Visited with a group for a birthday party, dispite all the advertising for the Wed special for buy on get one half off the manager claimed they weren't doing it. One of the members of our group stood in line with us the entire time and just before she got to the front of the line she stepped out of line to place her stuff on a table (leaving her daughter in line) when she came back to pay for her daughter the power hungry manager said she needed to go back to the end of the line two of us stepped forward to explain that she had been in line with us the entire time and he then said he didn't care and if she didn't leave he would call the cops. He then did call the cops , she left on her own prior to them coming. read more

A staple for our family, my kids have an absolute blast here. It's large, has a lot of attractions, and is very reasonably priced. It has a small kids play area, but really hits the mark for school age kids. Some of the reviews are pretty unfair. You can't go expecting a trampoline park to look and feel like a pristine, sterile hospital. Workers are young, but helpful when needed. Unfortunately most of the equipment for little kids is closed off and we brought little kids. There is no warning, you pay first and then find out that the majority of equipment is not functioning. One employee followed my family around to make sure we were following the rules which was super uncomfortable. When we spoke to the manager about some concerns (a door being wide open in a kids area to a storage area full of dangerous chemicals and a zip line that plunges you painfully to the ground if you weigh more than 40 pounds without any signage) the manager had nothing to say. We had my son's birthday party here a few years ago and was very pleased with the experience, (very attentive host, very welcoming, made my son feel important). We had my daughter's birthday party there this weekend. The experience was VERY different from last time. Our hostess was extremely inattentive, and never wished my daughter a happy birthday. We had to ask to have waters brought to the kids, and she didn't even seem know we had pizza and soda included with our party. We had to ask when our pizza would arrive about an hour in. When our pizza did "arrive", it was luke warm at best, and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. We also had to remind our hostess to bring out the sodas for the party, and only 1 of the 2-liters was cold. Our hostess didn't come to check on our party until the very end, and we saw her standing at the check-in desk talking to co-works when no patrons were around. The floor under our table was very dirty with old cups, and bits of food. There were also 2 dirty tables next to ours that didn't get cleared until our party was almost over. (They were dirty when we got there) My kids enjoy the experience of the trampoline parks, but I would not recommend it for a party. Very disappointed. read more

This place is filthy. We have been here 3 times over the last two years and after every single visit my daughter has developed either whooping cough or a severe cold. The teenagers working here can barely handle checking folks in, so they definitely aren't keeping up on the cleaning. the employees love to target teenagers as the bad guys, was there with friends having fun when we went into the dodgeball place, two kids like 11-12 starting taunting us. Obviously that drove us to throw dodgeballs at them (in the dodgeball place where you're supposed to throw dodgeballs) the kids ran away calling us names and reported us to the front desk. Employees came to talk to us where we told them the story but the two kids could do no wrong because they're "regulars" while being talked too the kids were taunting us the whole time. We were told to separate and while walking away an employee said " you guys think you're so tough" my friend replied that in an equally aggressive way and we were kicked out. I was sitting at the chairs by the dodge ball area and noticed a parent who was being extremely rude to the kids in dodge ball. She had blond hair almost dirty blonde and she had a black haired kid playing in dodge ball. I was watching for about 30 minutes while my two kids were playing around the establishment. The parent had walked into the dodge ball area started to aggressively chuck dodge balls at the kids on the other side. I was so confused about why this was happening as none of the kids playing were doing anything bad. They were just playing the game. I kept watching and she then started YELLING at the kids. She quickly grabbed a dodge ball and yelled "stop bullying my daughter" and threw the dodge ball very hard at one of the kids. I was shocked to hear this as I have said before there were no kids who were bullying or doing anything wrong, they were just having fun and playing with the other kids. I was even more shocked to see that it was in fact a WORKER who did all of this. It was so crazy to see her scream at kids then 5 minutes later pretend it didn't happen. Right before she stormed off she yelled something about a manager and took her kid over to the register with her. After about 5 minutes there was what I assumed was the manager watching all of the kids play. So not only was a worker yelling at kids and ruining there time she also got her manager friend to watch to make sure they weren't being mean. When they weren't... I bet they were friends as she was given no kind of punishment for what she had just done. Honestly I am so upset with how the kids were being treated as I have taken my kids there a lot. I hope that this was the first time it happened as what if she was yelling at other kids when their parents weren't in ear shot. I can't imagine the things she might have done to kids with their parents not around. She was so mean to the LITTLE kids I will never be bringing mine back to this establishment. I am so disappointed that this happened because I have been taking my kids here for so long and we have had a few birthday parties as well. Now I want nothing to do with Fly High and I can't believe that this had happened today. I would hope you keep your kids close if you take them here as you don't know what the worker will do. I wish she would be fired as she not only treats kids horrible but she also has zero customer service skills. It's kind of ghetto. Not easy for parents to follow kids around if you have a disability. I will say though that the staff is amazing. My kids had a blast here. It's not fancy and it's located in a strange industrial part of town. Their trampolines are awesome and we had fun for hours! They provide lockers so you can store your things ( you give up your ID for a lock and key) and there are plenty of show cubbies. For the most part it was clean. There were some dusty spots here and there but no big deal. There's a counter where you can buy drinks and snacks too, so that was nice because like I said we were there for hours! Took my 5 year old grandson. Paid for two hours. He had a ball! First he was all over the area designed for younger children, climbing and sliding up and down all over the maze like structure. Then he went to the trampoline areas, bouncing and running all over the large areas. He did not stop moving for over 2 hours. He loved it! We visited on a Saturday afternoon and, while there were a lot of people there, I would not have called it crowded. A majority of the people there were pre teen or younger teenagers. There were maybe a dozen kids under 10? My daughter enjoyed the foam cube pit the most, as it was the most unique thing when compared to the other bounce houses. They are the mess that others mentioned, but was not an issue for us that day. Just something to keep in mind if you expect a kid to be presentable after a visit here....but with all the fun they are going to have...you probably shouldn't! The trampoline areas were nice, but she enjoyed being in where the big kids were more than with other little klds, as they don't get as much bounce out of them. We did witness one person falling as he left the basketball area, as the mats are a little slick, so you might want to wear grippy socks, just in case. I thought it was reasonably priced when compared to the other bounce places around. We had the waiver filled out as we were driving to get there, and there was no line to speak of when we arrived. ** Edited after management response. They were very strict on "viewing" adults having bracelets on (we saw several people get scolded by staff), I was told in the response that this is so that random people can't just sit and watch kids, and those that have little kids are marked as ok. I was not made aware of this when we were there and am now glad they were making sure that people had their bracelets on. I guess socks are optional here, which is something I have not heard of at other bounce places. Maybe just ask that people wear socks with treads? read more

This was the worst experience we've had we had our sons bday party there and they kept tellin us our pizzas were on the way then 20mins before the partys was over they said our pizzas were never ordered and when we asked to be compensated they said they cant do anything and just offered us free passes it would have been 200 with the pizza and we still had to pay 144. We waited in line an hour and 40 minutes. Employees were rude and unapologetic. we were told after waiting 40 minutes that it would be another hour. When asked if we could prepay for when they could let more jumpers in, they were adamantly against it, advising that they are first come first serve. They would not give any discount or free passes for the length of wait. We drove over an hour just to get here. Employee's advice: "Come during the week." Nice. I don't think we will be back. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you value your time, money, and sanity, give this place a skip. Don't even know how I stumbled upon this place while researching things to do while visiting my mom in FC (from France). Couldn't even imagine a place so cool could exist. Found some good deals on groupon and in some coupon books. So much fun and great exercise for me and my 8-year-old. This place was perfect for my son who is very physical but also creative. After two hours he had learned how to play dodge ball, slam dunk, do some flips, and met a lot of great kids. In regards to other reviewers comments about safety, anywhere you go you will find people that don't look after their kids. I feel that the fact that you have to sign a waiver indicates that you need to be responsible for your own kids' well-being.
