As others have mentioned, the adoption fee is significantly more than most rescues. Yet they are…read morenot thorough on the descriptions of the pups and their medical history. We adopted a dog that very clearly has retained deciduous canines which a vet has told me should have been extracted pre-adoption and at the least been noted in his medical history. As a result we will be spending $1000-2000 in dental surgery just mere weeks after adoption. While we have fallen in love with the pup and decided to keep him, we truthfully would not have adopted him if we knew the vet and rescue left him requiring 1000s in dental exam and surgery. It is the rescues obligation to be thorough and upfront about the animal's medical history. The partner vet refused to speak to me about our dog's chart. We requested a refund of the adoption fee to help offset surgery costs and they refused. What's the point in paying $600-700 in adoption fee if they are not going to treat the dog properly?! They seem only interested in making money hence the high fee and poor communication. If they actually cared they would refund us as this is a huge mistake on their part. As others have also said they are not upfront about behavioral issues either it seems yet they are so intrusive in the adoption application. I strongly recommend rescuing at a more credible rescue that has better communication and actual interest in the dogs' future and health... really disappointed. On another note, the foster was met was very kind and seemed to care about the dog we adopted.

The farm table we rented was delivered to our garage the day before Thanksgiving, and when we went to set it up, it was immediately clear that one side of the legs was broken. The table would not safely stand upright. The underside showed obvious damage: splitting wood and a metal bracket shifted out of position, preventing the legs from locking securely. We attempted to call the company as soon as we discovered the issue, but they had closed early due to the holiday. When the table was picked up on the next business day, I informed the delivery crew of the damage. I also contacted the company directly, explaining that the table had arrived broken and was completely unusable for our event. We took and submitted clear photos showing the condition of the table. The response we received was both dismissive and unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, the representative told us: "As for the table I will call the owner about it as she looked at it along with the delivery crew and warehouse crew. From what everyone is saying so far the table did not go out like that and at this point I cannot refund the table." That message was sent on Monday. It is now Friday, and we have received no further communication, no follow-up, and no resolution of any kind. In short, the company delivered a damaged table, failed to provide timely customer service, refused to take responsibility despite photographic evidence, and then stopped communicating altogether. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, and we will not be using this company again. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere for reliable rentals and professional service.

Her instructions and information were very clear and she remained friendly and professional throughout the entire conversation. Our event was unfortunately scheduled when Colorado rain storms were beginning to threaten the skies. Blaster Bouncer called to let us know of the concern for high winds not for their equipment (it could handle it!) but for the sake of the children who would be playing and our church liability. They gave us advance notice and left the choice up to us. When we heeded their advice and decided to cancel, the process was smooth and everyone was very understanding. We look forward to using them in the future when the weather cooperates!

I tried being nice and suggested that I could pay $20 extra for their trouble since they said they live 30 min away, then they asked for $70. They did come through for my party, but they need to work on their communication skills with their clients.

However, the staff member immediately began upselling our 3-year-old by asking her about scents, sounds, hearts, and other add-ons without checking with us first. I agreed to a couple of the $7.50 upgrades, but when I declined an additional scent, the staff turned to my daughter and said, "Sorry, Mom said you can't have that." It felt unnecessarily awkward and inconsiderate, especially toward a small child. Several staff members also seemed impatient and not particularly good with kids. Overall, the experience was disappointing--especially after spending over $70 on a single stuffed animal.
