I had called this company and explained explicitly what I was looking for as I told them I was 40 minutes each way. I was looking for some super hero stretch pants. The employee kept saying leggings? I said no they are different. She went and looked and said that they did indeed have stretch pants as well as leggings. So I made the 40 minute trek there only to find that indeed they did not have what I was looking for though she said they did. They apologized profusely but apologies don't pay for gas and time wasted. Other than that the employees were polite and the store looks like it has plentiful of other items. Last party store standing! Wait, there's one in Parker too, but they don't carry what I need. Since Party City went online only, it's a scramble to find things like banners and other fun party stuff. They have a pretty good selection: the usual balloons, paper plates etc., and also costumes and a room just for different party themes. Had to drive all the way to Westminster. read more

We rented folding chairs for extra seating over Thanksgiving. Fun Services was great! Process was simple, pick-up even more simple (they promptly loaded the chairs into our vehicle) and everyone was very friendly. Cost was great, 6 chairs $11 and some change. Picked up Wednesday & returned on Friday. I will come here again especially in the summer for our backyard BBQs. Highly recommend! read more

I am so amazed at this company. I used them once but they had an item I needed when I found out about a school play the day before. They had one left and held it for me till I got there. But the best experience was just recently when my youngest sons school did a gift shop. My son happened to had missed shopping due to having a brain mri that night. We didn't know that and I purchased a gift voucher. The schools Pto contacted fun services and explained the situation and they opened up the holiday shop just for my son and then delivered the gifts the very next day to his school. My son had been so excited to shop for his family. He's four and special needs so had he not been able to it would've crushed him. I am so thankful fun services did this for him. They made my sons day. Thank you fun services for doing that for him. You have no idea how much that meant to him. read more

Decent prices, helpful staff, great selection. You can try on costumes, you can find almost any costume that you could think of! I have been in here a few times for different things. I have come for costumes and each time I have found a better selection than you would find at a department store, and a bit higher quality (and price). I have bought a couple of little kid costumes here and they were good, they lasted through our parties and trick-or-treating. I think their return policy is a too severe especially now during coronavirus when we are trying to stay home. I went to return a couple of baby shower items in perfect condition that cost $8 that we could not use and in turn buy some upcoming birthday items. I did this so they would maybe be a little lenient on their 30 day return policy and I wanted to support them since they are a mom and pop shop. It had been 36 days since I bought the items, but they said NO. They would not let me return the baby shower items even though I went to counter buying new things that cost $22. My daughter who was with me was furious so this does only make me not want to shop there again, she'll tell her friends about this experience too. This will not help their Halloween business. read more

Was trying to figure out how to get balloons for my grandson's drive-by birthday party (COVID-19) and heard about Fun Services on Nextdoor. I called and was very pleased with the help in picking out and the offer to deliver. Turns out the balloons were the highlight for the 2 year old, and he carried them everywhere he went, all day, very pleased with them. Horrible party supplies, they carry very generic invitations in a small variety. Very few decorations and themes are almost nonexistent. Target had a better selection! Don't waste your time, gas or money. read more

It's two weekends before Halloween and this place was HOPPING on a Saturday at 11am! Nonetheless, they know what's up. They were staffed to the hilt, and at least 4 people asked us if we needed help as we made our way back to the make-up counter. I appreciate this so much! (compared to going to a seasonal halloween store with a bunch of temp hired help) When we got to the make-up counter, two people were there available to help us. One person, dressed like a green female frankenstein's monster, was so incredibly helpful, describing to us what we needed to get for our desired face make-up effect. She did not needlessly upsell us and even provided us a "cheat sheet" to take home which described how to apply the makeup (it was complicated and she didn't want us to forget at home.) Prices were reasonable and we even had a $5 off $25 coupon from one of the local ad magazines that come to our house. I'll be back! read more

Hi. I feel bad. I have been calling this place Party City to my friends, but as I look at the address it is apparently Fun Services. Anyway, the customer service was outstanding on my visit in October 2018. The costume selection was fantastic, and it was clean and organized. A staff member went out of her way to help me find the right kind of glasses for my costume, and the cashier was helpful in explaining the makeup selection and how to apply it. read more

I am typically not a person to write a review, however, the company I work for had a company picnic and I have to say no one ever wants to attend company picnics, right?! Well, this was above and beyond any expectations I had. Fun Services provided jumping castles and slides for our children to play in & be entertained- It was extremely kid friendly. All their employees interacted with the kids and were very professional. They also had delicious food (their beef brisket to die for!), they had such a variety for every kind of eater. Fun Services is locally owned and it provides excellent customer service, above and beyond every other party store in the area. It makes me sad that people seem to post one-star reviews over petty things. For example, there actually is wrapping paper there... an entire section of the store is dedicated to wrapping paper and gift bags and tissue. As for the problem with returns, there are signs at the register and the associates always verbally inform us that costumes and accessories aren't returnable. They even stamp the receipt so you know. That's three ways to inform you that that stuff isn't returnable, so it shouldn't come as a shock. Most other costume retailers don't allow returns on costumes either. read more

Sad but true - Fun Services lost a large corporate account this week. After using them for years, I needed to complete a personal return (not related to my corporate account). I purchased several Harry Potter accessories for my kiddos, ea. around $10. Unfortunately my 4yr old decided not to participate in the school's Harry Potter festival - so I tried to return a hat and a tie for $10 each. Both were in original wrapping with tags attached. I was told it was policy they wouldn't accept the return and refund me because they were Halloween items. Mind you, I purchased the item on 9/22 and tried to return them 9/24. Very disappointed in the customer service especially after giving them 10s of thousands of corporate business each year. :o( read more

Fun Services hosted a casino party for my company. The party far exceeded all expectations. There were so many different games and the dealers are so helpful, patient, and kind. All of the staff was overly accommodating and the casino was so realistic we all forgot we weren't playing with real money :) My company will be using them again in the future for all of our cooperate events! read more
