Of course it is too late for me to find a new bounce house, I have called 5 companies in the area and they are all booked. Additional information: When I originally ordered the bounce house, I put down a $125 deposit. They called me a few days later to say the house that I booked was no longer available. They said they were refunding my deposit - it has been over a week and I have received no refund. Then I booked a similar house - and put down another $50 - no refund for that either. I will give it a few more days but I suspect I will be filing a police report.

We are a cultural organization and they never told us that we would need to provide them with a Spanish speaking person to give directions to their employees. I spent 20 - 30 minutes trying to explain where to put things and they just put things wherever they wanted. When you're planning festival, you have a production schedule and time is tight. After spending all of that time with them, they called their office and got an interpreter. I told her I didn't have time to go over all of this again and that it wasn't fair for them to assume a Korean organization would have someone who speaks Spanish. I told her I thought she should have told me sooner and I would have gotten an interpreter - but to expect me to spend a full hour on this was not reasonable. The woman (edited - it's Wendy - she is mentioned in all of their bad reviews. the one good review they have is a fake one from her) got really offended - like I was being racist towards Hispanics- I actually think the expectation that Koreans need to learn Spanish is so out of line and it was racist of her to be offended that Koreans don't speak Spanish. Why doesn't she have empathy for people? She threatened to pack up the equipment and leave. It was such an unprofessional thing to do. We were nothing but kind and accomodating to last minute scheduling changes to them before and her reaction was such an overreaction and very immature. It was so unprofessional. This is a business. You cannot expect your customers to speak Spanish. If that's what you needed, you should have told me. Not freak out on me that I'm not willing to spend an hour with you. Why would you want the set up to take that long? It doesn't make any sense and I think your organization is really out of line.
