I was really excited to see their options for infants/toddlers and thought it'd be perfect for my 2-year-old's birthday party. It was seemingly easy to book online, and I was also able to snag some tables and chairs to add to our rental package. I called the week of the party to confirm everything. It was pretty hard to get through and unfortunately, I got a phone call the next day saying that they overbooked and that we didn't actually have the inflatable reserved. Thankfully, I was able to find another one, but overall, I wish they would've figured this out sooner, as to not add more stress to party planning. It would have also been considerate to recommend alternative companies, rather than say that there was nothing they could do about it. Overall, I'm not saying don't book from this place necessarily, but be sure to follow up with them to ensure you actually have the reservation if you book online.

Christina was the first person I spoke with and after hearing what kind of event we were hosting, she made recommendations on equipment and our property. Her instructions and information were very clear and she remained friendly and professional throughout the entire conversation. Our event was unfortunately scheduled when Colorado rain storms were beginning to threaten the skies. Blaster Bouncer called to let us know of the concern for high winds not for their equipment (it could handle it!) but for the sake of the children who would be playing and our church liability. They gave us advance notice and left the choice up to us. When we heeded their advice and decided to cancel, the process was smooth and everyone was very understanding.
