I have worked with many popular event rental companies in Denver and none of them come close in helping me, as the customer, bring my event ideas to life. They will work with you to go through options of rentals they have and give you ideas all while taking your event budget into consideration. They are not trying to "up-sell" you the entire meeting like many companies do. Our event was beautiful and we got compliments all night and in our survey results about the event setup, tents and lighting. Mike helped us arrange and set-up everything and beat the price we had been paying for a less than stellar set-up.

I was right to do so because shortly after set up, the jumper collapsed when my toddler got in. I got upset and told them to do it correctly and the younger individual got hostile and rude stating "no fiesta" implying that our event was cancelled. Well, I matched the energy by cancelling them and getting a jumper from my tent vendor at a much cheaper price, with a lower price. I really don't have an issue with the quality of their product and their prices are good, but they…read morewere really unfair to us. We are a cultural organization and they never told us that we would need to provide them with a Spanish speaking person to give directions to their employees. I spent 20 - 30 minutes trying to explain where to put things and they just put things wherever they wanted. When you're planning festival, you have a production schedule and time is tight. After spending all of that time with them, they called their office and got an interpreter. I told her I didn't have time to go over all of this again and that it wasn't fair for them to assume a Korean organization would have someone who speaks Spanish. I told her I thought she should have told me sooner and I would have gotten an interpreter - but to expect me to spend a full hour on this was not reasonable. The woman (edited - it's Wendy - she is mentioned in all of their bad reviews. the one good review they have is a fake one from her) got really offended - like I was being racist towards Hispanics- I actually think the expectation that Koreans need to learn Spanish is so out of line and it was racist of her to be offended that Koreans don't speak Spanish. Why doesn't she have empathy for people? She threatened to pack up the equipment and leave. It was such an unprofessional thing to do. We were nothing but kind and accomodating to last minute scheduling changes to them before and her reaction was such an overreaction and very immature. It was so unprofessional. This is a business. You cannot expect your customers to speak Spanish. If that's what you needed, you should have told me. Not freak out on me that I'm not willing to spend an hour with you. Why would you want the set up to take that long? It doesn't make any sense and I think your organization is really out of line.
