DO NOT DO BUSINESS, they will lie to your face and proceed to charge you. On a rainy and miserable day their delivery man told me that I needed to cancel and I would get a full refund (regardless of their policy). Nope. Turns out he lied and I paid for a service never rendered. AVOID. read more

I hired them in August for my daughters birthday party and the guy was really nice. He worked out all of the kinks to make sure it inflated properly. He showed how the water worked on the slide. And he explained everything in great detail. The company as a whole was an absolute pleasure to work with. They promptly returned phone calls. They made umpteen changes to the contract without complaining. If you need a bounce house, look no further. This will be my go to place for future events. read more

Do not rent from these people! They will not honor their broken equipment and will insinuate it is the customers fault! My wife came out with scraped elbows and bruised knees! Does not hold water and does not stay inflated! Don't waste your money! Go with a more reputable supplier! Would hate to see what happens with kids! Disgraceful! read more

Stay away! I had just the front part my truck parked in front of their gate, and while putting my baby in the vehicle a guy with glasses and longer hair came up yelling and cussing at me threatening to tow my car or just smash it with one of their trailers when they left. I get that I BARELY blocked the exit and all, but there is no need to act so hostile and unprofessionally towards someone, especially in the presence of a small child. I do apologize for any inconvenience, but please, in the future, there is no need to yell, cuss, and threaten to damage my vehicle to get me to move it. Grow up whoever you are. read more

The Denver location Operational Manager was horrible in her customer service from the time we received the equipment. This particular day it flooded at the park we called several times to the emergency contact given however, they decided to wait until pick up 3 hours later. I am not sure why the CEO would want that type of equipment in the rain. According to the Operational Manager the CEO knew and was okay with this, hard to believe. We were not asking for all of our money back just half. The Operational Manager continued to tell me there is nothing she can do hopefully the owner attentively can see this and fix the issue. read more

Big Air Jumpers is wonderful to work with! We rented a large obstacle course, tables and chairs for a party this weekend. They were so helpful assisting us in picking out the right items for our party and making sure we got the best options for our budget. They are organized and communicate throughout the process. They proactively communicated during the weekend of the event, showed up on time and handle all set up/break down professionally. I've worked with other companies before and will always use Big Air going forward. Best value for the money and just a pleasure to do business with. read more

We have a huge Memorial day party every year. This year however we moved to a new house with a great backyard. So we thought it would be so much fun to get a bounce house for our, and the neighborhood kids. These guys were great! They delivered on Memorial day which was a Saturday. Set it up for us and it was very secured. And they tore it down and picked it up the next day. From the gals in the office to the young men who delivered the house, everything was just wonderful. read more

I am the former owner of a Denver party business. I did parties around Denver for nearly 15 years, and now that I am out of the special events business I throw pretty elaborate parties for my daughter. I pay attention to every detail. I had a Wonderland themed party in May of this year, and working with Big Air Jumpers was a nightmare! I had signage designed and printed for the Red Queens Castle obstacle course. I rented and got a contract with a photo of a Red Castle obstacle course, that is not what showed up to my party. The delivery guy from Big Air Jumpers told me he would go to the warehouse and get the correct bounce house before the party. He called an hour and a half later to tell me traffic was terrible and he would not be able to make it back. At this point I had a party full of guests. I called the company to ask for a refund, or even partial refund the following Monday, with no return call. I called 3 additional times and was told Barb would call back, but she never did. I eventually disputed the charge with American Express, however, Big Air Jumpers lied to AmEx about what they provided, and somehow I ended up paying the entire amount. The customer service was horrible, which I could not believe after letting them know I had referred many people to them prior to this event. I have since rented from the other large bounce house company in Denver, and they have been wonderful. Some people may be ok with not getting what they paid for, but with the level of detail I put into my parties, I am not ok with that. The letter that was sent to AmEx from Big Air Jumpers claimed that because I used the bounce house I owed the full amount. What choice did I have when the guy left the thing in my yard, and never made it back? read more

We have used this company for years, several times a year, but after our last 2 experiences with them we will never be using them again. Awful business practices, rude customer service, and last time we rented the jump house was filled with broken balloons - choke hazards for the toddlers who's birthday party it was for. read more

This review is just for the reservation portion, my event is not until this weekend. I will update after the party. My experience speaking with Whitney to reserve a bounce house for my son's birthday was great. She was knowledgable about their product and very helpful in getting me into the right bounce house. I did have to change the delivery time and spoke to Whitney about that as well. She was very accomodating of the change in our scheduling. Thanks Whitney!! read more

We rented the dalmation big air jumper castle for our 5 yr old grandson's birthday party, which was a firehouse theme. The customer service both during the booking process, the follow up confirmation calls, and the young man who came to install and deinstall the castle was superb! The castle was clean, secure, the delivery was about an hour earlier than originally planned (which was great for us!) and teardown was exactly at the agreed upon time. I would not hesitate to recommend Big Air Jumpers, and would certainly use them again if the need arises! read more

We have an annual party every year in October and for the past 10 years we have used Big Air Jumpers for our party rentals. They have been reliable and on time for every rental. My wife rented a water slide this past year and the kids had a blast. The driver over the years has been very friendly and knowledgeable about the inflatables. They go over a safety briefing and I also get a manual. The manual has been very helpful. The experience has been wonderful. read more

I rented a bounce house from Big Air Jumpers and my kids had a wonderful time. Our family had a wonderful time with your bounce house. The kids loved it. Highly recommended! read more

Good service and good follow up on a complaint. Showed up on time and the jumper was very clean and new. Kids had a great time. Pro tips: Don't buy the blower insurance and tell the company you'll be returning it clean. These upsells are not needed. (Like the CDW at the car rental place). Good company overall. read more

We reserved and paid in full for a bounce house combo for my 8yr old sons birthday. Received confirmation of our rental as well as a voicemail confirmation letting us know the would be there at 8:00 to set up, we noted we needed the set up by 10:00 am (even though the party didn't start until 10:30. At 9:15am I called to check, and they said they would check in with driver, at 9:50am I called again, still no answer on when they will be at our house. At 10:15 I called again, and the response was we still don't know, but we've notified the Officer Manager and the Owner, I asked if they could please call me instead of waiting for me to call and let me know the status. At 10:45 I receive a call that we would be receiving the bouncy house. My 8 year old son is in tears and I have 35 people at my house with no entertainment for the kids. I asked if I could speak with the Operations Manager and or Owner and was told no. I asked if I could schedule a follow up appointment on Monday to meet with someone to discuss how this could be resolved and was told we don't do appointments. WORST service EVER!! I was able to find WONDERFUL company Zxander's Party Rentals, saved the party, bringing a bounce house last minute (by 12:30) so the kids got a little play time. https://www.facebook.com/Xzanders-Party-rentals-857018367661454/ I would not recommend this company to anyone!! Not how my 8 year old expected his party to start, and POOR customer service!! read more
