We rented their soft play and bounce house package and we are extremely happy! Jessica and Aaron were so easy to work with for booking. They arrived on time and were efficient and so friendly. All the kids loved it and it was such a hit! They even offer decal for an additional cost and it was the perfect personalized touch to our Sesame Street themed party. The equipment was super clean and they constantly post on their social media showing how they clean their ball pits and bounce houses etc., so I felt 100% comfortable with my toddler running around in everything. The prices were the best I found, and I can't wait to book again with them next year. 1000/10 all around and I highly recommend.

Let's just say they know customer service! The kids had a wonderful time, we rented ours for our church's VBS- and the bounce castle was the big finale to finish off this season! I first reached out because of their reasonable pricing. The set up was so easy, as was the take down. We didn't have to worry about a thing because they take care of all of that for you.

We had a blast with our bounce house at our last get together. So glad we found 5280 Inflateables!…read more I was watching for an affordable bounce house with a company that could deliver and that were reliable. After Googling, I found 5280 Inflateables. Matt, the owner, handles all the details and is super fast at communicating details. We mainly texted, which made it super easy. Matt responded quickly, helped me set up the payment, and took care of everything. Matt ended up having to be somewhere on the day of our event (he gave me a heads up way in advance) so he even let me keep the bounce house two extra days without charge. I was also able to use a coupon from their website. I really appreciated the ease of everything, the customer service, and the bounce house itself. It was so much fun! We will definitely be reaching out to 5280 Inflateables the next time we need a bounce house (which will hopefully be soon).

Ed Guns, the owner and their employees were patient, friendly, and accommodating. We have used them for several events and every time they are professional and friendly, plus they are always on time!!

I was right to do so because shortly after set up, the jumper collapsed when my toddler got in. I got upset and told them to do it correctly and the younger individual got hostile and rude stating "no fiesta" implying that our event was cancelled. Well, I matched the energy by cancelling them and getting a jumper from my tent vendor at a much cheaper price, with a lower price. I really don't have an issue with the quality of their product and their prices are good, but they…read morewere really unfair to us. We are a cultural organization and they never told us that we would need to provide them with a Spanish speaking person to give directions to their employees. I spent 20 - 30 minutes trying to explain where to put things and they just put things wherever they wanted. When you're planning festival, you have a production schedule and time is tight. After spending all of that time with them, they called their office and got an interpreter. I told her I didn't have time to go over all of this again and that it wasn't fair for them to assume a Korean organization would have someone who speaks Spanish. I told her I thought she should have told me sooner and I would have gotten an interpreter - but to expect me to spend a full hour on this was not reasonable. The woman (edited - it's Wendy - she is mentioned in all of their bad reviews. the one good review they have is a fake one from her) got really offended - like I was being racist towards Hispanics- I actually think the expectation that Koreans need to learn Spanish is so out of line and it was racist of her to be offended that Koreans don't speak Spanish. Why doesn't she have empathy for people? She threatened to pack up the equipment and leave. It was such an unprofessional thing to do. We were nothing but kind and accomodating to last minute scheduling changes to them before and her reaction was such an overreaction and very immature. It was so unprofessional. This is a business. You cannot expect your customers to speak Spanish. If that's what you needed, you should have told me. Not freak out on me that I'm not willing to spend an hour with you. Why would you want the set up to take that long? It doesn't make any sense and I think your organization is really out of line.
