NO MISTAKE - NO CONFUSION - THEY ARE THE WORST. INVOICE PHOTOS AS PROOF **Premire Party Rentals in Denver 303-219-1970 https://www.premierdenvereventrentals.com/ Paid for use of two margarita machines for a corporate event. Set up/delivery team was rude, aggressive and argumentative with our employees during set up while we were trying to determine the electrical amp needed if we were to set up under our tent. We paid approximately $600 for two machines, drink mixes and set up fees. We were contracted to have machines a full 24 hours. An employee of ours (not authorized) said event would be done at 3:30. Premire showed up a 2:30, to pick up equipment the SAME DAY. Instead of looking at the contract OR reaching out for confirmation to the main contact that rented the equipment to verify pick up time, they just did as they pleased. When they showed up, we ended up having to dump out all mixed beverages from two machines - that's FOUR containers, that included tequila and rum. Very expensive loss and loss of use of equipment for our guests. Sounds odd, but out of spite...I think they showed up SAME DAY EARLY and took machines. We then emailed them asking for a refund of the difference on the rental costs because they showed up before our contracted rental time was up and we also informed them about the rude and odd behavior of the delivery team, they did call us. But, it was the same person who delivered the equipment! (It's a sole proprietor, run out of a house in Aurora, Google it for yourself.) They were unbelievably belligerent, aggressive, used obscene language and again rude. Couldn't even communicate with the man. Wouldn't even let me speak. The man went full on psycho on the phone. Do NOT use this company. I've been using vendors for corporate events for 35 years and have NEVER encountered a business or situation as odd or as bad as this. I am shocked at all the great reviews. It's a one man show with psycho customer service, completely unprofessional, immature, psycho, rip off and bad business tactics. ***Repying to Premire: If we have confused your company with another, then why would you reply and comment that you delivered/picked up the equipment on time per a staff/employee? For the last few years I've always used another rental company for my party needs however, when the website wasn't working and the person I called put me on hold for too long I knew it was time to find another place. To YELP I go... Premier turned out to be 10 mins from my house, convenient. They were extremely professional but also willing to go above and beyond. They called me the night before and asked if I would like free delivery...twist my arm! My Saturday was jammed packed with prepping for the party and my other child's soccer game so that free delivery, time saver! We reserved the giant Jenga and what a crowd pleaser for 6-8 year olds. Ok ok maybe for the adults too ‍. Naturally the day I was scheduled to bring our game back at 1pm I forgot because..Mom brain! Even had it in the car and was driving home around 2:30 feeling I had forgotten something. 1 professional call later (thanks for that) I had the rental back and they didn't charge me a late fee which I probably deserved. The guy yelled at us in front of everyone at the golf course: We ordered a margarita machine for a golf Tournament. They did not deliver early so we picked it up and scheduled it to be picked up at 4:30. The ma CO own itself took a little over 3 hours to freeze because it kept going on and off and would not spin. The tournament got done around 3 and we packed everything up and went to go drop of everything at chatfield res down the street where we would be camping in our RV for the weekend. Realizing we needed to drop off the marg machine for pickup we called and said we were on our way and will be right there, but a bit late and that we were sorry. Got there (we were with kids too) and the guy we rented from was irate that the golf course told him everyone was down golfing at 2 (he obviously does not understand because you have to breakdown and do prizes/etc). He said it was a Saturday and he has things he would rather be doing. Continued to the truck to yank out the mark machine, with the kids right next to it, and was cussing and making a scene in front of the golf course. Overall, not impressed one bit. And picking up at his house with three giant dogs and a tiny events sign was not encouraging either or comfortable. read more

My company held a two-day training and we were in need of 6 projectors for our breakout sessions. Because the training started so early in the morning I decided to pick up and drop off the projectors. The booking process was great and I really appreciate that they allowed me to pick up items the evening before without an extra charge. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with 3 out of the six projectors rented.I did not discover there was an issue with equipment until the morning of my training an hour before sessions started during setup. Luckily I carry a lower quality projector as a backup and the venue helped us find two projectors to use. In the end, after taking video of the issues experienced I was given a refund for the broken projectors with no issue. I would probably use this business again as they offer other items for special events. However, I would not use them for self-setup or AV equiptment. read more

I rented a frozen drink machine and chocolate fountain for a graduation party last week. From the initial search and booking online, to the delivery and setup, to the pickup, everything went very smoothly. Equipment was as advertised and the bill was exactly what I agreed to. I arranged for a delivery on Saturday, before the party. I received a call several days before from Kevin asking if they could actually drop the equipment off a day early on Friday for no extra fee! The crew from Premier Denver Event Rentals were prompt, courteous and explained everything. Then I did what anyone would do who had a frozen drink machine in their garage, I mixed up a batch and enjoyed a few frozen margaritas myself before the party even started! The drink machine and chocolate fountain worked exactly as described. They were both clearly professional grade products and in almost brand new condition. These amenities were the talk of the party and definitely made this graduation one to remember.... The best part, however, is that I didn't have to clean the items. I just rinsed off the fountain, drained the drink machine, and Premier did all the rest! They even included trash bags to bag the dirty chocolate fountain and measuring cups and drink coolers to keep the slushy machine running at full capacity. They clearly have this rental thing down to a science. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for party equipment rentals. The only negative thing I can say, is that because of Premier Denver Event Rentals, now I find myself searching $2500 frozen drink machines on Amazon and dreaming about the bar I will build in the basement some day. The stage I rented was larger and less expensive than a previous business offered, and thus my budget allowed for renting a few other items that made our event more special. The stage was delivered just past the three-hour window but the two gentlemen were fast and efficient. had I reserved table linens a few weeks earlier, I would've had more color choices but the staff helped me we find colors that worked well. We truly appreciate the nonprofit pricing and renting by the event and not by the day. One tip: try to avoid picking me up on Fridays. It's a crazy parking situation! We rented a karaoke setup for our massive backyard party. On the positive side, they delivered and picked up exactly at the times they said they would, and the guy who did the setup was very helpful. As to the negative, the equipment just did not work that well. We paid extra for a TV, which would blank out after each song and had to be reset all the time. The karaoke software would freeze constantly, especially if someone was trying to add a song while another person was singing. Pretty frustrating if you're trying to get in as much singing as possible! The price was right, but just remember, you get what you pay for!! Next time, I'll use someone else. read more

I was very impressed with this company. I reserved a karaoke machine, and was able to easily set up the reservation online and pay. They sent a reminder email to pick it up at the designated time. The guy showed me how to set everything up and said he was available by phone 24/7 if I had any issues. He also let me know the light I rented was for bigger parties, it probably wouldn't work for my house, and offered a better choice which worked perfectly. This place let us down big time and offered to do nothing to help the day of the event. We ordered a marg and snow cone machine. They took our address, credit card info, gave us all the info we needed to be ready and confirmed our order. We called the day of the event to find out where they were and they blamed us that they forgot to send a confirmation email. They have no idea where they put our credit card info and told us they have no order. Instead of working on a solution to help us out 3 hours before the event, all they wanted to go was blame us for not calling back after not getting an email that we had no idea would be sent. I suggest you look elsewhere as this is our yearly event and in 17 years of doing this, this is the first year any company has ever let us down. Plus, they are just not good business people to work with since they would rather argue then try to find a solution to help us out. read more

I'm so glad we found them! We rented the double frozen drink machine for my son's grad party and it was a hit! We had strawberry smoothie in one side and vanilla milkshake in the other. They were both delicious and really made for a fun party. Premier Denver Event Rentals made it so easy-I ordered online, received fast confirmation and instructions, paid online, and got a simple follow up email a few days before delivery. They were on time, quickly set up the machine and showed me how to use it, and even pre-mixed the next batch of smoothies for me (knowing I had a large party). When it was time to make more, we simply poured it in. The machine was clean and in very good working order, and they even left the push cart in case I wanted to use that for my party. I attempted to rent a projector screen from them, their site claimed that the screen was 8 feet by 8 feet (119 inches Diagnal[sic]) When I emailed asking about it I was asked to fill out their "book now" form which all could have simply been sent in the same email. They sent me a contract and an email stating the screen was 8 feet diagonal and asking me to read and sign their contract. When I found their price, even with a student discount, to cost a bit more than to buy a similar screen, including a late night pickup charge in the contract they gave me. When I informed them that the cost of renting their product was greater than purchasing a screen, partly because I would need this screen on a semi regular basis, they responded saying, "If your that cheap, just buy a white blanket and tape it to the wall." Update: Also after seeing my review Premier Denver Event Rentals called me with a blocked number while I was at work and threatened to sue me if my review was not taken down; again showing their incredibility poor customer service and rudeness. At this point I will not be considering renting any of their products and would never advise that anyone does even if they were to become less expensive. read more

We hired Premier Denver Event Rentals for their DJ and photo booth services for our wedding this past August. The photo booth was excellent, the equipment and set up for the DJ booth was also great and the DJ played exactly what we requested. I am only giving them 4 stars because the DJ was not personable at all. The way the DJ said my name was unrecognizable even though he had been previously coached when announcing our names for the entrance to the reception or for our first dance. When I went to correct him it was like talking to a wall. The equipment may have been great but the people skills of the DJ needed major work. read more
