We chose all of our vendors from SKYLIGHT's preferred vendor list and we were thrilled with how experienced and professional they all were. The entire team at SKYLIGHT, specifically our planner, Sophie, was so helpful from start to finish. Sophie was communicative and met with us on a regular basis to make sure she had a complete understanding of our vision for the day. (And she knocked it out of the park!) We had pretty minimal decorations and flowers but she was still able to make the space come to life. We could not be happier with how our wedding turned out!

She really listened to what we wanted and put together a BBQ family style menu for us. She was responsive and professional in her communications with me and the food was incredible! We had so many of our guests come up to tell us how good the food was - they had never had wedding food so great! Kudos to the staff as well. Timely and professional, really awesome! My original hesitation with hiring Epicurean off the bat, I was concerned with cost. Because I had worked with them in the past I knew how top notch they are. They were a required rental company through our venue contract, so we didn't initially have a choice in who we worked with, but we ended up being very happy with them! Communication wasn't always the quickest, but everyone we interacted with was always friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated their willingness to let us visit their Colorado Springs rental shop rather than having to drive to Denver whenever we wanted to look at or try different rental options. Being able to see everything in person and compare different choices made the planning process so much easier. We also changed our napkin color a couple of times while working through our wedding design (because apparently choosing a napkin color is harder than it sounds) and their designers were incredibly helpful. They gave thoughtful input, helped us compare options, and never made us feel like we were being difficult or indecisive. The quality of the rentals was incredible. Everything looked beautiful on our wedding day and felt high-quality, clean, and well maintained. We were so happy with how everything looked once it all came together. Everything was delivered on time too! We had a great experience with Colorado Party Rentals. We would definitely recommend them to couples looking for beautiful, high-quality wedding rentals!

For example, the number of hosts was reduced from two to one and suddenly the craft we selected was an additional cost. Despite asking her three times for a list of crafts included in the quoted price, she never provided one. When I addressed the discrepancies between what we were originally promised and her new pricing, she accused me of being abrasive. She also claimed that the email we received was the same as everyone else's, even though we had already discussed specific details and chosen our services. Ultimately, she suggested that it might not be a good fit for her team and recommended we cancel. This happened after over a month of trying to communicate and book the event. She was unresponsive to phone calls and texts and even yelled at my boss, using inappropriate language, before agreeing to refund our deposit. It seemed like she was trying to increase her profits and didn't appreciate that we wouldn't accept the new terms. We will not be doing business with her, nor would we recommend her services to others.

We hired the smallest package as we are a small company. We had 2 black jack tables, roulette, craps and poker for about $1300. The staff on the night were all very friendly and professional. They were all set up on time & ready to go with the exception of one dealer who was running a little late. Their pack up was quick and quiet, I didn't even realise they'd gone! Everyone had a great time at the party. Great night all round.
