The employee kept saying leggings? I said no they are different. She went and looked and said that they did indeed have stretch pants as well as leggings. So I made the 40 minute trek there only to find that indeed they did not have what I was looking for though she said they did. They apologized profusely but apologies don't pay for gas and time wasted. Other than that the employees were polite and the store looks like it has plentiful of other items. Just not what I was looking for unfortunately.

Somehow figured it out, but the margarita machine was still dirty when we got it. We found dried fruit on there. And my husband helped the guy unload all of the stuff from the truck. I'm new to Colorado and wow, this vendor was a doozy! I was planning a retirement party for one of…read moreour long time employees and reached out to Chair Rental. Since they had the best prices and the chairs we needed, I thought it was a win-win. When I initially made the reservation, Karen was quick to make the reservation since they were so busy while neglecting to run through the entire process with me. Since this company provides many rental options, I didn't think twice about the clause "Price does not include set up or tear down" since we only rented cocktail tables and chairs with backs. When everything was dropped off, holy smokes! I thought the delivery driver left his tools in the car or something but found out they left and I was stuck assembling these cocktail tables in my business clothes. I have never dealt with an event rental company who drops off broken down tables and broke down chairs (see pictures). If you're up for putting together their equipment like Ikea, go for it, this is your place. But, I'm professional and wouldn't contract with a company who can't deliver assembled tables. Not to mention, their contract states pick up time between 8am-12pm and it is now 1:45pm and I haven't heard from anyone. Interesting...seems they are only in it for the money.

Here's what they did right: Everything got to the venue OK…read moreand looked the way we expected it to. The venue staff dealt with their staff, so I have no idea about drop-off and pick-up. Here's why they only got 2 stars: A month-ish after putting down a deposit, they charged the rest of the amount without consulting us. This was no small sum and we had planned to put it on another card. We didn't realize that giving them our credit card number gave them free rein to charge us. This could have been our mistake, and we honestly would have overlooked it IF they had been at all responsible about fixing it. When we called a week later to ask them to put it on a different card and refund the first card, Dan was not remotely apologetic or even polite. He got the new credit card information and said it would take 5-7 days before it was back on the first card. To be clear, this was on August 31st. Around September 17th we got tired of waiting for our money. So we called to ask. They didn't even have the second credit card number on file. So, I am not sure what Dan did with it after I gave it to him, but clearly it was not what I asked him to do. They blamed the delay on the flood, which was troubling because it should have been resolved by the 1st of September. So, lesson learned: At All Event Rentals, you have no idea what will be done with your credit card information (too much or too little?) And you can expect rude and disorganized customer service. Enjoy!
