Abbey was such a JOY to work with! It was one of the first and the best wedding planning decisions we made to hire her for a year-long full planning and design service. I was an out-of-state bride so it was great to have Abbey helping us pick local Denver vendors, offering to attend meetings if we couldn't be there in person, and providing monthly To-Dos. I did not hire Abbey for one of my events however I was the musician at a wedding she was coordinating. Do not get me wrong, the ceremony was beautiful once it got started, but I have never been treated with such disrespect. If you want a coordinator to be calm, collective, and polite to your musicians and DJ staff, I recommend finding a different wedding planner. I feel as though wedding planners should be kind to not only the family but to all present at the ceremony. She was always responsive to email questions. * She is very knowledgeable about the wedding vendors in the area and recommended several ideas for florists, caterers, etc. She knew which ones would match our budget. * She has spent a great deal of time at Hobby Lobby and suggested ideas for sourcing materials for some DIY projects I worked on for the wedding. * She came prepared for the rehearsal walk through and organized the final details. * She made sure all the vendors knew the timeline and activities for the event. * She came early on the day of the wedding and had most things set up before the bride and I arrived. I didn't have to think about any of the logistics or set up. It was all taken care of. I was able to focus on the event and enjoy the day with the newlyweds. Everything was flawless.
