I am so upset with this facility on September 25, 2023. I had planned a day and fun outing with my grandsons from Erie, CO. We drove an hour to arrive at the Bounce City gate within the Aurora Mall to find it locked at 11 am. The opening times were listed on the outside wall, but no one was there. We waited until 11:20 am and still no one there. My 4 and 5 year old grandsons were highly disappointed. I looked downstairs to find an arcade to try and appease them for an hour. Bounce City is open with COVID restrictions in place. All adults seem to be doing a good job of obeying local mask requirements. The older kids (usually between 3 and 7) are not great about wearing masks, but I am personally but as worried about kids. The price per child is very reasonable, and I spring for the 10-pass which saved you like $10 over the course of 10 visits. There are plenty of things to keep children of all ages engaged and challenged. My own daughter seems to be more bold when she sees slightly older kids climbing the bigger slides. At this time (March 2021), there are no in-and-out privileges. But you can bring in snacks so that your kids can play, eat, and play some more. read more

I called in earlier today to find out if my baby can have her birthday pictures taken. I was told $9.50. I tried calling back to ask if we can come in with a cake and got a no answer. Just for be sure if we can buy cake in there instead, the lady blocked my number after ignoring my call several times. do you guys sell birthday cake? can I book for my playground for my one year old baby online or we would have to walk in? We originally purchased one table. We called back a few weeks later to verify our reservation, they said we had to pay for 4 tables at 169$. When we arrived, they told us we didn't have 4 tables but only one. Now we're sitting at the lady from the front desk is now telling us we didn't pay for 4 tables. They allowed us to bring in a cake even though there is a sign that states no food or drink. We won't be coming back here again. read more

My boys and I came in on a week day. We basically had the place to ourselves. The bounce houses and bathrooms were very clean and my little loved playing with the pushed cars. If you want to grab food from the food court you can re-entered if you still have your stamp. The prices are reasonable, parents and crawlers get in free! January 9, a Monday morning at 11:15, we (three kids and myself) got to the mall to have a fun day of bouncing and you guys were not open. Everything posted online and the store front sign says that you're open Mondays at 11 and nobody was there. If you're not going to have set hours then that needs to be posted so people don't drive all the way here and get kids hopes up! I called numerous times to get more info and see what the deal was, but got no answer. I even reached out via Facebook and didn't get a reply there either. Bad business...communicate if you can't open due to staffing issues. Or better yet, if you are the owner or manager and no staff for a day, YOU are the staff. We will NEVER attempt again. My daughter LOVES this place and now my son does, too. My only complaint, and the reason I can't give 5 stars, is they NEVER open on time. I can't tell you how many times I've been there at 10am, only to have to wait 30-45 minutes. The owner is always 'so sorry' but it doesn't change. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service. Booked my daughters birthday party online complete with a confirmation email. When I called the day of the party to ask what time we could come in to set up, I was told we didn't have a party booked and they were completely booked up so we were s.o.l. and left scrambling. I liked that this bounce facility wasn't too loud and that there was plenty of adult seating. Everything was clean and in good condition. Price was reasonable. I did not care for the policy that no outside food is allowed. We packed a healthy lunch and had to go out into the mall to eat. They do allow food with parties (someone had pizza and cake) and they do allow you to eat the food they sell (all unhealthy like candy and cheetos). They should either allow outside food or sell healthy options. They had available dining/party seating today but would not let us use it. read more

I came here because of the reviews, but I definitely won't be back. The free play area in the mall was most definitely cleaner than this establishment. The chairs are very worn and grimey, as well as, some of the equipment. read more

Pretty cool place & idea. Their "child security system" could use some work bc it's not really thought out well or established. Bit too focused on turning a buck & not enough on child safety. They stamp children's hands but then don't do or give anything that relates to that stamp to their parents. Coinciding stamp would b nice. Super cute, fun place for kids to play! I brought my daughter here to play during the week. There were several other kids playing there when we arrived. My daughter had fun running around and trying to engage with the other kids. The place is surprisingly big...there are quite a few big bounce houses. There are 2 interactive video game mats on the floor for kids to play. The place seemed clean and the one man that was working was friendly. My daughter had fun. It's also nice to pay one time for the entire day and have the ability to come back if you want to leave and eat lunch. I also like not having a time limit on play. In my opinion, this is not really intended for really young children (although there are some things they can play with) that aren't able to walk well. read more

Bought three Groupon passes before we arrived and I made sure there were no restrictions. Got there on Saturday and the older guy said Groupons are only for weekdays. I said no and it needs to be honored. He reluctantly entered the Groupon and it accepted. The older lady came by and kept saying no to the older guy for the other two passes. I repeated that it needs to be honored. He tried entering the Groupon digits wrong and told me it wasn't accepting it. I read the digits he entered and they were wrong and to correct them. It accepted the two other Groupon codes. These two are trying to rip families off that have kids eager to play and they know parents will pull out other payments to get in. They have a Cash Only sign but use Square registers that accept credit card. My spouse noticed a mom come in and try paying with credit card, the older guy said it doesn't work. The mom inserted her card and the older guy kept pressing around the screen except the required Charge button on his screen. We know how Square registers work. The mom then paid with cash as her kids wanted to go inside so bad. These people are cheating the government and city of sales taxes. They should be investigated by the city and feds for tax fraud. Our kids had fun but I wasn't happy with the check-in experience. If it's a franchise the franchise owners should investigate these owners. read more

I wish it was a little more open from every seat. I had to keep moving around fixtures to find my children. The workers had their kids there and their son was so rude to all the kids there! He was rough with the toys. I almost thought he was going to run over someone with the car. He was hitting kids if he wasn't getting his way. There's a conflict if you are working and distracted from keeping an eye on your child! If that's what I have to expect every time I go there, I'll pay a little more to go somewhere. read more
