Christina was the first person I spoke with and after hearing what kind of event we were hosting, she made recommendations on equipment and our property. Her instructions and information were very clear and she remained friendly and professional throughout the entire conversation. Our event was unfortunately scheduled when Colorado rain storms were beginning to threaten the skies. Blaster Bouncer called to let us know of the concern for high winds not for their equipment (it could handle it!) but for the sake of the children who would be playing and our church liability. They gave us advance notice and left the choice up to us. When we heeded their advice and decided to cancel, the process was smooth and everyone was very understanding. The slide Combo we got was great, they worked with us on placement. I wish they would have left extra sand bags as the top wasn't weighed down quite enough. I recently booked for April 27th 2024 and unfortunately had to cancel because we are too nervous about the new puppy we got and their beautiful equipment. Their equipment is top notch and literally looks new even though it's obviously used. Their equipment literally looks brand new and is always spotless when we get it. Everyone at our kid's birthday party fit in the house at one time. His day school teacher joined in the bouncing and all the kids had a great time. I also have to say that when I called, the lady I spoke with was very well versed in all the technical needs. She requested we pick up the area where the house would be in case of any dog 'presents.' She also advised us of all the contingent costs for any damage. The time slots were very flexible. For one price we could have kept the house overnight and had them pick it up Sunday. We ordered a huge water slide for my kids' birthday party on June 28th. We had been planning a birthday part at the new Gaylord Hotel out by the airport. It didn't work out since they just opened from COVID. We ordered the slide at the last minute and they had very limited availability for any water slides. We managed to secure one and it turned out fantastic! From beginning to end the process was smooth and without any hiccups. You need to make sure you have room for these monster slides, but the kids/adults had a BLAST! It was better than going to the hotel! The only thing that happened was that the slide was set up by a one-man team, Nate. He was superman! He worked his ass off getting the slide into our yard for set-up and take-down. He was prompt for both. Blaster Bouncer needs to provide him help or anyone working alone. Too much for one person. There were no issues - we just felt bad he was working alone.
