I had put in a reservation for 20 folding chairs for a party I was having on a Sunday but they are closed on weekends and failed to let me know that. I had emailed and reached out via phone call and left a voicemail but no one ever got back to me. As someone in the food service business, I have used Party Time several times. My wedding is in October, so we decided to use them and picked out China and all the stuff we needed online. Unfortunately, THEY ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS IN OCTOBER. This is a party rental store. Closed on weekends. When do they think parties take place? I will avoid this business just for being completely inept. What a bunch of useless fools. I'm stunned. Literally stunned. Avoid this business at all costs. The times I used them in the past they were very rude and late for drop offs and deliveries. I just used them out of habit. Losers. read more

I wish I could choose 0 stars. I originally put an inquiry in and got a quick response from Matt. They had competitive pricing but you get what you pay for. I made some big changes and submitted a whole new inquiry which got to Aura. She would only email me about once per day which made it extremely difficult. Then I called to see if I could get the final quote since she still hadn't sent it and time was running short. The guy I spoke too didn't seem to care that I was upset that I couldn't just get a final quote sent to me and my questions answered in a decent amount of time. That gentleman confirmed the information with me and said that everything had been reserved by Aura. They would not deliver my items within the two hour window I gave them without doubling the delivery fee. They also would not pick them up after the event so we were going to have to rent a uhaul and return them ourselves. Then 6 days before my wedding... yes SIX. Aura emailed me and said that she didn't realize my event was on a Sunday and that they are closed on Sunday. So three different people looked at my information and couldn't check what day that was until last minute. We found another company that couldn't deliver because we were only 6 days out and they were already booked up but we could pick up from. We also saved $300 switching to Colorado party rentals! They saved my event from being a BYOC wedding. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Save yourself from the headaches. read more

I recently found myself in need of a cotton candy machine without any idea where I could find such a thing. After brief Internetting I found Party Time Rentals and placed a quick call that was so easy I'm considering renting more equipment just because. Basically I gave them a call, confirmed they had a machine available the day I needed it, and gave them my name and number to hold it. That was it. Then the day of pick-up I showed up, they gave me the machine and instructions, charged me a very reasonable price for rental, loaded my car, and sent me on my merry way within about 15 minutes. The drop off was just as easy and I didn't even have to clean the machine, as that was included in the rental. If you find yourself in need of concession equipment, linens, tables, chairs, dishware, tents, or any other party thing I would recommend giving these folks a call to see what their pricing is like. The ease of getting the equipment I needed was fantastic and I'd definitely use them again. read more

I was very happy with the customer service and the speed in which we were able to secure the rentals we needed for our event. However, the quality of the rentals we received were terrible. Several chairs were missing the rubber pads on the bottoms and wound up scratching our floor. Others had holes drilled into them and some were warped and rocked around when you sat in them. The stage skirts we received were mismatched and so were the backdrops for the pipe draping. The tables were held together with metal plates and were unstable. The surfacing on the tables showed their use and age. Thankfully we had also ordered the tablecloths to hide the state of the table surfaces. I expected a far higher quality of equipment for the price I paid. I was great disappointed. read more

I walked in the day before a last minute event that my daughter planned and Party City set me up with everything I needed. Not only that, but we had a miscommunication on our end with who was to return the items and after realizing they hadn't been returned and we were very late in getting them back, Party Time pardoned the issue on our end and didn't charge us any late fees. I've used them in the past a couple of times and would definitely use them for any event rentals I might need in the future. They're a top-notch operation. read more

We utilized Party Time Rental for an event we were hosting. The crew were very quick on the setup and were kind enough to set up the tables and chairs for us - THANK YOU! I had some certains from a safety aspect just due to lack of PPE when utilizing a jackhammer to drill into our asphalt to put down stakes. I also requested that we had a crew come back out after our event (midafternoon) to take down everything so that our employees could park in our parking lot the next day. The message was communicated to the Operations Manager who was present at the set up. However, I just found out (now an hour after our event is over that the receptionist that answered the phone didn't know anything about it. I wish we were informed that it would not be happening as we had not made other arrangements for parking. If you rent from them, make sure you call and speak to the right people and then follow up. read more

I called on short notice to rent chairs for Thanksgiving Day and was able to stop by and pick up what I needed with no hassle. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. My only critique was that the chairs were a little beat up in appearance but they worked fine in a pinch. I'd rent from them again for sure. read more

At first they were very accommodating. Then there was an issue with two things: delivery of chairs and tables was supposed to be by 5pm Friday. They rolled in at 7pm. Big hassle for us. Then they delivered the wrong size stage. So we couldn't use it. I called first thing Monday morning and they said I should have called on Saturday. What??? Our event--a memorial-- was all day Saturday--I was a bit preoccupied. I basically pleaded with them for a credit and they wouldn't give it to me. Not going back there again. read more

After calling another well-known tent rental company THREE TIMES for a tent for my extra-large garage sale, and never getting a call back, I did a google search and found Party Time Rental. Sean was very helpful and sent me a quote by email right away. While reviewing it later that evening I had a question (at around 11 p.m.!), and he responded right away! NOW THAT'S SERVICE! The crew came and set up the tent over my entire driveway, and then on Monday came and picked it up while I was at a meeting. My bad: I'd left the extension cord plugged in to my garage and the door was down. I realized it when I got back from the meeting and there was the end of it sticking out of my garage! I quickly called and arranged to take it to their offices the next day, even though they offered to come by and pick it up. Their offices are huge with great displays for party ideas. Even though I wasn't doing a party, if I ever were to hold one here in the Denver area, I'd go back to Party Time! I used Party Time Rental for my wedding this summer after a suggestion from a friend and I could not have been happier with them. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and easy to work with. They have a big selection of linens, chairs, and tables, I was able to find everything I needed and their prices seemed very reasonable compared to other quotes I recieved. I was a little worried about all of my vendors showing up on time in order to get everything ready but Party Time arrived to set up right when they said they would. The tent they provided looked great and I received so many compliments. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event. read more
