedding. We got tablecloths, along with a few random items that we needed for our venue - some cocktail tables and something else I can't remember. I was lucky that family picked up and dropped off the items for me, but they all said it was really easy and everything was ready. I called and reserved the items in advance, and they were very helpful on the phone, answering all of my questions. Their prices are comparable to other rental locations in Denver but they offered a 10% discount for my venue so that helped a lot. Would definitely rent from them again. read more

I am having a wedding reception on September 14th and called several times in the beginning of June and got told several times "the tent coordinator isn't in" and not asked for a single bit of my information to get back to me. I even sent info from their online inquiry section and heard nothing. I finally got ahold of someone close to the end of June who told me I didn't need to place a tent order until the week before my event!! I finally was getting stressed and went into butler- the girl was Extremely rude to me and pretty much laughed at me when I told her I was looking to order a tent a month out saying "nobody there would have told me I needed to order a week in advance" I eventually came to find out my dad was good friends with someone that used to work at Butler - he steered me away and referred me to Colorado Party Rentals! They have been AMAZING and made everything so easy!!! Thank god for Colorado Party Rentals!!!! read more

Went over what I needed over and over again. The customer service representative reads it from a screen that is facing him not me. I ask again we have the bowls for the soup that I'm renting items to serve the soup out of, yes. We have the dessert bowls that I'm renting the dessert spoons for? Again yes. Several times. Yes I should have read it after I was told yes it's all there. Drive to the other side of Denver to prepare for a last minute event (they were accommodating this) and get there with no bowls, no soup ladle, no dessert bowls. Small event for 15 people, had to change the menu hours before serving. No accountability on their part. Like oh yeah well you should have quadruple checked and asked us more than 6 times if you wanted the order right. Smh. Such a disappointment for someone who is in the customer service business. I would have done things differently. They weren't even apologetic in the least. Not a single sorry. Sorry goes a long way. read more

Poor service from truck drivers who delivered. These men were rude, crude, and people that I would not want near or around my party!

I have worked for many years with Butler Rents. This last time was horrible. We rented a canopy to work an outside event. As we where setting up the tent we noticed that many of the bolts that where holding it together where gone. It was lucky we had a supply of zip ties. Then, the side walls for the tent where not the correct ones. It maybe simply renting a canopy to Butler, yet to me it is about the safety for my employees. When I turned in the tent discussed it with Butler and they just basically walked away. Never again will I trust Butler rents. read more

We recently celebrated my mother's 90th birthday with 250 people near a lake. The logistics were challenging but Butler Rents worked hard to make the event a success. Their staff helped us figure out what was needed and proposed elegant solutions for our problems. They put up a huge tent very quickly and delivered everything we needed on time. I use Butler Rents about 3-4 times a year for small to big events and always find this company to be professional and courteous. read more

Slow service, gave me chipped platters and overcharged me $200. When I found the extra charge on my card they weren't very apologetic and kind of shrugged it off like "oh well this stuff happens." Not a good experience and I will never go back. read more
